Huge turnaround with employees; had 3 different sales people in less than a year; 2 different construction managers. The sales people and construction manager not on the same page about what is needed in the house; we were told we only needed 1 garage door opener for a 3 car garage since we purchased the smart home package when in fact we needed to add another one for the 3rd car. Now we have moved in and are only able to use one side until we hire someone to come and put the other one in. Most unfortunate experience, closing with the Pulte owned title company a fiasco, did not honor agreements offered in writing at time of contract signing, Non existence post closing assistance just keys delivery, no warranty deed provided until realtor insisted. failing to provided a forced title insurance purchase despise offering optional payment at a cash transaction, after 33 days of closing I have yet to receive policy certificate, house not ready, expect completion current week .

Home has way too many problems, poor workmanship, it was incomplete when delivered to me they have a long list to fix and complete. I will update with how well they do delivering me the home I was promised and if it is corrected, as I am still hoping for integrity and that this is an isolated situation and not their new normal.

We closed on our house over a month ago and are still waiting on things that need to be fixed. We still haven’t hung mirrors in our master bath because they won’t come and fix the shiplap that was installed incorrectly. We are also still waiting for Pulte to replace the carpet upstairs from where their painters spilled paint. Not sure why they didn’t replace it prior to us closing??

Overpromised & Undelivered

The purchase process was complicated by inaccurate option descriptions. Finishes were rushed (poor taping & drywalling, cabinetry misalignments, exposed electrical outlets, a number of electrical wasn't grounded, front door painting incomplete and interior doors misaligned, ripped carpeting, incorrect height on up[graded/deep-pour basement) and are very visible. Some of these items were raised before closing and we were told nothing would be done. Do not recommend.

Salesperson was great and construction manager was trying to do everything he could, but corporate was rushing closings. We were promised that everything on our walk threw list would be completed or scheduled within 3 weeks.....Didn't happen! 2 months in and still waiting. House was really dirty inside and grouting looked like a 3 year old did it. House is almost 2300 Sq ft and they put a 2.5 ton AC that runs constantly. Mario's AC cannot do anything to help and said Pulte will need to do an evaluation......Still waiting! Electric bill $333.00 which the Salesperson said should be around ...

We were one of the first people to pre order a house on May 2021. Interest rates were at the lowest and they promised us it would be done December 2021 - Feb 2022. We initially looked for a new home due to the interest rates were still low. I was never informed throughout the process that delays were happening, I would ask a month before initial date of closing, on how the house was doing and was then informed it would be delayed. It’s usually the “unresolved” issues that get magnified and thus ruin a good rating. I specified during the design phase that I would be needing grab bars in the shower and paid for it. During delivery I was told that the installation of grab bars was not specified in any work order. Then when I pointed it out in one of the printed out work orders, I was told that they only do the backing. In the mean time, 7 days into occupying the house, I slipped and fell in the shower and ended up with a 5-stitches laceration in the arm. Pulte is very inflexible with design options. Their baseline features are low quality. Everything seemed to be an upgrade. Pulte tried to force me to move from a double oven convection range to a low budget range. I refused to do so and they charged me more, and still did not get my double oven in time for closing. It's been 8 weeks since they ordered and still nothing. Getting repairs completed due to Pulte's poor workmanship takes an extremely long time. And constant follow up.

Poor Communication Throughout The Process

During the entire build process there was little to no communication and if there was any it was triggered by myself. Post closing a list of items to be fixed were shared with the customer care team but again no communication on timeline for repairs were given. It is beyond disappointing the customer service provided - it is something you would expect from a builder with no experience.

Pulte Homes in this community is taking advantage of the market situation and building very poor quality homes. The building managers are over whelmed with the number of homes they have to work and not able to supervise the construction quality and missing several important aspects. Pulte homes is only intersted in rushing to close the homes without even having appliances and competing the home properly.I would not recommend this company to put your money

We went through the purchase process relatively fast. The builder anticipated the closing date although the home was not 100% ready for closure. Our home has quite a number of upgrades which were charged at premium cost. Overall, the quality of the house is unsatisfactory, both from design and construction perspective. For example, partition walls do not have any sound insulation, and you can literally hear conversation or the TV sound from the other room(s). Constructions are done in a way to pass City inspections/standards, i.e just so much to ensure that you can live inside the house, but it is guaranteed that you will live without any satisfaction of any kind. There are occasional goods done but not noteworthy due to the pain, stress that we had to go thru before that good finally happens. But hey, that's likely happening across all builders and not just this builder - right? So helpless. If only I am given chance to improve my rating to 5 stars in this lifetime.
