Every meeting with project manager was a waste of time. He gave wrong information on many occasions that had us believe things would be done a certain way. Items discussed at multiple pre walk through were never addressed. Sheetrock seams on ceilings did not receive a finish coat before paint. Exterior of house needs full repaint due to touch ups not matching. Garage door was never painted. One circuit of outlets in kitchen does not work ( breaker will not reset). Didn’t receive a second garage door opener. There is more, but this is only supposed to take 1to 2 minutes.

Horrible experience throughout the construction. I found many time wrong happening and even after telling about that, those were not addressed. Lack of communication all the time. Quality doesn’t look good. Many problems found during home walk and they still pending and keep finding problem, including major issues as well.

It is unfortunate that the moment of making the purchase has become one of the worst experiences I have had, however I have to say that the credit process, the documentation and finally the signature were excellent. Everything changes when after having made 2 walk throughs and determining the details to be repaired after 2 months they have not been repaired and they even do not respond to emails requesting the repair. The quality of material used is poor. The field manager is not responsive . Delay simple fixes for long. Warranty is an issue , no quick resolution of issues . It takes month to fix an issue. Not good experience had so many hopes with Pulte but they have shattered . Dissatisfied home buyer. My SoD and tree which was dead before closing has not been even after 2 month .

Pulte’s website advertises one thing and then they sell you something cheaper in price just so they can save themselves money. The windows are cheap, the cabinetry is cheaply made. My house definitely would not win any awards. Plus, Pulte is so good at dumping added expenses in your lap.

In general, the entire experience with Pulte from sales, to design, to construction and closing was mediocre at best. The left hand doesn't talk to the right, and overall communication and organization was poor. What should've been the most proud and exciting time of my life was 8 months of hell and escalation after escalation. Post-close has been no better, with continued issues 2 months after closing with things like pavers, paint, grading/slope of my yard (excess water pooling) and general poor craftsmanship inside the home resulting in non-stop back/forth with our warranty specialist. Before I go into the build process, I want to call out Shandra for being a great selling agent. She helped us along the way and was an advocate for us from the start. We began with one project manager, Brandon, who was excellent. He made me feel comfortable and in good hands from our first virtual meeting. Every week he would send us emails with pictures, letting us know what was accomplished and what the plan for the next week was. The fact that we paid 825k for an incomplete, filthy house without a working fireplace and furnace

I’ve built with Pulte before (in Tennessee) and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Well. The Indianapolis area Pulte experience couldn’t have been more different. The framing/structure of the home is sturdy and well done, thankfully. My nitpicky, former custom builder father inspected that. But the finishes and sloppy craftsmanship is unacceptable. They completely messed up with the brick work. It would give zero out of five. New house lost its curb appeal. Feeling bad. Esthetic part has been compromised with used of discolored brick in the front potion. Water logging in the back yard in 10 mins rain. This is I am reporting after 2 months of closing. Not sure what else will come in future. Over all ok nothing great comparison to what I am paying.

If I new my brand new home would have so many issues and pulte refuses to accept there mistakes and correct them. We are blamed for poor building and workmanship and they call it cosmetic. Be ware, I should have done my research and never bought from you. You don't stand beyond your work. Quality is horrible

The final paint on the overall house interiors is very bad and requires so much maintenance. The appliances that are provided are not good and they take no responsibility to replace it within the warranty period. The price that we have paid for the upgrades are way too high than they are worth for. Even the lawn was not set properly by them.

We moved into our home in July and have several unresolved punch list items. We have also noticed serious workmanship issues with our subfloors and wood trim throughout the house. We have been chasing both the warranty group and our initial construction contact but have not received resolution. If we had known things were going to be this bad and so different from the model, it’s unlikely we would have bought a Pulte home.
