The quality of all the materials feel very cheap and the work looks like it was rushed. For the price paid I definitely expected at least a bit more quality in regards to carpets, vinyl sheets in bathrooms and flooring.

We did not get the quality home we thought we were purchasing

The final product is poor quality. Bad craftsmanship throughout the entire home. They rushed through the build it it shows. We have structural issues as well as "cosmetic" issues. It seems the structural issues would not have been brought to our attention by our construction manager and WE had to bring these to his attention. So it seems they knew about the issues but wasn't going to tell us. My worry is what else was rushed through during the build that we cannot see. They do not live up to their promises nor their quality standards. Accepted POOR workmanship is backed by many sub par repairs after the fact. Would not buy another Pulte home.

Had a horrible experience from the point of closing. Lot of pending issues on the closing day - no communication/update on when those pending issues will be addressed. I understand the supply chain issues, but even the communication on acknowledging open issues has been horrible. Only grace is the support team who at least are now communicating once in a while when the update comes. Worst of all - I was asked to submit review/survey on individuals I have worked with during buying/construction/mortgage etc. And my comments were as it is shared with the individual and now, I am getting ...

Pulte Homes - We had closing on 1st week of November 2021 until now we requested

We had closing on 1st week of November 2021 until now we requested to install new shower glass door & rods in the bathroom, Kitchen Crown which haven’t installed even single time since closing. In the house many of things left to fix which we are mentioned in many times in emails to field manager but I haven’t got response back from him. Those issues we showed to field manager on closing day as well. I have no idea why he don’t concentrate on those issues. He just solved 1-2 issues only in 5 work orders he created. We paid for all this work then also. We are unsatisfied with his work.

Construcción time and land

Wait time on construction was not as told and they did not properly explained the type of land being purchased as it was flat and at the end was a huge slope in back. The construction inside home are all uneven: walls are not straight, outlets are not in lined and some forced in. Missing pieces from carpet to floor tiles. Overall cost of home does not give you the value in material not construction.House was not completely finished upon closing. They just care about the money.

From the beginning to the end. We did not have a good experience with Pulte homes. Very very disappointing. So much misinformation and miscommunication. Pulte made promises on things that did not occur. For such a prestige’s home. Pulte did not stand up to their name. Poor quality in workmanship. Poor customer service. So many things still not fixed. Everything was rushed to build the homes. Other homeowners feel the same way.

It started with my Pulte realtor. No help, no updates, nothing as we lived out of state. At that point I should have known how this was going to go. We closed all cash even before our house was even inspected properly. Been in the home almost 2 months and I have reported several items that need fixed like shower doors with no bottom tract , dented bathroom door, cracked cabinet, cracked window, grout seems showing in kitchen granite etc . to name a few. No one has showed up to fix anything.

Should review cost of all options with Pulte before signing or making any deposits, found options to be dated, limited and over priced. Was not allowed access to home during construction, was only allowed once during construction, can understand now after seeing quality issues.

Go elsewhere. They’ll show an excellent finished product and fall short at execution. If I hadn’t walked the house each week there would have been additional structural issues that would not have been addressed until closing which at that point they’ll promise you anything to have you close. Our closing was delayed due to lack of HVAC oversight leading to water seeping between the first and second floor through walls. This was our first build experience and most likely won't build again. Definitely soured our experience, especially paying around $700,000. They only make sure the building itself finishes. You have to manage all the details, the things that you will see day in and day out. Certain things that were suppose to be done before closing are still yet to be done. Submitted warranty requests online two weeks ago and no one has reached out to me yet. Like they say, once you closed you won't hear from them again!

Project manager was useless

Every meeting with project manager was a waste of time. He gave wrong information on many occasions that had us believe things would be done a certain way. Items discussed at multiple pre walk through were never addressed. Sheetrock seams on ceilings did not receive a finish coat before paint. Exterior of house needs full repaint due to touch ups not matching. Garage door was never painted. One circuit of outlets in kitchen does not work ( breaker will not reset). Didn’t receive a second garage door opener. There is more, but this is only supposed to take 1to 2 minutes.

Horrible experience throughout the construction. I found many time wrong happening and even after telling about that, those were not addressed. Lack of communication all the time. Quality doesn’t look good. Many problems found during home walk and they still pending and keep finding problem, including major issues as well.

It is unfortunate that the moment of making the purchase has become one of the worst experiences I have had, however I have to say that the credit process, the documentation and finally the signature were excellent.
