I absolutely love this floor plan, all the storage space and soooo much room!!! Only very minor change I would suggest for me is the decor choices could be more variety, I prefer upgraded "modern/spa like" styling choices for showers, sinks / bathroom fixtures and towel rods etc.. Seems like they are fairly standard choices and getting a bit dated but I can fix this later. Excellent experience overall, I will enjoy living here!

Disappointing experience with new Pulte Home at Lake Emma Sound

My wife and I fell in love with the model home and went ahead with purchasing of the home. The Sales Associate that we worked with was awesome. The building experience was not bad either. We relocated from Chicago so could only come down a few times to review the progress on the home. Project Manager building home Was responsive as well. We had scheduled our final walk through 6 weeks in advance and had requested an early morning meeting as my wife had to leave for business trip right away and was going to be gone until closing. Pulte AZ office needs improvement

Working with the Pulte AZ office to get our A/C fixed was very difficult. Then when you complain about what’s wrong they will tell you that you are lying. Unfortunately it was 1 bad apple working for Pulte who ruined it for everyone else working there. I would be happy to give her name if Pulte wants to know.

Good but warranty issue pending

Overall, we are happy with the buying experience but with one exception. One of the cabinets is about to fall off with part of the upper trim falling down on my daughter as she cooked breakfast. I sent an email to the warranty email address. The claim is that they will respond quickly. So far(one week later), no response to my call or email. I'm hopeful that the delay is only due to the Covid 19 problem. All of the other small paint scratches/chips etc.. are minor and certainly not serious. But I would still like to get a small amount of touch up paint so that I can do this myself. ...

Yes, you get a brand new home; however, these homes are not custom built. You do get to choose some products, but pretty much everything is an upgrade which drives the price up. The men building these homes are hard working, but they are not craftsmen they are laborers.

The builder and selling agent made buying a Putle home a very pleasant experience. The selling agent was very responsive to answering all my questions and the builder was very thorough in finding and correcting any small flaws in my house.

We Love Our Pulte Home at Veramendi

Our home was built with quality materials and craftsmanship and the communication and caring on the part of the Pulte team during construction taught us a few things about communication and was first class. While we hope to live in our Pulte home for the rest of our lives, we know if we ever choose to move, it will be with Pulte. Thank you Pulte!

Quality of Construction is Poor and they just want to sell the houses. They also build the same elevation houses next to each other.

Lack of Commutation and Attention to Detail

Construction managers had poor commutation throughout the process. Most importantly the quality was poor. Paint and stain was spilled all over the tile floor and carpet. Things that were supposed to be fixed were not. Closing was delayed and should have been delayed again. The cabinets came off the wall right after moving in. Poor workmanship overall. Better off going across the street to Ashton Woods.

By the time you see your house finished, you are amazed as it’s a dream coming true. By the time you settle in and start living inside it, you start noticing several aspects about the material and workmanship that could have been done better, such as stains all over the walls and flooring, hand marks from the workers that do not go away, poor quality painting that gets off easily and is sticky, small holes left unattended and so on. It’s a bummer to notice those items only after living on it, which starts to be a life of fixing minor issues.

My wife and I found a home in Trailside we really liked, we had noticed the neighbors fence looked like it was encroaching onto the property. I had mentioned this to everyone at Pulte we spoke with Sales, Field manager, Pulte Title company. and we were reassured it would be resolved. we have lived here 2 months now and I have made 4 calls to Title company to find out what actions are being taken to resolve the issue. He says he has contacted Legal and they would be in touch with me and still nothing.

I love my new home, I had a water leak the next week, it was fixed but the Sod has not been replaced in 6 weeks/ looks horrible, I have one set of jingles in my bathroom needs replacing the wrong color. So all I have to say is stay on the builder or replace yourself.

Paid $1.4M for a home that has a laundry list of issues where you can tell the workers didn’t care. Damages all over that instead of being fixed, were painted over. Requested the repairs and the repair work doesn’t fix the problem.

The grass wasn't laid properly. They put saud on top of soud which has caused a mound in the yard. The soud has gaps which looks like holes in the yard.
