Aside some finishing defects, we had an awesome experience with this builder right from the sales team to the construction team. They were very open and responsive. The building was great. My family loves the location of the house. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Our previous home builder is of no match to Pulte. The best thing is that, we get a 30-day to 10-year warranty with the builder performing the inspections.

The team at Pulte was awesome to work with! From the initial sales & purchase experience, the building process along the way, and the folks at Pulte Mortgage were fabulous as well. Overall it was a great experience with a super happy ending!

Only been here 3 months, but we're already seeing stains in the ceiling and cracks around the house

We moved to our townhome at Park side at Mason Mill about 3 months ago: 1.) Plumbing clogged the 3rd week after we moved in; the farmhouse sink and toilets overflowed. It was a mess when we got home that night that my wife cried. 2.) It's been 3 months. Today, I saw stains in our ceiling, which look like water marks. 3.) When we moved in, there were still blue tapes around the house for work that had to be finished. I guess the contractors did not get a chance to finish their disappointing "rush" job. Very poor skilled labor, cracks in shower wall, cracks in kitchen cabinets, pieces and miters cut short, wall boards with voids everywhere, expensive hardwood flooring creaking everywhere, Pulte told us to wait a year, then they will look at it, make great quality! Not excuses for poorly built homes.

My dream home turned into a nightmare

1. Wrong type window (fixed) was installed in master bedroom which can't be opened. 2. 240V wiring was wrong which burnt my new dryer. 3. The floor is not level, 4. the concrete patio is in wrong pitch, a big pond will formed at front door in every raining day 5. Garage floor has a lot of of oil stains Issue #3, 4, 5 were reported during final walk-through. Pulte promised will fix them. Almost 3 months from close, still have not be solved. Very, very disappointed with Pulte for the built quality and service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR QUALITY OF HOUSE!!!

We have an extensive list of items that needed fixing and at this time, we are receiving very little response! We still have a broken UPGRADED countertop in the master bathroom and a shower that everyone keeps saying is another trades responsibility because it isn't a simple fix (or cover up). The framers did not frame in the space correctly and instead of having them come back in to fix it, they attempted to hide the issue with building out the tiles so the glass door would fit in the space, which resulted in inch thick grout in places. I wish Plute’s sale person could have provided truth rather than misleading information to convince the customers to buy the condo. For example, I was told by the sale that the building will be using Pulte patent structure and we will not hear noise from upstairs. It turns out not true, I can hear neighbors above me walking around their rooms. If the sale did not exaggerate, I will buy the unit on the top floor. I asked the sale if I could have hardwood floor instead of carpet for the bedrooms. He told me that it is not an option item, but I can always change to hardwood floor after moving ...

We've called and left multiple voicemails about issues with our brand new home and no one seems to care. All that mattered was getting the house finished by the end of the year. The closer you look at the details, the less impressed I am with the house. I don't think I'd buy another Pulte house.

You need to rethink your process to assign labor to some tasks. IF you offer a house with a special door for example, it cannot be the same labor as it is usually assigned. It needs to have specialized professionals to avoid replace the door , costing money and also causing unnecessary headache for everyone.

Purchasing a new home from Pulte has been an extraordinary experience. Our Sales agent and construction manager were an amazing team to work with. From choosing our lot, applying upgrades, reviewing the progress of our home construction, our sales agent and construction manager were always there with all the answers to our questions and to address any issues that came along the way. The process of purchasing a new home from Pulte was made easy by the Pulte team. We love the design of our new home. I would recommend purchasing a new home form Pulte to anyone looking for a new home.

I have entirely too much negative feedback to share but let’s just leave it there - i’ve lived in the house almost 4 months and they are still coming in and out of my home to fix things that should have been done before we closed.

The quality of the material used is a very low grade. No proper insulation, even the noise of TV can be heard by the neighbors. Quality of the wood floors are terrible, with a small contact they get scratched, tiles in the bathroom are loose, crack on the wall.
