The Model Home looks great but the contractors did a sub par job in building the homes. Minimal attention to detail. I would not close until all these are completed and if you do get in writing a time frame that they will complete the items

The loan process was good but the building part was poor and rushed the amount of stuff that wasn't done and stuff still ain't done is ridiculous...never again and I been in the house almost 2 months

Our house was not built very well. Our ceilings look awful. The house is built cheap and the quality looks nothing like the model. The workers don’t show up when they’re supposed to make repairs and they don’t do a good job on the repairs. We have broken baseboards that no one has fixed our driveway concrete is sloppy and doesn’t look good. I would not recommend pulte to anyone

Due to the poor quality of workmanship, the other measures also followed suit. A good neighborhood with nice sized lots and house plans. However, not good value for the cost of the home. We expected impeccable workmanship but were constantly disappointed even after repairs were done. You cannot rely on anyone doing their job effectively. You must always follow up behind everyone to ensure things are done correctly. Considering we have no clue about construction, it was very inconvenient not to mention aggrevating. Would not recommend them as a builder.

I'm truly baffled when I see 5-star reviews. Must be the Stockholm syndrome: Paid enormous amount of money for a shockingly poorly built house - what to do except celebrate! There not much else or recourse. Everything I'm stating below is also corroborated by all the neighbors I've spoken to regarding a common, shared building experience we've had. We love the "idea" of the house and the general design, and the great location. Builder charges >2500.00 USD to pain your home 1 wall color and 1 white ceiling paint. They use Sherwin Williams CHB paint on the walls including bathrooms. This paint does not wear well and is NOT recommended by Sherwin Williams as a durable wall paint. CHB was also used on the bathroom walls with no anti-microbial protection. If it gets wet it stains. Garage is not finished and assumed the buyer will spend another ~2K out of pocket to finish drywall and paint. A deadbolt lock is not included for the front door. Pulte homes need a lot of work

We moved into a Pulte new build condo and have so many issues and service is extremely slow (moved in durind COVID 19 SIP order). It took over a month and 4 appointments to get AC repaired. It works now but is incredibly loud. Decided to add ceiling fans so we don't have to live with the loud noise and found out none of the ceiling junction boxes were installed correctly so can't install anything until they are fixed. Master tub had lots of pitting leading to rust spots and now the tub takes over an hour to drain so we are showering in several inches of water. Garage door would stall ...

Looks like my three year old caulked and painted the exterior. It was painted under 30 F and is peeling and cracked. It was noted during closing in April and still not fixed. Nail pops are expected but not to this degree.

Difficult experience, unfinished details

List of punchlist items that were to be completed between the final walkthrough and closing were not completed and remain incomplete three months later. Inconsistent communication with agent and construction manager. Last minute delays and confusion was common. Good service from title company. Numerous warranty items need attention but cannot be submitted as you are only allowed one opportunity to request warranty work on construction items.

My house had A LOT OF. Unfinished/ lose / scratch / parts the first day one of the towel hanger on the master bathroom come part and I was noticeable that the screws was loose and several other issues I highly doubt I will NOT purchase another home from Pulty .

WHEN THEY DO THINGS LIKE FRAME A WALL IN THE WRONG PLACE, YOU WILL BE TOLD IT IS "BUILT ACCORDING TO THE PLAN", EVEN THOUGH THE PLAN CLEARLY SHOWS IT IS NOT BUILT TO PLAN.

Pulte homes I wouldn’t buy another one

I have found lots of things wrong since moving in that they did that are just poor workmanship. Floors had cut outs for outlets for the electric recliners I had, the edges of the floorings around the outlets had big chips in it. When I noted that during the walk through all they did was take a black marker, flies are grey and color the chips in. All that needed to happen was the flooring need to be taped when they cut the flooring for the outlets, this is flooring 101. The paint is so cheap that when I used a magic eraser to remove a mark it wipes the pint down to the wall board. ...

Building experience was excellent. Our building manager was great and kept in constant contact. Problems started once we moved in. We noticed a long list of issues and attempted to get the pertinent ones fixed and wait on the cosmetic. The Customer Care Manager is polite, but is difficult to get any follow up and zero results. It took over 2 weeks to get in touch with our Customer Service Manager who advised that the issues should have been handled by builder and we would have to wait until 11 month walk thru to get majority addressed. The home looks beautiful but feel like it was rushed. I have plenty of issues that still aren’t fixed my shower is leaking out water and paint needs to be fixed inside and out. Looking at the model home we thought Pulte was good, even during construction when we saw some issues they promised to fix everything before closing. But it has been only a month since we moved in and seeing lot of cracks on dry walls, hearing water flow thru the walls, noticeable uneven flooring, etc.. wish we had noticed these issues before closing, now no response from Pulte to fix any issues.

I have had major issues such as , the main drain water line broken in two places, second floor hallway sinking in, burnt out light fixtures, nails sticking through the carpet . Sadly enough I’m stuck here. Kitchen cabinets are of poor quality, although they look nice.

I feel this build was rushed to get finished before the end of the year even though we purchased in May. Build didn’t get started for a couple of months and even though we purchased prior to 2 other lots (weeks/month) ours was the last one to get started. Multiple issues left unresolved and found poor displays of workmanship while living in the house. Would not buy another Pulte home

Superficially a beautiful home. Several issues with workmanship and things that were left undone at time of move in. Pulte representatives are good at sales and telling you the things you want to hear - but there is horrible, to no, follow up whatsoever. The communication between Pulte representatives, their vendors, and the customer are terrible. I would not purchase another Pulte home.

We were promised that the house will be ready on the 19th Dec. I took all week vacation. At 1pm i got a call that i wont get the keys that day. 2 hrs before i was supposed to move in. During the inspection we found so many defects and the house wasnt even ready. We are still having issues with so many stuff. Loud noise when the furnace stops running. We asked John (Manager) and his respond was, it is normal. Jason (QA Manager) is very helpful and trying to find the problem. There workmanship is very poor.

Several things that were “fixed”’prior to closing were done so poorly that they look horrible and are “just cosmetic” and will not be repaired per the warranty. It’s sad to see how very little pride was taken by the builders and the trades when building our home. No one seemed to care about paint drips, adhesive left on cabinets, shoe molding not matching up, caulking missing, mismatched paint, etc. I was pressured into leaving a “good review” for our builder because “that’s how I keep food on the table for my family” but there are many issues we have found that should have never been allowed ...

I’m still not receiving any US mail since Pulte gave us the incorrect city and zip code. The materials used are cheap, things put together too fast. Sloppy job. Appliances are not high quality either.
