I wouldn't buy another home from Pulte if they were the last home builder on earth. They pushed us to close before the house was complete and we never got to do a final walk through when the house was cleaned and ready for inspection. They have given us the runaround on getting everything completed and we are still finding things that are wrong. While we were promised that the house would be made right, we are almost 2 months into living in the house and repairs still need to be done. We love our new home, however the buying/building process was unbearable. Our Sales Associate, Blair, was condescending and somewhat rude during the entire process. She rushed us through our choices and didn't offer many that were available. There was never a time where we felt she truly cared or understood our wants and needs. Our sales contract was signed in June 2019. Our first walk through was on July 15th. At that time, we were given a closing date of September 26th. Overall the experience was very stressful and not very exciting. Lots of problems from the beginning all the way through the closing and still dealing with isssues almost 2 months after closing. The contractors that Pulte uses leave a lot to be desired. Don't think I would ever build a new home again. Not a good experience.

Less than 2 months moving in, with the rain This week I have a water leak through the AC vent and window from the half bathroom downstairs. Reported and after 3 days no answer. Bad quality of material and labor. Where is the field manager from 218 Eagleson??????? The house can get flooded and nobody cares.

Takes several follow up calls to get response. Unwilling to mitigate noise issue emanating from Pulte owned model next to our new build. Four year old pool motor left on 24/7 and rattles. Attitude that we should take up with future purchaser of the model home rather than current owner (Pulte)..."not their problem". So beware of buying a model or spec already built.

From the day we walked the model we knew Pulte was who we wanted to build with. From sales to design to construction, all Pulte employees were professional and truly cared about our home buying experience. Josh, construction manager, took time to explain anything we needed week after week (sometimes over and over) and really helped us feel comfortable from the day the first nail went in to the day we got our keys. The sales office will mislead you. For example, I paid for pull out drawers in the lower kitchen cabinets. There are 3 cabinets. They only will put drawers in 2 of them - When I asked they said - Oh, that is the way we do it. We don't put them in the third one. I paid for soft closing cabinet doors. They didn't tell me that it was only SOME cabinets, not all. They painted the inside the wrong color and then wanted to repaint the entire inside after I moved in. Materials are cheap. the kitchen cabinets have gaps and drawers often come off the rails. The bathtub is a bad design. ...

5 month delay, followed by many construction issues once we moved in. If you look closely, there are a lot of small details that have not been correctly taken care of in the house. It is a hassle to call Pulte/Warranty department/etc, as it should've never happened in the first place. My AC/Heating unit had missing parts, and took multiple calls and visits to fix--I wish pulte checked the quality of their products before pushing their customers to sign off on it. I had to switch lots because the front elevation of my original home was drastically changed and would no longer allow access for my physically handicapped family members. There was no communication from Pulte about the change, I discovered it during my initial walk through, after construction had begun. The new lot was a compromise on my part, as it did not have the same benefits as the original, but I decided to go with it.
