We've called and left multiple voicemails about issues with our brand new home and no one seems to care. All that mattered was getting the house finished by the end of the year. The closer you look at the details, the less impressed I am with the house. I don't think I'd buy another Pulte house.

Am absolutely ashamed of the workmanship and quality control over my community by Jenny. The house had an abundance of issues at my final walk through that she said would be fixed by the time we closed. When closing came around they had still not been done, so I have her another week to have them done by the time we moved it and it still had not. I am incredibly disappointed with PULTE. I had paint stains all over my garage and they had told me there was nothing they could do about it, I am still finding paint all over my tile. Water and gas leakage

Just moved in 2 months and half, already have 2 times of water problem. One-way valve under the ground of basement was glued together so that water from furnace exhaust system caused flooding. drainage pipe from laundry room were damaged during construction, caused flooding again. Gas valves for water heater were not tighten together, caused gas leakage at basement.

Worst framing I’ve seen in years. Studs missing, no corner studs, single king studs around window openings holding up thousands of pounds of roof tile. Electrical wiring pulled with the sheathing pulled off of it. Wires taped together buried in the walls. Outlets covered resulting in excessive opening made in the drywall to locate them. Gas lines moved and only tested after I questioned them About it. The standard home they sell as advertised, is NOT what anyone would settle for. EVERYTHING to do with this house has a ridiculous upgrade price; both structurally and decorative selections, even the lower end of the upgrades are way over priced. Most of the items you pay extra for should definitely be standard on a new build in Florida. The subcontractors they use are bad and they are poorly supervised. My bathroom clogged within 2 days of move in. When I requested for checking that, I was informed that it was clogged due to use of toilet paper. My concern if you cannot use toilet paper in toilet what else can I use. Builder doesn’t show any responsibility in fixing the issues at all. Overly priced home. Builder charge differently for upgrades for each model making low end homes come out be expensive than it is worth. I wouldn't buy another home from Pulte if they were the last home builder on earth. They pushed us to close before the house was complete and we never got to do a final walk through when the house was cleaned and ready for inspection. They have given us the runaround on getting everything completed and we are still finding things that are wrong. The sales office will mislead you. For example, I paid for pull out drawers in the lower kitchen cabinets. There are 3 cabinets. They only will put drawers in 2 of them - When I asked they said - Oh, that is the way we do it. We don't put them in the third one. I paid for soft closing cabinet doors. They didn't tell me that it was only SOME cabinets, not all. They painted the inside the wrong color and then wanted to repaint the entire inside after I moved in. Framers and drywall guys were horrible, field managers could care less went through 3 field managers till finally someone would listen to our concerns. Delayed several months , every time we pointed out build issues they moved onto the next house.

seems like everyone is trying to get their bonus and hit their goals by rushing to close. After moving in, I realized there are excessive amount of repairs and fine tuning needed (very sloppy work). Spending few minutes in each room during walk thru is completely insufficient. That burden should not be placed on homeowner and it should be with the builder/field manager. Paint drips all over the floor and carpet, gaps and chips throughout the house, loose faucet/sink, etc..etc.. Seems like there are too many homes going up at same time and not enough quality control and not enough field ...

Pulte Sales team at Davis Ranch lacks integrity, respect, and a sense of honesty. The sales team says one thing, but then won't honor it, claiming I misheard them.
