When I signed my contract, I was given a closing date of 7 months from then. I wound up closing 1 year later. This caused my monthly mortgage payment to increase by $500 per month due to the rising interest rates. During that time, there was no communication. The house would sit for weeks at a time with nothing happening. There was also high turnover in the construction department. Duringthe 1 year, we had 4 different contruction managers. Our sales agent and her boss both left. I don’tvthink I would have built with Pilte had I known this is how the experience would be.

Don't trust Pulte and Divosta!!!

Pulte has nobody in charge of the construction of your home, there is no one accountable for the poor workmanship. The construction manager simply blames all of his mistakes on the subcontractors. Our construction manager lied about punch list items getting completed in our new home or used double talk, saying things such as "...that should get fixed..." In reality, Pulte fixes as little as possible for as cheap as possible. Worst homebuying experience. Stay away from Pulte.

House quality and workmanship is excellent but several major unresolved issues at closing that were not addressed at all and instead passed around to the warranty department. Warranty department is overwhelmed with the volume of issues and goes completely unresponsive for weeks at a time. Having to requesting repairs and follow up countless times is incredibly frustrating, especially when you should never had to deal with in first place. Besides, dealing with multiple repair personnel showing up at random times makes things worse. Cannot believe I spent over half a million dollars for this ...

Lack of communication by builder of progress from contract signing to close. Builder was unresponsive to issues pointed out by homeowner during review processes. At the time of final walkthru, the home was not move-in ready and there were many issues identified by homeowner and recognized by builder. Quality of workmanship is very poor, sloppy, and missing many items from the contract/plans by builder and contractors hired by builder. Only a few of the items missing were due to supply chain issues and were explained by builder to homeowner.

Building a home with Pulte was one of the worst experiences of our life. We had previously built two homes with smaller builders and had a positive experience with both. The other builders made every effort to meet our needs, with Pulte it was take it or leave it. We met with the Design Center and after making our selections were later told our wood flooring, wall tile and countertops were not available no effort would be made to provide them. Too much delays in every step in the process, and bad response

I bought home with Pulte. During construction process, every step in the construction process is delayed with many issues. Construction team is poorly responsive on the issues. They postponed the closing date 3times, and delivered the home in 1 year. Only good thing is Sales team and Warranty is is good and very responsive to issues

The communication with Pulte lacked the entire build. Dates kept changing and things weren’t correct from the start. Now dealing with warrantee nothing seems to be getting done I have multiple things that are broken or not correct I need to be fixed but nothing has happened yet

House was 6 month behind schedule. Day of closing did not past inspection and waited for another week. Its been a month after closing and we are still dealing with some issues like tree fell, wrong sink and many others.

Our experience with Pulte should have been one of the most exciting times for my family. In reality, it was an absolute nightmare. Not a single deadline was met during construction. We have a warped wall in out living to this day. The sales person we ended up with was a complete joke and as a fellow Realtor/Broker, I was completely embarrassed to be in the same industry as that person. Issues are responded to in a timely manner. Remain ongoing and in my opinion it’s the poor quality of sub contractors that created the issues in the first place and have extremely poor response times. Understanding the issues with supply chain and labor force, this has still be a horrible experience.

Terrible support from Pulte

The overall construction and build quality was decent. The responsiveness during closing period has been great. Just after the closing the customer support experience has been one of the worse. Even for issues as urgent as gas leak they customer experience manager continued to ignore emails snd and any form of communication for weeks. I wouldn’t spend the money to buy a Pulte home again given how bad the move in experience was.

Pulte has left me with empty promises. It is now been 40 days since I closed on my home and I still have blue tape in my house, crack in my bathtub, scratches on hardwood, kitchen cabinets not complete. I warn you to not close until the home is to your satisfaction.

We were rushed through the initial contract experience resulting in a very large construction mistake which was never addressed by them. Nor would they even discuss with us. "You signed all the papers" was what the sales rep said. You look at a small computer screen and make choices. Big mistake! Don't let them rush you. Would not recommend to anyone! The overall experience was a disaster from beginning to end. Mark the project manager was the only thing that saved face in the company. From lying to no response from people we were not happy home buyers. Now living in it a month we are really seeing the poor craftsmanship in a lot of the features.

Angela was an excellent communicator. She always responded to my text and emails despite the overwhelming challenges. She was cordial and respectful. Brandon on the other hand kept making promises he could not keep. My property still remain unfinished 60 days after we had fully paid the Builder in cash.

Never trust the Construction manager. He will hurry you up in signing the paperwork before buying. Beware. We made a mistake of believing him and signing the papers. Pkease get inspection done. He will try to get you and intimidate you in not getting the inspection done telling you that you don't have to get it done. I still have the recordings of all e conversations I had with him. We are having so many issues with the house. They will take forever to get back with you

Staff as nice as long as you do exactly what they say. The quality of the paint on the inside is below one star. The designs of the homes are beautiful, but the workmanship is fair at best. Tiles are unevenly placed. Did I mention paint? The plants they put in the front yard our dollar store Quality and they put trees right next to your house. It’s kind of disappointing given how much you pay.

I would tell future customers that pulte does not care about thier homebuyers and that they will continuously talk about thier reputation but have no interest in fulfilling that reputation. The house looks beautiful but truly should bot have been a pain for a home buyer to have to make so many complaints or work orders for what should be a walk in ready home.
