Having been in construction all my life I have seen good craftsmanship and mediocre craftsmanship. Pulte has really good craftsmanship for this level of home. Well built, priced just right and personnel that really cares about the customer and the product they deliver. We are extremely satisfied and we recommend Pulte to everyone we talk to. Special thanks to Brian Hower for delivering a home that was stress free and making us feel like we were his only customer during the whole process.

There have been some cosmetic issues that I noticed before I moved into my house. After moving in I have found a few more which (for the most part) have been addressed. I have been in the house for 6 weeks and continue to find spots of sloppy workmanship which I will continue to refer to customer service. Having said that, I have had no major issues with the house and overall I'm happy with the outcome.

We are pleased with our new home. The construction is solid and there have been very few issues that needed resolving after closing. We credit this in large part to the superintendent overseeing the construction of our home for Pulte. He was responsive very willing to listen to our concerns. He was very educational. He has been on top of the issues we have brought to his attention. The biggest issue has been drainage which is still being worked out. This neighborhood is on clay which does not drain. This is having to be addressed with a French Drain. We only wish Pulte had been pro-active and ...

Steve does a great job but I feel he is understaffed, there is some unfinished items that are mostly wheather related that I hope will be completed by early spring. Steve did respond with other issues in a timely manner. I also think John is a great salesman and is very responsive

Major issues within the first 2 months.

Had two mayor issues within the 1st month. 1. Howling through the windows. If there is any wind outside, you hear a howling sound coming from the windows. Improper installation or manufacturing problems. Unknown. But windows will probably need to be replaced which is a mayor inconvenience. 2. AC has not worked properly since I moved in about month and half ago. AC tech's have been by the house twice and problem still present. Did not expect mayor issues like this from a new house. Maybe minor issues yes but not like this. Somewhat disappointed.

Overall, we are finally happy with the house. We have owned a Pulte home in the past and when we were looking for our retirement home, the location and design of the house was superior to anything we had been considering and we decided to buy again from Pulte. My only "complaint" was the overall build process. Things started out as expected. Patti J., our sales person, was exceptional. She was always there for answering questions and guidance, and still is. The issue was with the multiple construction managers who were in-charge of the site during the build and the communication issues ...

Very poor customer experience before construction and Poor service after construction.. One time.. the Sales consultant told me to get out of the Sales office without any reason when I was asking some clarification, Change on the plan, and Requesting some documents for lot premium..(How it would be decided and any rule or process followed to come up with the premium amount.) About the HOA... They have specified the 2 digit number all time till before Closing.. and they strike out the HOA amount and changed to 3 digit number just before signing that HOA page time of closing. I’m still not receiving any US mail since Pulte gave us the incorrect city and zip code. The materials used are cheap, things put together too fast. Sloppy job. Appliances are not high quality either.
