We love our new home and definitely feel like it is a beautiful, quality build. However, as soon as we moved in we began noticing area after area that needed small repairs and touch-ups, mainly cosmetic. We are currently working with the warranty department to fix over 2 dozen things. Most (not all) of the problems are only cosmetic, but they have left us frustrated and feeling as if the subcontractors (particularly the painters) were not properly supervised. Me and my fiancé had a very difficult time with our mortgage consultant and I highly recommended that you check in regularly because communication was not good at all in my experience. The house is great although we’ve had a hard time getting people to fix little things that’s in the warranty

Having a home built while not on site to see progress was initially a bit unnerving. The Pulte teams attention to communication made the process a smooth one. Now moved in and any and all issues are dealt with from a communication and follow up point of view quickly and professionally. The suppliers used to build the house are also top notch.

My family needed a quick move in ready home, and the original buyer of our home was unable to perform. We love most of the layout (would have nixed the 5th bedroom in favor of a loft or bonus room, and would have liked a tub in the master bath) and the builder was willing to make a few last minute cosmetic changes for us. That being said after moving in there is poor craftsmanship and quality everywhere. And Pulte is unbelievably cheap!!! CHEAP!!! Bring your own Realtor, put all communications in writing during the building process and DO NOT CLOSE until all work is completed to your satisfaction. Even as disappointing as the Pulte experience was, Dan (the last minute appointed Supervisor) worked his tail off to full fill HIS idea of a quality experience. Thanks Dan!

1) Major problems with the elevator in building 5. 2) Unhappy with paint or plaster that dropped on many areas of our carpet. Unable to remove without damaging the carpet. 3) Not happy with the management company so far. Don't feel like we are getting the support and communication that we need. There are only 2 buildings built. Concerned for the future when there are 9 buildings. 4) Not sure the delay in setting up recycling bins. No communication.

Beautiful home, but moved in with multiple issues. Construction and cleaning crew did a poor job leaving paint spatters throughout the house on the outlets, carpet, windows, and tile floors. It took 2 months to get water heater to work properlt and two main walls downstairs are visibily bowed. Warranty officer is extremely responsive and has resolved issued quickly as trades are available, but shouldn't have to fix so many problems prior to us moving in...

Having lived in the home for just a couple of months we are very pleased. The detail work is very good and the house is solidly built. The best thing about building with Pulte is the outstanding level of communication and support during and after the build. Pulte has been very responsive and has corrected anything that we asked be addressed, even well after the deal was done. We would definitely consider Pulte homes.

When we closed on the house, we found the place a mess. There were nails and screws strewn through the lawn on every side of the house and garage. Debris was littered all around. Painters had smeared pain on outside faucet, mortar and paint buckets were washed out and poured in the grass. We have a window that was incorrectly installed and it has been nearly three months with no one correcting the problem. Sloppy is how I would characterize your work and dissatisfied is my reaction to it. One of the subs on the house, the A/V installer has yet to deliver speakers and finish the install. ...

I am extremely happy with purchase of new home. Initial build quality seems very good. I would especially like to comment on home insulation which is really top notch, my heater is not running constantly which is saving me a lot of money. Be sure to ask to see a house with the brick you choose (rather than select from pictures) because they wouldn’t take responsibility when the brick thye planned to put up was completely different from what we had selected, even though they hadn’t even started to put it up yet.

Pulte Sales team at Davis Ranch lacks integrity, respect, and a sense of honesty. The sales team says one thing, but then won't honor it, claiming I misheard them. Unfortunately for them, I've got a knack for holding onto things... especially when it comes to writing things down, recording meetings on my phone, and keeping track of every single email, but even that wasn't good enough proof for them.
