Buying a home should be an exciting and rewarding experience—but building with Pulte was, without question, the worst of the four new homes we’ve purchased. This is the worst craftsmanship I ever seen, from the walls, floors, Ctop, cabinets and much more. I closed around 5/12 and I still have issues with my cabinets not being completed. Also Workers using my electricity and water, like there’s no supervision for them so they do as pleased. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. Worst experience ever!!!

Pulte was reactive rather than proactive regarding problems. Pulte contracts with Arqai for smart homes, and Arqai is not a good company. When I reached out to Pulte to address concerns, there was no respone. Crickets. I would never buy from Pulte again.

Don’t buy. The construction and sales team are not sharing correct information and the warranty says 11 months but they deny to fix it.

I regret purchasing a home from Pulte. From day one, the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Despite the builder's one-year warranty, I did not anticipate encountering so many major issues — it has been truly mind-boggling. I have called multiple times to fix the sink. Because it has a leak. They have came twice to fix it and the same leak still continues. I also called for chipped tiles, no one has called me back. Almost as if I never called. The ac has some kind of shortage in one room, where the ac doesn’t hit the same as the entire house. When I first moved no ac was hitting that room, someone came to fix it, and they got the ac to get to the room but it’s not as strong as the rest of the house. Pulte homes are not cheap homes I would expect better quality of work and better treatment.

Lots of promise, poor delivery

Pulte does a rush job. Everything from the installation of the doors to the paint job to the construction of the walls was clearly done in a haphazard fashion showing a lack of care. Even the toilet they installed had a crack in the basin. Whenever an issue arises, I have to play email and telephone tag to get any kind of response. And then, there’s a lot of gaslighting about whether or not the issue I present is truly a problem. Don’t buy Pulte.

Absolutely HORRIBLE workmanship. Building the house was a nightmare, my floor plan was messed up multiple times, my items that were installed were incorrect multiple times, the paint is cheap, the walls were not all the way sanded down, the work looks cheap and there are multiple things that still need to be fixed including the leaking pipes. Would love to share pictures if you give me a link to upload. Not worth the 1.2 million dollars and would not recommend to anyone I know.

Last minute change in closing costs to offering incentives to investors at 5.75 but making the investors that trusted the brand to pay for points at 6.5-6.75 rate is insane. Lost my trust in pulte . Never felt stressed in buying a home with any other builder like how I felt on this home. Prices do go up and down but if an incentive of interest rate1% less than what you offer to new investors to investors who have not closed, ethically what you did by not matching the rates is absolutely wrong

Please thoroughly review the design diagram, specifications, and dimensions of everything in your home. It will be a large document, but it's important to take the time to go through it carefully. Here are a few issues I personally encountered that you might want to watch out for: No electrical outlet in the gathering room for a TV – this was missed in my case. this is the worst builder I ever bought from!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been dishonest and difficult throughout the entire process. We’ve had several issues arising from overall poor workmanship and negligence on part of their subcontractors which they refuse to take responsibility for. They nickel and dimed us for several upgrades, but bait and switched us and subbed out for things that were cheaper than what we had paid for. They have been dishonest and the quality of their homes cannot be justified by their price. I would not recommend at all.

Disappointed with the Build Process – Would Not Do It Again

While the final product looks nice on the surface, my overall experience building with Pulte was frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, key design elements were either poorly explained or not presented at all — including options like stair trim, siding choices with certain layouts not available and a natural gas line out back. Less than two months since we moved in, there are numerous issues that need to be addressed. The workmanship and materials used are of poor quality. Additionally, the communication regarding the completion of exterior items is extremely poor. We had to follow up multiple times to obtain a timeline for their completion. Overall we are not happy with the purchase and value for the price paid.
