If you don’t mind being just another number Instead of a human being use Pulte. They could care less. Loan processing is a joke. They could care less about you as a person in one of the biggest purchases in life they take all the joy out of it. Literally got to the point I didn’t care if I got a “Pulte” home or not. I’ve had a disappointing experience with Pulte. They make big promises during the contract phase but fail to deliver. There are numerous issues in my new house that I did not expect to see in brand-new construction. My construction manager was unresponsive and seemed indifferent, neglecting to check the quality of materials or the dimensions of rooms, cabinets, and windows as the house was being built. We have been here over a month in our new home and we can’t fully move in because of all the issues with this home drywall fixes, paint on our new $28,000 floors, electrical, plumbing, concrete, painting. This has been a nightmare. Pulte’s finish work is the worst I’ve ever seen. We would never buy another Pulte home or recommend them to anyone

If you're looking for a builder with little options and sub par attention to detail, then I would suggest you consider building with Pulte. We did our 2 hour walk through and upon closing less than 5 days later none of the punch list items were complete. We were then forced into closing even though the walk through items were not complete as they notify you 2 weeks prior to closing and most people are in the process of closing their past home. Beyond terrible experience. Pulte just wants to close as many houses as they can as fast as possible. Very poor quality of workmanship. Multiple serious issues including all windows being defective and leaking water that damaged the interior of the house, multiple cracks in the foundation walls leaking into the basement, leaking water from porch to the garage and basement were all discovered in the first week and we are still dealing with repairs after 2 months. Writing here again with more observations about Pulte—as I was wondering if anyone else might have had similar experiences with misinformation from the company: - The dishwasher they installed was very low quality—at 56 decibels it's incredibly loud. Pulte dissapointed us. We have found so many things that needed to be fixed that is so terrible. Even my fridge was scratched and something didn’t look good inside, but they didn’t take responsibility for it. I needed to contact the appliance company so they can take care of it. We thought Pulte was a more quality builder but we were wrong. Even my garage was built with broken concrete blocks. I don’t recommend this builder. Good thing they repair everything that we had pointed to them.

I will never buy again from Pulte or recommend it to any of my friend, I had to select 1 star ratings because there is no option to select less than 1 star, Pulte doesn't really deserve even a single star. I bought the house recently and not happy because of the below reasons: 1. No provision for trash Bins in the Kitchen. No one communicated about this during signing of the purchase agreement. 2. Due to cost cutting, corner space in the kitchen wasted (they have simply blocked about 12 cubic ft storage space in kitchen). 3. No SOD in the front of the house which was committed during purchase meetings. 4. Partial SOD in the backyard, no proper grade work resulting water accumulation/breeding area for mosquitoes. 5. No play area for kids in community.
