Quality of Workmanship, just average! Responsiveness to issue, poor be ready t wait couple of months to have ur issues fixed!! Celebration day do not be overwhelmed everything looks pretty in ur new home, inspect the house thoroughly every nook and corner!!! For that matter if u have washer/dryer make it a point to run a full cycle, do not believe installs for granted, Granite counter tops inspect every corner run ur fingers....Dont say Dont buy, but pay attention to detail if u want peacefu move in....Good Luck

low quality workmanship. Lots of scratches/scuffs on new walls/cabinets/flooring, etc. We identified issues at our final walk through but things took weeks to get fixed after we moved in. Very slow response. Overall, I would not recommend this builder.

Meet the timeline but poor quality and very bad customer service

We built a new home in the Brookfield subdivision and seeing leaks in the basement from day 1. My basement floor stays wet even after running dehumidifier continuously and my insulation on two sides is completely wet! I reported this issue multiple times thru their warranty portal but they have not done anything regarding this issue. Also there were multiple items that we were told that will be completed after closing, field manager opened up all the work orders on the closing date, but even after almost 9 weeks, all of those items are outstanding. Biggest mistake I ever made, was buying from Pulte. Workmanship is terrible. Warranty issues brought to attention months ago still have not been addressed. If you are buying from Pulte, be sure to get a 3rd party inspection prior to close, and refuse to close until every deficiency is addressed.

1) Not happy with the quality of upgrades such as base boards, doors, Faucets, flooring. Quality is missing, drywall etc....no quality check done. 2) No supervision of work, customer has to identify and point out issues. 3) Walk through during every stage of home construction is superficial. 4) Paid for water softener hookup ~$800. I was told that whole house will have softener. After moving in found that kitchen faucet and refrigerator do not have it and that was not communicated to us during the option selection which would have helped us to make the decision. New Townhouse lots of problems...

My new townhouse was closed in June. Location is very good, but construction quality is really worse. During the final walk through, I already found some quality issues: crooked door frames, bad stained stairs. Although I never stain stair wood before, however, I believe I definitely can stain wood stairs better than their painting contractors. Also there already have three places with ceiling cracks and two places with leakages near deck doors. I contacted account manage with no response and I understand he is busy with all kinds of complains by homeowners.

Contractors were sloppy in finished work and Pulte doesn’t have an efficient means of checks and balances in place ensuring quality workmanship. It’s very disappointing given the money paid.

For the price I paid I expected better quality and polish to the workmanship. So many cosmetic flaws and oversights. Moulding and trim are beat up. Walls have varying degrees of texture when they should be smooth. Different paint colors used on a wall. So many things that are disappointing to continue to discover. Not What they Use to Be in Henderson NV

We had issues from the get go with the Design Center to the Project Manager to Pulte Management. Every little thing was answered with "no, we can't do that", or "we're not a custom home builder." The Design Center was limited on some items and everything that was "included" was old school, old colors, or discontinued. There was one tile included for the floors and bathroom tile; it was beige. There are a lot of little quality issues. I felt rushed through and not truly given a punch/quality walk through. Now have a safety issue and rather than discuss the issue with me people just showed up and in a poor attempt to fix without any notification the work was going to be preformed. I think communication has been horrible since we have closed.

More issues since closing

We were told our house would have a door from the garage to the back door. It does not. When we asked they stated it was mark off of the plans we signed. Yes marked off AFTER we signed them. They have yet to really attempt to fix this. The workmanship in the house is lacking. There are foot prints in my driveway and metel rhubarb is showing through. They laid my drive way very inefficiently. We cant even get into the third car garage without driving over the sprinker that they set right at that corner. The other houses on the block have a much different angle for their drive way.

Pulte Mortgage was horrible to work with, Trish was the most miserable condescending person I have ever had to deal with. The Builder side of Pulte was great and the salesman Jeff was great to work with also and the construction manager Michael was very helpful and took care of any issues we had. We will recommend Pulte as a builder but do not use their mortgage company side at all.

Buying this home was So difficult using Pulte Mortgage. We have excellent credit, Zero Debt , a down payment of 34% of a the sales price, and all of our documents in order ( account statements, income statements etc). It would have seemed it should have been easy. It was so difficult, I sent all the documents requested then a different loan processor requested the same info again apparently did not look at the file first. This happened several times. Sale’s leadership is awful

It took 10 months to move into the house. They lost our paperwork. You get no response from sales leadership. There’s a lack of communication between leadership and their sales personnel. The general manager of the sales in Polo club could give a —— about the customers after she has the sales. Would not recommend Pulte Mortgage company

Pulte mortgage was a nightmare to work with. They were very slow to respond and kept changing what they wanted/needed. I would NEVEr use Pulte mortgage again. Luckily my loan was already sold to a different bank so hopefully I never have to deal with them again. The townhouse itself is nice. I had a few minor issues after moving in that I ended up having to address on my own because I did not get a response back from the builder even though I emailed him multiple times.

My experience with this company was terrible, Tifanie was not doing her job, when it came to responding to emails. The company it self doesn't answer phone put will respond in email right after you call.
