Used cheap materials & unprofessional job. Very disappointed with Pulte builder. Builder used cheap labor which benefited them only but the buyer had to suffer and comprise with final product being horrible. Everything seemed done with rush just to get it done. I have seen other builder new homes and I am very disappointed with Pulte builder for not putting their buyers satisfaction as Priority.

We had really bad experience with one of our stair selection. We opted for stairs on the upstairs and when the home was done built Pulte put in a drywall there instead. This was so heartbreaking and Pulte was never ready to get it fixed or provide compensation for us to hire some one outside to fix it

I would like to share my experience regarding the recent home purchase. While the cost of the home was nearly a million dollars, the quality of the construction is subpar. It is evident that the construction team lacked experience or was not adequately skilled to complete the project to a satisfactory level. So glad you asked. Where do I start? Home was in a FEMA flood zone. This was not disclosed at time of sale. Amy, salesperson, could not show me samples or pictures of the exterior siding or brick when asked. Closing credit was to be applied for flood insurance but this was not done. Flood insurance was not purchased by Pulte as indicated on closing documents. Issues with basic functions like heat and water. Issues with home are not being properly addressed. Absolutely not a great experience buying home with Pulte, they do not maintain the community after the closing. They do not respond on time, for warranty issues, have been trying to reach construction manager, their responsiveness is absolutely disastrous.

PULTE is very negligent with poor materials, poor finishing. Terrible experience with this he employees since the sales department until construction manager and customer relations. We don’t recommend this builder ever and never.

Please do not buy from Pulte! We were delayed for months and their management is unresponsive and only had excuses for their mismanagement with the city. Quality of the home was horrible and took many attempts and request for them to fix anything. I still have things that still need to be fixed after a month of being in the house. Avoid this builder at all cost. Many other builders are out there that can provide better service and quality.

We’ve had major systems out to the house on several occasions for systems failures including plumbing,electrical,havc mechanical, flooring, etc, just an extremely poor job on site management and quality control. Pulte should review performance standards and hold responsible their management team’s performance, but apparently do not.

We were shown a model home that really impressed us and we were also looking at other properties from Pulte and liked the finishes and setup. Hence we decided to go with the purchase and the finishes we selected were more or less the same as we were shown in the model. The overall project was on-time and we did get regular updates from the site engineer / manager. The closing process went well. Within 60 days of moving in we had a kitchen cabinet fall apart. Opened a claim to have it repaired. Here we are 60 days later and no one has been out to fix the cabinet. Only emails and no show for the schedule repairs to be done. Dont purchase from PULTE HOMES.

Pulte failed to work with the city to obtain certificates of occupancy - 4 month delay into house. The walls are thin. The paint - may not be paint. The trim on the house is a form material - easy to break off the siding. There were no lights or hardware on the cabinet. We paid thousands extra to get a "quality" home and Pulte just didn't deliver.

We have had nothing but issues since the whole process started. First, our original sales person left the neighborhood and was MIA. We ended up with three different construction managers. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Pulte. From the sales process to our closing date and even beyond that, there have been issues on all levels. On our closing date we were still missing our oven and there were over 30 incomplete items that still needed to be fixed. Here we are almost 2 months after our closing and only a fraction of the issues have been fixed. We would never build with Pulte again.

We would NEVER recommend building with Pulte Homes. They have ruined our first home building experience and caused immense stress and anxiety levels. The quality of the trades that are used on the homes are elementary. Structure and room are solid. There were children painting in some of the homes, hinges were painted and flooring was painted. Our countertop not installed straight and many of the holes cut into the cabinets appeared to be cut with the wrong tool, holes drilled and not measured properly, caulk and paint used to cover up errors. I would not recommend buying a house from Pulte. I had a horrible experience with Pulte. The field manager is not focusing on the build. I had many issues after closing my house. They are not fixing the problem yet. My field manager is lying a lot. They messed up the staircase, interior doors, curtains, rods, etc.; I will move to a higher level to fix all my issues.
