Am absolutely ashamed of the workmanship and quality control over my community by Jenny. The house had an abundance of issues at my final walk through that she said would be fixed by the time we closed. When closing came around they had still not been done, so I have her another week to have them done by the time we moved it and it still had not. I am incredibly disappointed with PULTE. I had paint stains all over my garage and they had told me there was nothing they could do about it, I am still finding paint all over my tile. The quality control is absolutely terrible and and our field manager the rudest. After reaching out to Pulte multiple times and attempting to reach corporate I finally got someone who was competent. We have finally got our original walk through stuff finished but now I lost my 30 day walk through and now have to deal with customer care from this point forward. ... More

I was very disappointed with the attention to detail, or lack thereof, that was placed into my home. I have been through home builds before, but this one was not favorable by any means. For the amount we paid, you would have thought that there would have been multiple eyes onsite to ensure quality control was happening. Instead we have damaged wood all over the place, specifically little chips throughout our craftsman trim, and paint that looks like an orange peels texture. I don’t understand why this happened as I pointed it out on several occasions. I don’t think it’s acceptable to receive a home that has wood filled in with “mud” or some filler - but the project manger specifically told me that the FROG often gets overlooked. I also don’t see how Pulte sells a craftsman trim, but somehow leaves trim nails sticking out in 3/4 of the doorways, slightly ironic. I had to call out the drywall on multiple occasions as there were spots that weren’t properly finished or dings and dents that were completely overlooked. The orange peel paint is probably one of the most aggravating things to look at considering it was probably the easiest to remedy at the time of application. The legs of our island were damaged and dented - of which had I not called it out, I would have been stuck with it. The cabinet paint was dinged up by the workers. I had to pitch a small fit over considering it’s the focal point of the house. Our yard also was missing a bunch of sod and it has been a fight since our closing to get this done, which is still an outstanding item. The moral of the story here is buyer beware and pay very close attention. You would think you would get what you pay for, but then again, not so much these days. Pulte was great! If you are looking for a builder no need to look any further.

The quality of our home is not what we expected to be getting for a $300K+ home. All of the work was hired out and was done very quickly. The walls are not straight and the caulk work is horrendous around the house. When brought to the project managers attention we were told that the work that was done meets "pulte standards" so nothing would be done to fix it. The house overall is beautiful but the detail aspect of the home is very poor.

Not impressed with having to follow up on issues identified during closing 7 weeks ago . Still chasing work to be completed.

From start to finish my wife and I were provided great service and we love our new home. Pulte offers great quality at an affordable price. I've been told buying a home can be very stressful, but Pulte ensured our experience was stress free.

The building process was exceptional. I was informed every step of the way and felt I was a part of the process rather than a bystander.

We are loving our new home! Pulte was so easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend them!

Very good location, good home plans and very good people to help you with the issues and needs.

Pulte talks a lot about quality but the contractors they use for fit and finish are terrible. We closed on our house and there are still a lot of issues that Pulte has yet to fix. From missing siding, to poor caulking, uneven drywall, scratched appliances- you name it. I am confident that our framework was done correctly but from a fit and finish standpoint Pulte misses every mark.

Pulte had an easy process for picking out our options and guided us through everything. After we moved in there were a few items needing attention that we pointed out. Pulte warranty was all over it! very happy with our sales team and the our builder!

Overall it is good

Great people to work with. Quality of the material is not that great as compared to the price. Does lacks some finishes/touchups at the first place which were taken care once service request were created. Overall I am happy with Pulte. Would definitely recommend.

Pulte did not care about the customer's need . The quality of finishes are what you see in much lower priced homes.
