From when we first met Tom the service has been great. Tom went above and beyond to help us with getting approval while we sell our house and to help get our contingent offer extended while our house was still on the market. Eleonora was our loan agent and she was amazing. She keep me on track to have all the documents in so we didn't have any issues and she helped us make our whole experience so easy. Ryan our head builder was awesome. He took over our build half way through because our prior head builder left. Ryan came in half way through and did an amazing job. He keep us in the loop on everything that was going on with the build when he took it over and when it came down to closing. He has been so helpful to make sure we registered everything we needed to register to keep or extend warranties. Ryan explained everything with the house so it was so easy for us to understand. He made it feel like we were there for the hole build by explaining how everything works and how it was built. Everyone who helped us from the Pulte team through our whole experience, Specially as I said before Tom, Ryan, & Eleonora was amazing. They make the whole experience as I stated before so easy. There are many parts of our home that are very unprofessionally finished-Front door was installed crooked, brick edge along front step has a hump and not laid flat, sloppy painting throughout, several windows had significant scratches in the glass, woodwork is very poorly lined up and stuffed with caulk, then painted over, there was a chunk out of our patio which was patched and now visible, there is cracking in the concrete driveway, the interior doors are cut way too short, the insulation is of very poor quality and we can hear right through the walls to the outside, we are starting to think there was no insulation in the exterior walls? ALL of the materials used throughout are of very cheap quality. We have been dealing with an issue of the construction workers for over a month now and supposedly Pulte reps will be meeting with the residents soon to address the many upset residents and their concerns. The workers have their music obnoxiously loud and they watch for the builders rep and as soon as he starts to drives up the street they turn it off. They obviously know they're doing something wrong, they are extremely sloppy and our streets are filled trucks, dirt, garbage and lots of nails all over- many residents have had nails in their tires, they park on both sides of the street so residents, garbage trucks, movers, etc. are blocked and can't get in. They seem to have no regard for the home owners who live and no pride in their quality of work. The way they build homes is as lazy and sloppy as they portray themselves in the neighborhood. Extremely disappointed in our new home and feel like we will need to sell in the next year or two before the house starts to have major issues. ... More

Happy with process and home

I have to say We we felt rushed deciding our personal choices for our home but we did and add are happy. Our house was built within 6 months so there was pressure but it all worked out. We were thankful dir our builder and sales manager to step us through the process! The house is solidly built and we are happy py. Thank you

Love the home....'however' in one day and at the same time I had 4 contractors here fixing things that should never have needed fixing. Replace the mirror in master because of defects, 'repairing' master marble sink (what, its supposed to be brand new?), fixing shoddy drywall, repair sliding glass door. Truly believe Pulte purchases '2nds' and uses them in new homes to cut costs. A number of items in my home that needed replaced, repaired should never have been in a new home. Have spent a lot of time with people in and out getting stuff fixed and then discovering more. You begin to feel like a chronic complainer. Plan for the build to take as long as the original projection window despite any positive comments regarding finishing early. If you need to make temporary living arrangements make them based on the full amount of time Pulte has to complete your build. Look at what is written down as and building modifications or interior elements on paper carefully. Mistakes were made on mine that essentially “became my problem” because I signed off on number and descriptions ( which made no sense to me) trusting that they were recording my selections accurately

Everyone is easy and great to work with. The experience was wonderful!

We love the house. But there are so many cosmetic issues after closing. The manager on site seems like he didn’t regular his contractors on their workmanship and the quality of the house before closing on the house. After, closing we had to call in and address alot of problems and he was very selective on which emails he wanted to answer or reply. He was very unresponsive. For example, we contacted him about the issues and asked him to schedule for repair services he didn’t answer at all and it been like 2 weeks. I had to call costumer services and they told me they would have him to call me to explain and still nothing. We are very unhappy and disappointed. ... More

The house is beautiful, but some of the workmanship is subpar. Uneven caulking and grouting, grout not wiped from tile, nicks in the cabinets, a crack in my porch from day one. Then I learned my furnace was installed incorrectly, causing parts to be replaced. I was told that every house on the street has the same problem. I’m still waiting for it to be fixed. Not to mention that my downspout drains are not yet in, and I have no grass or landscaping. This is what happens when you hire random crews to work over each other; attention to detail is lost.

Pulte is generally a good builder. The rating for quality of the materials and workmanship should be separated in my opinion. The quality of the materials is generally great. The workmanship is average or on occasion, less. The warranties they offer are excellent and are the reason I gave 4 stars for the "value for the price paid." We experienced a variety of problems both during the building process and after moving in. I think it is hard to rate the entire company lumped together, because some of the people we worked with went above and beyond, while others struggled to communicate well.

From start to finish we had an awesome experience! We could not be happier with our home and will push everyone we know that wants a new home to go with Pulte.

I like that I was able to get every question I asked answered and that the builder was prompt in correcting any recognized mistakes throughout the building process.

Our lease was ending and Pulte was able to get us into our new home with no delays on closing or move-in dates!! Took alot of stress out of a stressful situation!!

As far as my experience with Pulte was excellent with the home and quality also the construction Manager Jimmy was awesome and Kelly in the office. My only problem was with the Mortgage company, I felt like they could have done better in getting me qualified and listened more to me in the beginning but my overall experience was a good one and I do recommend them as a builder.
