Pulte needs to control their vendors quality! Painters did poor job! Used very thin layers of paint and we can see the blue mark up to be painted again. Electrical vendor damage our upgrade trim but decided to caulk the trim instead of replacing it. Carpenter didn’t smooth out the trim and used the rough side as the face. Electrical vendor will cancel your warranty for simply switching out the switch unless your goes through them for a “small fee”. I will never build with Pulte again.

House sold way over price, have to sell for a loss. Quality is bad, gave house with torn carpet and broken windows. Then asks for a review and refuses to publish as it deters business. Good for you pulte, I’ll write a review somewhere else. Thanks for the trash house that’s underwater now. Oh and thanks for the dangerous living conditions for $1.4m. There is a limit in these reviews so I can't even list all of the issues that have come up. The quality of the trades they outsource are horrible. They are backed up and were still building the home and had not even finished many areas when we closed. Stains on the driveway, trash everywhere in the garage and yard at closing, appliances not in, took months just to get approval to start drywall, a closet wasn't even painted a month after closing, shutters weren't on the home until after closing, the floorplan sucks so bad that we are ripping out walls before even moving in, basements were ...

PULTE dropped the ball and almost every single part of the process of us buying our house from the first conversation to the 30 day inspection after we moved in. Sales people didn’t communicate deadlines and we were left without structural options we said we wanted. Mortgage company is arguably the worst customer service I’ve ever had ANYWHERE in my entire life. They consistently lost our documents and made us resubmit them, changed things at the last second without communicating to us, and dragged a 1 month process out for 9 months. FOR PULTE BUILDERS The house we purchased almost in double price they charge us, with all extra works , hmm obviously more money, All Material cheap quality , sometimes where roof not in level , same thing with exterior and floor. Worst ever experience with Pulte, totally unlike "Pulte". The construction manager at this Irvine site was a totally irresponsible person, should never had been hired. The quality of the home under his supervision was so so so bad, we had to fix all issues after closing. The list of defects are more than 10 pages long. Still trying to fix it with the warranty team.

The completion time was months out from what I was told which now I’m paying very high interest rate due to the builder delay . Electric is not correct , they also had the water heater running with no water causing the element to burn and we had no hot water ; the A/C apparently was installed incorrectly now has to be repaired possibly needing to open the ceiling - many other issues - too much to write and nothing comes from this anyway . They got their money then leave the homeowners to deal with their shoddy work. How this past inspection is beyond me. Horrible experience very expensive ...

Terrible experience from day 1. Sales rep was horrible. Walls are already cracking. Roof is falling off. No grading after 30 days. The development looks like a dump site. No updates are given to warranty work filed. Wish I would have gone another direction. Will never buy Pulte again or recommend to anyone.

Salesman mislead us on options and used supply chain issues to give us down graded appliances. Had a number of issues with the finish carpentry. Exterior had mud all over sides and back of house. Terrible experience from beginning to end. “FIELD MANAGER II” made use sign off that the home was done and was still missing many items pointed out and said he’d be back to finish them later pending a positive online review and once given the review we never heard from him again nor will he respond to phone calls or texts. We literally paid for things that are not installed and the items that were installed were done poorly. Missing grout, paint, doors won’t open or close properly. many things wrong with house, things that should not have happened, but did due to shoddy work ethics. bathroom fixtures fell off wall, broken windows left broken, fan above cooktop, dented, not aligned, gaps where it was attached and fingerprints (many) on wall above cook top. block wall not completed needs one more level and caps, overspray of paint along trim around garage, footprint of black paint on floor, reported within 2 days of move in, one month later im still waiting to get fixed. project manager does not appear to be capable.

When you have subcontractors the construction boss should be on everyone butt to be sure that completion and quality come first. They should not be slowed to start work on a new site till all customers are satisfied and repair work is completed. This is not quality. Your workers are all interested in their paycheck and not in the quality of their work. Pulse and the construction manager should be out here checking things out DAILY till your customer is 100% satisfied. Also plenty of design flaws. Call. Be happy to point them out.

First day at my new home, I found out that the living room and 2nd floor bathroom ceilings were wet. The construction people came in and I was told that this was due to the water leak in ac unit in the attic. The drain pipe was not connected to the ac, so water was pouring out straight down to the ceiling below. No one inspected that the ac unit was running properly! Overall terrible experience. Would not buy again. Multiple sales reps/field reps. Had to do everything myself and follow up on everything on my own. Everything was incorrect and had to be adjusted on the go. Would not have been fixed if I was not on top of the entire build. Would never suggest to anyone.
