The home was given to us impecable it was ready to move in clean and beautiful. The area is perfect close to major highways, shopping, and only 15 minutes from hospitals and downtown area. The choice of upgrades for the home are many are useful with gave us an opportunity to make the home comfortable and right for our needs. Thanks Pulte form building us a home for years to come.

Low quality, shoddy work in some areas, poor customer service, misinformation, rushed design center appointment that missed significant details, excuses rather than fixes. Very disappointing, should have gone with DRHorton across the street.

It is really important to identify and get things fixed before move-in. The biggest mistake I did during the home celebration was not paying attention to each and every detail as I was under the impression that any defect can be addressed later on due to a 12-month warranty. It has been 6 weeks since I moved and so many issues are coming up. The service team is really poor to address any issues.

Try to come to the community with a Realtor to represent you and help you in the process as some of the conversations with Sales are vague and will not go into details about what you could get in your home. Yes, they will go over pricing of additions but you'll discover the reality at the Design Center appointment and some more while your home is being built. Also hire an Inspector to do your phased home inspection as we had lots of flaws brought to them during the inspection reports during construction that we would not know about if we just hired an inspector for the before closing ...

Construction manager promised to fix issues after signing on closing date. Blinds to be repaired, Never done. construction team was in a rush to close out house and never completed some work promised to us that would be done after we signed. To find out the last 2 construction managers quit and left Pulte. Never should have signed until work was complete. "WE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES'

We love our house, the builder was very attentive to us during the entire process , only concern/complain is that there were a lot of small details inside the house, i know its very hard for the builder to keep everything perfect having several workers in and out but lot of details on the painting, on the base boards, on the walls, ceiling , tiles , etc , for the price , all of that should not be present. One thing worth to mention, is that the responsiveness when submitting a service request is very fast!

We've been trying for years to have a new house built. We decided to go with Pulte because they had the floor plan we liked. During the build process, communication was pretty weak. They were 5 months late completing the house. During this time, getting updates was difficult. When it came time to close, the closing agent didn't have the most up to date paperwork (good thing I was paying attention). When we took delivery of the house, we began to notice just how poor the finishes actually were. Most of the doors have either finish or open/close defects while the majority of the trim ...
