The cheapest materials they can be and the worst workmanship it can be on top of sloppy work without any thoughts in mind. Customer service is so bad as well as we are 3 month on with punch list items for repairs still pending.

From the sales team, field manager, to mortgage, the whole experience was bad. Through the long and delayed process, we had 2 sales people, 3 field managers, and 2 loan officers. Communication within the pulte team is non-existent and communication with the customer is equally as bad. Utility location is inefficient and materials used to build are cheap. I do not recommend Pulte

DO NOT close on house until ALL issues are taken care of, Once you are in, good luck getting anything fixed. The appointments that are made, NO body shows up. I guess we'll see pretty soon how the " Warranty" side picks up after 30 days. Their Web site where you go to put problems wouldn't take our pictures.Buyer beware

From the beginning, things started off bad, with the realtor refusing to allow us to have our own realtor; because she is the one who secured the deal. Realtor kept advising me to go month to month on my apartment lease; which cost me thousands of dollars. Realtor kept sending (3x) the wrong construction plans to the city so numerous delays. Construction Manager did everything half-heartedly. Our home had a Guest Suite, sort of like a mother-in law suite which is supposed to have its own thermostat control for the heat and air conditioning; they messed up on that too. I have way too many issues to list here, so I'll just talk about a couple of them!!!!! I understand there's a labor shortage not just in New Mexico but all over the country. However, there was way too many times where our house sat for weeks at a time with nothing being done, I simply couldn't understand that. During the build process I came to our house "everyday", and they used a large amount of warped and damaged wood in this house. When I pointed this out, I was given all kinds of excuses. If someone from Pulte wants to contact me, I have much, much more to say.

Only thing that stood out was the last site supervisor (Jason) who was very professional and nice person who listen. He was our 5th site supervisor but thank God he showed up at the last minute. A lot of the buildingerrors were made prior to him coming on

Home was supposed to be completed in March but lasted 7more months. The worst part is that homes that were recently signed took precedence because they paid more money. Unfortunately, for 6months, l was the supervisor since Pulte would not provide me with update and hardly worked on it. Even in some ocassion, l had to contact them about shaddy work and issues on the ongoing building. Our home buying experience was a train wreck, especially as we got closer to closing. It seemed to be first time any member of the Pulte team had gone through this process. Our sales agent was nowhere to be found, the field manager could not be reached, and the closing team was unaware that the home was incomplete on our scheduled closing day. My experience with Pulte has been extremely poor. It started with delays due to the pandemic which I understand but then there was a sudden rush to close by 9/30 on the last day of the quarter. The house was not ready at the time of the quality walkthrough but the field manager rushed the fixes by himself so that closing could go through. I was told that a lot of the issues will be sorted within the first 30 days but that 30 day walk just ended up being a lesson in Pulte warranty coverage and I got a very good sense of Pulte’s approach to customer experience. I had great expectations for Pulte when I signed the purchase agreement. The property is in an affluent neighborhood and I paid premium dollars for it. My experience leading up to signing the purchase agreement was great. Their mortgage team was also great. This wasn't my first new construction. My last was several years ago with a builder in a similar area. My overall experience back then was way better than my current experience with Pulte. Hi, I bought a model house and the day of the walk in the refrigerator was broken and asked for a replacement. Since I am in the final phase of loan process they said I have to take care of it. I did took care of it calling whirl pool customer service and they said they would send me a replacement model with a better model since they don't have this model. I was asked to provide receipt for this one. I requested builder to provide the same and they refused to provide it since it charged more than what the original price was (3800$) the original price was $2400. I had to pay extra money from ...
