So many things to say! The hluse was not finished when we moved in. We were told that the final issue would be take care of in the next few days after the moved but almost 2 months later we still working on those issues. Next week they will replaced over 10 tiles... it has been a bad experience overall...

Have been in house 2 mos., and few warranty issues have been addressed. Warranty Dept. appear to be fearful of meeting warranty requests from buyer. Possible pressure from bosses or Pulte Construction Co.? Responses by warranty Dept.: No response, Bare minimum or obviously poor and therefore unsuccessful solutions to serious issues. Bullying comments by warranty emails & workers to suggest that the owner is responsible to fix issues, which are clearly stated in Pulte Warranty Book. Monitoring & checking work completed is nonexistent. Poor or no communication, scheduling, and follow up. ...

I feel like cheated. When I decided to buy a new construction house I had expectations to get a perfect house when I am paying close to my hard earned half Million dollars. When we had new house inspection and walk though we found too many issues which was not expected from a new construction. Drywall and finishing was very poor. Quality of build is really poor. I have seen many new built properties from many builders but their built is the poorest. There are issues just about everywhere in regards to the quality.

New Home with poor quality work

We purchased our home in April which was supposed to be ready November-January. We we informed in July we would close in September. We did our walk through and noticed several things which we noted and were supposed to be fixed before closing. . We closed and moved in a week later. The house was left a mess. (we were told construction clean) Cabinets were chipped and covered with paint, the workers left chicken bones, nails, bottles and so much debris in our yard and front of house. No I would never recommend pulte to someone else. It was a horrible home buying experience and pulte still hasn't fixed things that were discussed during our final walk through.

A lack of respect, attention to detail and quality of construction is less than substandard. Finishes were done poorly and now that weather is changing it is apparent this it is not an energy efficient home. The cold comes right through the windows. Poor quality at an extremely expensive cost.

Every single trade of my home had to be redone in the build. If there was a half or corner to cut Pulte did it. ZERO Ability in providing the customer what you buy.

I would not recommend building with Pulte to anyone. The sales process was bait and switch. They tell you one price and up it for things like lights which a normal builder would include a flush mount light in a quarter million dollar price tag. They give the cheapest items possible, the price point and marketing claims your getting superior luxury, it’s a lie. The corporate office will not back their product, they don’t communicate. After moving in, we found the garage was not insulated contrary to our purchase agreement. It then took numerous calls and threat of legal action to get this resolved. The contractors did a haphazard job fixing the issue. It also took multiple contractors multiple days to finish the work.

Really poor, cheap and low quality both material and workmanship. Very disappointed and regret chooses this neighborhood. All other reviews that I seen on google and etc is true. Moved here not even 2 month concrete at patio is cracked and leak plumbing near garage door. Hopefully this not happen to other people/buyer because we spend a lot of money and we don’t get what we expected. Always lot a good promise at the beginning, but the truth is way different. Good question, It’s brand NEW HOMES guys, why have a lot an issue? Hope someone take this seriously.

The most ridiculous builder ever.

We were told that we should pick Pulte Title to do the closing because being part of the parent company the things go much more smoothly. Lie. Total lie. Our final walkthrough was scheduled after the closing and the keys to the house were not given to us for two full days after the closing. And then when we needed repairs done, we simply did not get any response for weeks, and got service only after we escalated the matters to senior management.

We were lied to repeated times by employees at Pulte about the size and grading of our house. The quality of the house is an absolute disgrace, lack of consistency in the finishing even though the houses are the same model. Incompetent and Disappointing - Would Not Buy From Again - But Neighborhood is Pretty

The sales person was friendly and prompt but everything else about the purchase process was terrible. Pulte made dozens of mistakes from sending emails to the wrong address (misspelled my email) to communication mistakes so bad you wonder if they were deliberate. Some upgrades we chose were poorly represented and we got things we didn’t like in the upgrade yet Pulte refuses to adjust them. After signing off the final walk through Pulte refuses to make final repairs as noted with blue tape during the walk even a month after we moved in. They also left dirt all over the house. House was built in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship of the trades they hire is Very Sub Par.
