The home buying process was a breeze. Every issue that I encountered before closing was quickly addressed. The warranty process was explained in detailed to me and in easy understandable terms. There was no issue with trust from the sales consultant to the field manager. The home was built within the specified time frames stated at the contract sign date.

Generally very poor finishes and workmanship. A few major faults - for example, one wall was bowed at the bottom and when it was cut open, the drywall was installed over a scrap piece of wood that fell on the floor. A wall in the bathroom that joins the shower stall is not straight. Our range had a fault at closing that made it inoperable and required it to be replaced that took almost two weeks to replace. Lots of minor finish issues - including bottom window frame leaks during heavy rain, tiles not flush in shower stall,

It is a challenge to have any particular item/issue repaired after closing. The model homes are spectacular and in optimal conditions but when they build your home, it is not exactly what they advertise in the model homes. I will most likely not consider Pulte Homes in the future.

Monitor the different building stages of your home. During your walk-through check all appliances to see if they open and work appropriately. Make sure the home is cleaned properly prior to you moving in.

The only thing i would give 5 starts to is the response and effectiveness of Customer Care Manager Chris and the Building Home Manager Loren. Anything else i would rate very poorly. The quality of the materials and home is very poor. Not withing 32 days and the brand new dryer breaks. The poor quality of the paint in the house. Not even a good welcome from the sales department. You are pretty much left alone to figure out you way around with the community. Was not given any directions or instructions as to how to get into the community with the sticker and fab was not even activated, ...

Had a great experience building with Pulte this year. From Darla in sales to Brayden in the field our in person helpers were always available, helpful, and responsive. Eric and Morgan made our mortgage a dream to get. Will highly recommend Pulte to anyone who will listen whether they are in the market or not. Pulte was awesome and remains so after close.

As I moved into my home I found a lot of things that I am not pleased with... like water damage to one of my doors, the toilet paper wall mounts too close together... uneven walls... drywall issues... rust stains in my tub.... and the fact that the place was not cleaned before I moved in... I have to mop, clean cabinets, bathrooms, the whole house before I could move my stuff in...

My wife and I purchased this new home when we moved to Texas from Georgia. The house has major air conditioning issues to this day that have not been corrected (12 A/C service calls), there have been multiple issues that had to be addressed that should have been caught by the builder before we closed yet were identified after closing, the master bedroom closet shelves collapsed, and the overall effort of the Pulte team to address customers concerns with their new homes after closing is below average to say the least. The following transgressions have happened since moving into my home via the contractor next door: Pulte did nothing to stop theft of Water and Electricity. Came home to workers helping themselves to my water and power. This happened multiple days, had to call police to arrest behavior. Contractors working next door splashed stucco on my Vehicle and the windows of my home. They made a mudhole out of my grass on that side of the house. I am not sure if the closing was rushed, but if your home is not ready, I would suggest you do not move in and sign any paperwork! It has been almost two months and we still have people in and out of our home trying to finish everything that was not completed in time or done poorly. I thought Pulte took more pride in making quality homes and now we are finding everything in the home is done a the least cost possible. Not satisfied with Pulte at all!

This has been my wife and i’s first time building a home. Pulte made the building process relatively painless. The building process in my opinion went very smoothly. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner and Ben our building supervisor made of feel as thought he cared about our home as much as we did.
