Very responsive team in communication but action is a bit slow maybe for valid reasons. Just a few items we are not happy with—we have to walk into a dark garage to find the light switch. The dining area light can only be switched from one side, We may have to spend extra to have an electrician rewire these light switches . The grading around the house draws water in, instead of away, this is being reviewed by construction manager. Good overall.

The home is a typical track home. The quality is decent. From the time of purchase we have been changing out the cheaper fits and finishes and installing better quality. The superintendent Carson has bent over backwards to help in any way possible. The neighborhood is great.

Overall, we are very pleased with the home and its quality. Sales and construction process went very smoothly, however some warranty work has been slow to respond for repairs.

Be diligent about addressing issues with the home. They’ll try to sneak them by you and cross their fingers you don’t notice. We upgraded and paid for paint and have been horribly disappointed. There were several spots that were missed. A lot of dry wall issues because someone left the windows open and it rained and the drywall on the windowsills are all cracked. Front door painted black but painted with the door open so there is black paint splatter on our light gray floors. Uneven walls. The trim on our stairwell was painted white which splattered on the upgraded rod spindles. It’s hard to look past all these issues. The list gets longer the longer we live here. Pulte morgage got me into my home fast, really fast. They are great but some small thing like laundry door doesn't close and my linen and coat closet doors stick. They said the will fix them though which bring it back up in my mind anyways

We are very disappointed in the representation of Pulte through their sales representative Jane. She was extremely aggressive and rude when we asked about a drainage system that was placed in our backyard.The drainage system was not represented on any surveys, nor was it disclosed to us. When we saw the house it was covered. Instead of trying to come to a solution we were told "Just cancel" multiple times. This was very unprofessional and unreasonable as we were to close on the property in a few days. After speaking with her supervisor a solution to the issue was presented to us but not to our expectations. On the other hand Our Site Manager Bobby was amazing. He went above and beyond fixing everything that needed to be fixed. He was always reachable and completed any task quickly and with a smile. He was a pleasure to work with. ... More

makes home buying easy

The whole buying experience was handled so well by our sales person, Faith. She explained everything so well. Selecting our options was a fun time and the design staff were so helpful. Our project manager gave us updates and followed through with correcting any issues. Leugh is still here and didn't disappear after we moved in. So we feel like part of the community already.

Our home built by Pulte is ok. Why do I say that...just ok. It lacks the crisp, detailed, workmanship as we saw with the model home. Switches are not flat to the surface, tiles are chipped, door stoppers are not placed as should have been, AC vent system is not effectively designed and installed...ect

The beginning of the building process was ideal. The flexibility, communication and friendliness was stellar when picking a lot, model, and floor plan. Once we gave the initial deposit, the flexibility and communication became less. However, we were still able to adjust meeting times and reassured that we would have a quality team to build our home. We are happy with the overall build but the attention to detail was lacking. Many things were pointed out during the walkthrough before closing and we were assured these things we would taken care of. Some were and some still have not. After closing, we were assured if anything under warranty needed to be fix to call the Pulte hotline. I’ve had to call twice for two separate issues. Both issues were considered urgent and I was told I would receive a call in 24-48 hours. Neither times did I receive a call. The starting home price is deceptively low and then you pay extra for everything. Some of the workmanship was excellent and some was pretty average. Most of my concerns have been addressed about problems I discovered but, over five weeks later, a few have not. I have appreciated Pulte's willingness to work with us to get things taken care of.

The quality of our new home is sub-par. After moving in we noticed that 2 walls in the middle of our home aren't even close to straight. They're slated to be repaired but being that were occupying the home now it will be a big inconvenience. Our A/C unit wasn't wired correctly and shorted out leaving us without air while 100+ outside and by the time it was repaired it was almost 90 in our home. Considering we just lost our home in a fire the potential to have another fire was concerning. When we moved in we discovered that the water valves in both bathrooms were installed backwards and we didn't have hot water for 3 days. There seem to be little attention to detail. The home wasn't even cleaned when we took possession. There was even nails and debris left in our backyard. We would not purchase another Pulte home. ... More

The overall experience did take some time. Going with the builder lender did have its set backs as communication was a major issue. The overall build is good. Seem as if some things were rushed. Little things didn’t get picked up and we had to go back and fix them during the walk through and 30 day inspection. Neighborhood is greAt. Lincoln the builder is a good guy helped with lots of issues and fixed them all.

People, workmenship, communication is good. Quality wise; material like paint, finishing can be improved. Design center collections are very expennsive.

I’ve purchased 3 new homes before this one, and Pulte definitely ranks 1st for quality, responsiveness and scheduled build.

Mindy and Shuan are providing a great service for me and my clients. They have been patient and fair and are very knowledgable for their specialty. They also reply to email promptly with proper instructions and explanations. Me and my daughter feeling happy and content with Pulte's great performance. Home buying is supposed to be a very happy time . But this was the most stressful time with us from the seeing to the closing . I hope no one else has to do this

The RDU warranty are slow to act as it's been approaching a month and no word on timeframe to schedule and complete. The HOA mgmt company are equally poor in their response; simple straightforward requests get no response for weeks. Also, their communication and coordination of the paving was awful.

Our new Pulte home is wonderful. We love the home and the subdivision. High quality finishes inside and out.

Structurally the house appears solid. Finishing workmanship is always an issue when building. Our project manager has been on top of our punch list items. Air conditioning air flow has been an ongoing issue and still needs attention. Is 1 unit enough for our size house? How should the duct work /vents be installed/adjusted for even temp throughout the house? Overall we are pleased.

We love the model, the process was quite simple and the post move in team have been extremely responsive and helpful (Ryan is the customer relations person). Our construction super (Steven Chipman) has been wonderful as well. Our comment would be - we would encourage you to step the quality control checks prior to move in. While your team has been fantastic in responding, we think that many of the items could have been detected on the front end.
