Built the Furman Plan on River Green and put in all the options that we could think off. Wish we extended the Gathering room since we spend most of our time there. Very happy with the open floor plan and proximity to everything. Love the Master on main. Downsized from a 3600 sq ft house to a 2880 sq ft house and we feel that we are not cramped and have plenty of space for everything that we need.

I had few small issues. All around I am satisfied with the house.

I’ve bought many homes and this home is one of the best.

Pulte Condos in Crown Gaithersburg review – Pros: The location of these condos in Crown, Gaithersburg Maryland is fantastic - they are within a stone throw distance from Crown city center that includes 7+ good restaurants/bars, a Starbucks store, a great wine shop, a Harris Teeter, a Sports club and other stores. With easy access to 270, MD 200-ICC and close proximity to Shady Grove Metro Station the location speaks for itself. The external look of the building is very modern and attractive. The building is located across from the pool and community center and therefore has easy access to these amenities. Inside the unit, the upgraded kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are excellent. The floor plan I choose – Brooklyn has nice size open kitchen and living room area. I will definitely give building a 4.5+ star rating out of 5 stars especially because both, the Sales and Delivery/Operation staff is very professional and attentive. Having said that, there are a few elements that could have been designed better to get a 5 star from me. Cons: - The sound proofing in the building, both internally and externally is nearly nonexistent, the ceiling is lower than 9 feet, there is only one elevator in the building of 32 residents that not only is inconvenient but it is also a single point of failure especially for elderly living on the 3rd and 4th floors, the parking is very limited with a very flimsy and noisy garage door protecting the entrance, the adjacent same size windows do not have symmetrical dimensions and therefore creates a challenge for designing high-end window treatment. For the unit size of 1500+ sq. ft. The balcony size is a joke. Obviously, some of these are design while others are construction quality control related issues. Bottom-line - While the corporate planners/architects plan these Condos to maximize the square footage and utilization for obvious reasons however, they do neither have experience nor inclination to make the design for functional living. it is complicated to have every little detail worked out, however you do a pretty good job in this regard just a matter of having some areas duly cleaned for delivery...acces gate, garage for example.

The quality of workmanship on these houses is extremely disappointing. 1 month in and they have to replace the sub-floor in the laundry room because it has a huge hump in it (FYI-Pulte knows this is an existing issue in all Modena homes) and have to tear apart and move a wall because it is not straight/square with the rest of the area. This shows the poor workmanship by the framer. The framer comes in and complains the whole time about making the repair and blaming it on other trades. The field management team and their unprofessional from day 1. They did not make the repairs necessary that were suppose to be completed from the walk through delaying my crew to do their construction which repeated for over a month. They finally come in a make the repairs and they are not done correctly. They put a band-aid on the sub-floor and had to fight to get it replaced. They can't be trusted to make the repairs correctly. I had to escalate it up to a corporate office locally and that still gave me mediocre results. Overall, I will never recommend Pulte again due to the lack of professionalism and commitment to get the house built right from the field management team and the continuous arguing from the so called "customer service" repair team. ... Pulte staff worked hard to resolve issues and help us out when our closing was delayed at the last minute because of a fire inspection issue.

Various plan to choose, tons of customization options. friendly staff to answer all our questions. On Time delivery. Proud to be part of Pulte family.

All comes down to details. Trades hired are either going way too fast or don't care. If the sub-contracted companies bring their own installers, same thing. Either go too fast or don't care. Either way, the customer perception is the subcontractor work is poor. This has to be corrected for future builds. Items customer notice the most: Flooring, drywall, paint, trim, light fixtures. One solution would be to bring in a 3rd party audit before final walk-thru with customer. This would help ensure a smooth transition to the buyer.

Top notch quality and a very professional and helpful work crew.

The home is great however the paint and some small details are needing to be fixed. The paint comes off easily on the walls. There are some issues with walls having weird curves and bulges. The main concern is I was never told there would be such a steep driveway which is an annoying issue and for someone with a bad back adds additional issues.

Smooth process. Financed with Pulte Mortgage as well. Great 3% incentive. Builder hasn't responded well to issues we found after moving in; local field manager won't fix issues but keeps promising to come back.

The closing procedure had its hiccups to no fault of mine. I am still waiting to be contacted by Pulte's outside vendors to correct a couple issues. Pulte has responded and fixed what they could do. All in all, I love my home.

Quality seems a little above average, I am not unsatisfied but not fully satisfied. I understand that with new fast construction there's going to be issues. First, had concern when one of our paid upgrades wasn't implemented and we ended up having it removed as to not delay our closing. Beer bottles under our tub in the dirt, then my husband recently went in the attic and there was another beer can. It's going on two months since closing and still haven't received any follow-up call or email from Pulte asking if there are any issues. Our back fence is against the street and substantially lower than both our neighbors to the side of us. Many minor cosmetic issues with our upgraded cabinets, looks as if they were painted and paint didn't dry evenly (some areas looks scratchy). Our leftover paint that were left in the garage don't match our walls, andvwe had to purchase a can of paint which cost us alnost $50 to paint and do touch ups. It seems there's an issue with our cold water, it's more lukewarm or room temperatute and doesn't get close to getting cold, no matter how long you let it run. The standard carpet is hideous, if we would have known how cheap and unsightly it would look, we definitely would have upgraded. The upgrade for prewire was never completed because we had to call an outside party to finish the wiring. Our front door is chipped and we'll probably have to pay to replace it. ... More

Timely delivered but not happy with the quality of the material and lot of hidden things that weren’t explained during booking of home. On top of that, if we need to avail any service from the vendor, their charge is too high. Somehow I feel I paid much more and received the low quality home.

There were several issues from the closing process to finally moving in the home with several different things incomplete or never addressed during the building process. Currently still undergoing finishing touches to the home by the builder.

There are issues which were brought up prior to closing such as paint and door threshold which have yet to be addressed

Felt like the home was rushed a lot of cracks and side boards look rushed. Paint on the outside of the house is still not finished like I was told.

Love the house and experience. Don our superintendent is wonderful, very responsive to our requests. My only concern is home value. Not sure that we could turn around and sell our our house for what we paid - almost like a new car.

The quality of the home is great. It took a bit longer than we anticipated, but we are in and they made all the fixes we asked for and we are quite happy.

Low build quality and trades. House has problems and builder has disappeared. Very disappointing experience and will never consider Pulte in the future.
