Customer service is real slow to respond to problems , had appointment for 3 problems today 8-12pm. Only one showed up. Called 24 hrs ago for another problem, left voice msg and havent received a call back

For the price I paid I expected better quality and polish to the workmanship. So many cosmetic flaws and oversights. Moulding and trim are beat up. Walls have varying degrees of texture when they should be smooth. Different paint colors used on a wall. So many things that are disappointing to continue to discover. Pulte makes these big customer experience promises, but no is reaching out or following up on my requests. Responsiveness has been so poor. The house and it's finish feels and looks like a rush job- and that was after pushing back closing. I never would have accepted this house in the condition it is in if I wasn't going to be homeless after they changed to closing date. ... More

Found quite a few issues of shoddy work. Although Esteban is working to correct, it should have been resolved before I closed...

I really liked it when I toured the model house. However, after I moved in and living here for about couple months now, I am very disappointed that how poorly its made and there are so many little things that have issues. For example, our kitchen island is not leveled correctly, so when there is water spilled, it falls down to the edge and dropped to the floor. I hear so many spots that making squeeze noises on the floor. Master bathroom mirror outlet becomes broken itself due to too much tightening the volts I guess. There are so many little things that we're seeing it every day. How unsatisfied when you purchased the new home. Definitely not a good experience for us, first home buyers, and we already thinking of sell this home later in the future. ... More

Throughout the entire build process, everyone we dealt with was terrific. The only issue I had with the build design was that the layout that was assigned to us was the opposite of our neighbors on both sides of us. That meant that while our neighbors on either side of us have layouts that provide them with SW views, (which I desperately wanted when we selected one of the most expensive lots available) our layout gives us a SE view which is much least desirable to me. The arrangement also means that all of our windows on each side of the home face directly into each of our neighbors’ homes, as a result of being a mirror image of both. After the home was completed, I met one of our neighbors who informed me that for an additional $2,000 we could have “flipped” the floor plan, as they had opted to do, and had the SW view I wanted so badly. Our sales rep never mentioned that option to us for some unknown reason. Again, all the personnel we interfaced with were extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service than what we received. THEN came the completion of the home which upon initial walk through appeared to only have minor cosmetic repair needs. We loved the materials we selected and the overall appearance of the home. Once in the residence, however, we had time to more carefully inspect the finished product and found a significant number of defects in the workmanship. For some reason, the way it was designed, many, if not most of the cupboards when fully opened bang into doors or walls. To prevent damage, we’ve had to stick little rubber bumpers all over the place. Also, the quality of the workmanship proved to be VERY sloppy. That’s the best word I can use to describe it. Things were installed crooked, we found excessive paint globs on just about every wall, uneven caulking so that in some places along the windows it’s about 1/16” at one end and over 1/4” at the other. Very sloppy paint job around all the windows and paint splattered on the porcelain tile floors that nobody bothered to clean up so i’ve been going around with my fingernails chipping it off. There are gaps around cabinets where there shouldn’t be. We selected and paid for the “Upgraded kitchen appliance package” but I am not at all impressed. The fridge is relatively small for an “upgrade” model and the drawers in the refrigerated do not glide in and out at all, and the bottom drawer scrapes as you pull it in and out. When I reported the problem to the Pulte Warranty Service, I was told that they would send me some lubricant. I haven’t yet received that but i’m doubtful that it will solve the problem as the parts that scrape are plastic. There also seemed to be missing shelves in the door because there’s a huge gap between where the bottom shelf fits and the next one above it has to go. The oven, as it cools down, whistles quite loudly. I was told that it’s just a “hum”, but whatever it is, it’s sufficiently annoying to me that i’m reluctant to use it at all now. The washer is apparently made to use very little water, so even with a large load the items seem to be sitting in about 2” of water which tends to cause it to go out of balance frequently and the entire machine shifts in its position about 15 degrees —- and it’s a heavy machine! When the microwave completes its cook time, rather than signal the end and then shut off...the fan continues to run until you either open the door or press “cancel”. The maintenance supervisor received our initial Punch List and came over to review everything. So far he’s been very responsive and understanding. Although nothing has been remedied yet, it’s still too soon to reasonably expect any action. We have a 3 car garage that consists of one large entry door, a shallow divider wall and one small entry door which actually makes it more difficult to get 3 cars into it than if it were one single garage door entry or if the space between the doors wasn’t so wide) both doors are already having issues after just 6 weeks past closing. I called the garage company who was able to schedule a check on them the same week I called (this week) With all the complaints we have, I want to stress how wonderful everyone was to deal with. Pretty outstanding, actually. It’s really a shame that the product doesn’t measure up to the personnel Pulte hires. They made the entire experience so easy, stress-free and kept us informed about everything during the entire build period. We also went through Pulte Mortgage and Insurance and got a much better insurance rate than with All-State or even Geiko, which impressed me. The Mortgage folks were equally outstanding in the service they provided to us. I would give the construction quality a 2 1/2 stars and the people we worked with all 5 stars. This is definitely a “production” home build and it shows in the final product. I think it took about 3 1/2 months from start to finish on a 2480+ sq. ft. house with a lot of unskilled and poorly trained labor. For a $520,000 home, the finished product falls way short of that price point, in my opinion. Going forward, if all of my “issues” that CAN be resolved, are, I hope to have another opportunity to submit a final review wherein I can provide a much more positive response for prospective home buyers. ... Check icemaker in frig, ours was block of ice missing the cube tray! Check all tv hdmi cable are easily accessible, ours was hidden deep inside the wall, had to dig it out. All receptables are on , none are “tripped” , cable man had trouble powering the internet panel...check gutters during heavy rain, water missing gutters.

Have had a gutter issue since purchase. Finally someone responded this week. Grass was dead at time of closing waiting for it to be replaced.

There were 6 square feet of shingles missing, irrigation system leak, AC air leak in the attic, and wiring issues in the ceiling fan and pendant light prewires. So I can't help but wonder if there are hidden issues elsewhere in the house. I understand that building a house is a very involved operation, and requires a lot of different crews to coordinate together. So some problems are expected. But I can't give 5 stars to something with these types of problems. Otherwise, the house SEEMS to be well built. But hire a good home inspector to make sure everything is like it should be.

Pulte homes are built so quickly and with the cheapest materials. They sacrifice quality for the sake of completing the home to turnover quickly to satisfy shareholders. I have a full page list of items that need to be repaired, a stained kitchen sink, a broken drawer, paint on tiles, hinges, carpet, dead plants, etc. Scheduled the repairs with warrantee department but they never showed or call. Found out later that AG was on vacation. Suggest looking at every tile, molding, well everything. before closing or buy from another builder.

Excellent experience up until 8 weeks before closure. However, the closure and now 6 weeks post closure has been an exhausting experience, with the need for me to become a project manager of all the open issues in my home. I’ve had contractors in DAILY for repairs- electrical, plumbing, CAT wiring, drywall, painting, duradeck, cooling system, security systems, GApower.....and before an escalated email to a Pulte VP, it would’ve continued. No postal mail service for last 6 weeks and still unresolved. The communication from pulte, pulte mortgage and post closure to the ga customer care and field managers is nonexistent. Pulte has a wonderful reputation and they did not disappoint! Start to finish has been a wonderful experience.

From the Sales team, to the construction managers, and now the warranty supervisor made the whole building process pleasurable. Communication and the response to issues was done promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Pulte Homes. We love our home and the location!

Poor workmanship, untrustworthy, unresponsive to all issues

Team at Parmer crossing is a great team. I was really impressed bu the support they showed during whole process of delivering house. The house was delivered on the date confirmed. I am really impressed with team Lamonica, Josh and Shaun and Project Manager who started our home.. Great Thank you to all for making our first home.

My wife and I had such high hopes when we started the process with Pulte and after closing and moving in we are extremely disappointed in the building team and the service provided. It seemed to be the epitome of bad service and very poor customer service. From the design center to the building team and management. The process throughout was more than frustrating. We took the time to walk through the designing stage and were given our upgrade options. We picked out several upgrades and signed off on a contract with the designer to then be told that an important option we signed off on could not be done. What seemed to be an easy fix became confrontational with the designer and builder. It is hard for me to say anything positive about the building team. Prior to closing we had a list of more than 10 things that needed to be addressed and we were told it could be done. Come to closing and 90% of it was still not taken care of. Some of the things that were addressed had to be re-done. Some things I pointed out I was told they could go to the model home and get what was in there. I understand that was the quickest solution but not a good one to suggest. When you pay for a NEW home you want NEW material! Because of the lack of concern on Pulte and the buildinging team we closed on an incomplete house which required me to schedule several days off from the field and working at home. This was very frustrating because it all should have been done. We have been in our home almost 3 months and we still have issues that need to be addressed. Seems to be no urgency or care at all. After closing and having to continue to call, I was told by the building team and management to not expect perfection. After this I cannot recommend Pulte to anyone. I would not want them to go through the same process and issues. It seems to be a common thing when talking to others in the neighborhood. ... More

We purchased our home about a month ago. We are very pleased with this purchase and Pulte team were very professional and helpful with the loan process. Any issues we had were fixed in no time.

Nice home builder. Missed minor details but overall good quality.

Pulte built a beautiful home. We are overall happy with our purchase. There have been some issues in first month of move in, but so far pulte has tried to take care of issues in a timely manor. We looked at many homes and builders during our home finder process and overall pulte was the best quality for money with large lot size. Would recommend.

We recently closed on a new condo from Pulte, and overall, we are very very happy with our condo and the experience with Pulte, and can definitely recommend them as a builder to others! New construction always has issues here and there as the ground shifts and the structure settles and we've found Pulte's response to our "punch list" items to be prompt, efficient, and done in a high quality manner. The price we paid we considered fair at time of purchase, but our local market conditions have changed since then, so I can't write that our condo was a 'steal'. However, even though we live in a high-cost area where "value" is very very difficult to gauge, we are confident that Pulte will work with us to help protect the value of our condo and the others in our new development! ... We moved in a month ago and Everything has been great from the sales and building process all the way to follow up for any little thing. A special shout out to jay and mark for being so great!!

The sub contractors could do a much better job of cleaning up after themselves!
