The build process went well. We were kept updated on progress. Our home is beautiful and we love all the features. The sales associate was really helpful in finding our lot. The design associate was very good at helping us decide on what options we wanted.

Issues have been slow to get resolved post move in.

I was very happy with the experience, especially the design studio and the communication and responsiveness of the construction manager.

My pulte home is beautiful! No home is perfect, but pulte made the process easy and my home is beautiful

Everything was excellent except some minor issues with the carpet

Most of the sod in my yard is dead, will not germinate, tree falling down, no shrubbery planted in a hill in the back yard, escaping company caused a mud slide over my entire backyard, threw more sod, left wood chips all over the yard and no one is responding to my concerns. The biggest problem is Pulte had air conditioning unit out right outside my master bedroom window, I am miserable, can’t sleep because of the noise. Need help!!!

I am happy with the experience I had with Pulte. Every step was easy, Professionally managed and I was well informed about my future home. Happy to make right decision with Pulte Homes.!

Be certain to go over ALL items in the contract BEFORE the build and ask a lot of questions as to upgrades, etc.

Over all it’s good.

Check the paint in all rooms for different colors in the same room and different gloss. Check carpet, our carpet has paint all over it, paint overspray. Material and workmanship on trim boards.

This house is by far the worst quality build I have had in all my homes. We have safety issues in our yard that has not been correct after several requests. This is a common theme they do not follow through. Myself and other in our neighborhood agree that there is a lack of oversight on the subcontractors. The site supervisor do not roughly inspect the work completed. Our living room ceiling was not built according to plans and it is two feet lower. A bedroom closet was not built correctly so we lost closet space there. Our outside was not caulked or pained correctly. After one month in our home we have trim work popping around house don't settle that quickly. Sales team mislead us and gave us incorrect property information, we added upgrade that were not done to our expectations which are either errors or misleading the customer. We were put on hold for over 6 weeks with no progress, they hurried to finish the house in the month we were originally told. Now seeing small details that were missed ( such as trim not being painted that's exposed, tile not fully completed in master shower. We closed almost 2 months ago and still have no sod and keep getting the run around. Our driveway and side walks are covered in dirt/mud. Our kids and dogs are dragging dirt and mud into our brand new house daily. Our sidewalk by the front porch is starting to lose the dirt under it due to grading not being finished. Overall we are pleased and happy with our house, but at this point when we get sod we will be trying to keep it alive in the heat of the summer. ... More

Cheap paint and construction on interior and exterior walls. No attention to detail by the contractors. Design features and options are good.

First time home buyers, Pulte made the experience easy and exciting! Great communication from the Pulte team.

Need to make sure you are looking as the construction gets done. Some major framing issues with our condo.. Things are being corrected but I was a little surprised at how the place was not finished or cleaned properly when we closed.

The field manager ignores our repair request, we are very upset about his attitude to customers.

The finishing of the house is below average and the price paid for the house seems pretty high. The corners are very rough and not finished as per expectations. Those were not smoothen for a nice look. The baseboards were left with holes; though the field manager send someone to fix those but those are still looking pretty rough. The paint on the baseboards is not smooth; it is still showing the filled holes different from the paint. The transitions and turns of the baseboards are not aligned and shows big gapes. The woodwork on the stair doesn't seem to be done by a professional at all; the nail holes are filled but are very prominent and can be seen easily at a first glance. The window frames were left very rough and were not smoothen for a nice look. I believe the house is completed in a rush and lot of things to be fixed are left without any attention. Very bad experience,I wish I never buy from this company ,from the moment they give you the keys ,nobody there to help you like the low voltage company,I need to have another company to fix they mistakes

I am so happy with my house, it is my first home I've purchased and every step of the process was great. I am really in love with my kitchen its my favorite part of the house all the colors/tones are perfect for me. The final walk through was great and the Pulte team did a great job meeting my expectations and accommodating my needs as I came from out of state for the purchase and wasnt able to just come by anytime. Overall I'm just over the moon with my house and I know I made the best decision with my choice.

Be sure to do a thorough walk through before closing. Maybe hire an inspection company to do the inspection. Give the builder plenty of time after inspection to fix any issues before your closing date. After closing you have to deal with the warranty company and make yourself available for workers to come to your home and fix any issues not found during your initial inspection.

I am in love with my new house. Colton, who took over my construction halfway through, was always there to answer any questions or address any issues I had. My house turned out gorgeous and all my friends want my floor plan now.

From start to finish this company was the best. The employees all work together as a team. We love our new home

Everything went great and according to plan. Our sales rep, field manager, mortgage group and title company were amazing. The only negative comment I have is the quality of work from the painter. It was disappointing seeing the finished product of work and quality that they did. I recently had to go and purchase more paint for both the outside and inside of the home to touch up his mistakes and where he forgot to paint.
