Overall from start to finish the purchase process was wonderful. The sales representative, The project manager, the design consultant, The mortgage representatives, the home insurance and the closing crew were all amazing. My only complaint would be the cost of the fees and mortgage rates.

Pulte homes go up quick and look good from a distance. It’s clear that the work is rushed and vendors are under paid by Pulte. Pulte will fix anything you point out but it’s a job to find everything. Why should I have to??? The finish work and paint is rough at best. The home was dusty and needed to be cleaned. They delayed closing because work needed to be complete which puts you in a bind with your move in date and forces you to settle with many mistakes. It’s a quickly built home but it offers a poor value.

This was our first home purchase and our experience throughout the building process was phenomenal. Unfortunately, that level of service ended when we signed on the dotted line and handed over the check. There were a few remaining issues to be resolved at closing which we were promised would be handled promptly. That was not the case. We were left to project manage those repairs on our own along with the additional ones that popped up shortly after closing. Word of advice — when building with Pulte, do not close on the home until all issues are resolved or added to the escrow list.

Pulte homes are a good value. The neighborhood is great, quiet and safe.

Perform a thorough walk through before closing and clearly document any items requiring repair by Pulte.

This was the best experience from the sales agents all the down to the lenders. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we didn’t really understand the process. They literally walked us through the entire process ,gave us so much confidence . We had tried this process with other community’s but just never felt right. Everyone here was genuine and had our best interest at hand . Thank you Pulte !

Had a great experience end-to-end with Pulte homes. Traversed thru the process as a first time home buyer and got amazing support from Pulte that ensured everything went well without any major hitches. Very happy with the quality, experience and the end product.

Go over the floor plan layout with a fine tooth comb before you go to the design center. Sit with your sales rep to go over every single detail. Do not assume anything. The model may not exactly represent every feature of the home you are having built. .

Buying and building with Pulte Homes was a great experience! All Pulte employees were professional, courteous, and friendly. My family and I felt informed and comfortable throughout the home selection, financing, design, and build process. We were provided with helpful information and regular follow-ups after the initial walk through of the model until we received the keys to our new beautiful home. It was an exceptional experience and we are super satisfied!

If you are considering a Pulte home, I would strongly encourage you not to! This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Quality and attention to detail are severely lacking. After spending a significant amount of time after closing having contractors correct items, they actually have created more issues and damages because no one from Pulte is managing the process. Pulte relies in the homeowner to find things or otherwise they hedge on it being overlooked.

From looking at homes to financing, everything went smooth and as expected. Follow up after move in was also helpful by having weeks to live in the house to notice issues and have them addressed. This was our first new build and would certainly recommend Pulte as a builder.

We had an overall good experience purchasing our home with Pulte. Throughout the process, the availability of staff was amazing and they answered our many questions. We were pleased that Pulte provides/partners with multiple services such as mortgaging and insurance. It helped make the process smooth as all of those parties can then communicate with each other. They also offered very competitive pricing in our situation. Some feedback I would give to new home buyers, especially in new construction, would definitely be to know what you want in a home, and what options are available for homes. The base structure of the home is very simple, so adding on options is almost necessary. The realtor does not know every single possible option (since there are so many), so it is definitely helpful to know what you are looking for. They have a list of available options handy, but even then, there are some options available that you can see if they can accommodate. In some cases, at least for our situation, there were items that overlapped each other and I feel like there could have been instances where we paid for two separate things, but really having one of them, covered the other (this happened a lot in the smart home aspect). Also, after moving in, there are some things where I think "oh I should have got that." But it wasn't something that was mentioned as an option, so it was hard to know everything in the beginning. The process definitely moves very fast. The craftsmanship was very good. They definitely put up a lot of quality homes, so they know what they are doing. Obviously mistakes can happen, so its important to speak up as soon as you notice an issue. I would say that there are some items that still need fixing after closing, but once you close, I feel like the responsiveness and timeliness of getting these things done definitely slows down as they are already on to the next house. ... Bob has kept us informed every step of the way of the construction delay. Everyone took into consideration our circumstances and Made our move as easy as possible.
