The.Pulte team was great to work with from the onset of our purchase, design center team & working with the construction manager while home was being built. The one suggestion I would have is that Pulte should make an option or include with the home a side constructed place for the garbage & recycling bins since in the community they don’t want the bins left outside where they can be seen, which is ok by me but leaving them in the garage is unacceptable & disgusting since garbage is picked up once a week. I applied to the HOA & received approval to construct such a garbage storage on the ...

The process from sale to close couldn’t have been a smoother process. Elizabet from the sales team was great and our construction manager, Lincoln, were so great to work with during the process. Any concerns or questions we had were answered quickly and they went above and beyond.

Sales counselor at Pulte/Bison Ridge was amazing throughout the process. The construction manager kept open communication with us and always kept us updated on the construction schedule and was always ready to answer any questions we had regarding the build. Their warranty dept is great and address any issues very promptly and in a professional manner. Highly recommend Pulte/ Bison Ridge.

Steve did a great job building our house. I have seen other houses and heard from others as well. Everyone is saying that your house is looking way better than others. No houses can be perfect but ours came close to perfect like he promised and he is always available to answer my questions. Pulte did live up to our expectations. Even though Brad was moved to the other community, he was also available all the times for our questions and concerns. Because of them, our experience became memorable in a great way.

I was treated with respect. My wishes were addressed and I was shown a property that matched my desires. Followup finishing things like sod, landscaping have been done to my satisfaction. I was given ample info about taxes, HOA guidelines, etc. I feel well informed about my new home and the area.
