We have several issues with the craftsmanship.

Our 1st contact was with Theresa in the model home next door, through our purchase she was "the Rockstar". She was very informative about the property and was always available to answer questions with a smile and a high degree of professionalism. Because of these traits when ever I had questions I would ask her and she was invaluable in steering me in the right direction. The mortgage was also helpful and patient during the document gathering. The title office worked with us to close on the agreed date.

Here’s an updated version with those points added: I will say that our sales representative, Andrea, was great throughout the process. She was very helpful, responsive, and we had no issues working with her. Unfortunately, most of the problems began during the completion of our home. We have dealt with numerous issues, including having our driveway redone multiple times, ongoing problems with our front door, grading concerns throughout our property, and a water leak in the front of our home that took months to address and is only now being fixed. Our backyard is not graded correctly and has a significant hump in the middle. We have also experienced grading issues along both sides of our home, where water tends to stand and drainage does not appear to function properly. In addition, our driveway and walkway to the home need to be redone due to the poor quality of the original work and the attempted repairs that were made as part of our punch list. We brought all of these concerns to the attention of our construction manager, Andy, during the build process. Looking back, I wish we had been more aggressive in pushing for resolutions before closing. Now, we are stuck submitting warranty tickets, scheduling appointments, and taking time off work to address issues that should have been resolved from the start. What has been most frustrating is that many of these items seem to be patched rather than properly repaired. We would prefer that issues be fixed correctly the first time instead of temporary fixes that result in the same problems recurring and require us to continue submitting tickets for the same concerns over and over again. Overall, it has been a very frustrating and time-consuming experience. Nice company open to help you with your new house.

Starting off our experience, Nick was amazing! He’s responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond the whole way. I also can’t say enough good things about Matt, our construction manager. He made sure everything was perfect and explained everything and was extremely helpful. The closing process was also very smooth and probably the quickest I have ever experienced. I have had other new builds from both Lennar and DR Horton, and I can honestly say that Pulte quality far surpasses others. All in all, we’re very happy! Thank you!!!

The mortgage process is not the greatest. Lack of communication between different agents etc. Frustrating and unprofessional.

Loved working with the Pulte team - excellent experience!

This is our 2nd Pulte Home. The staff at Pulte were "all" wonderful - sales (Julie, Lucero), construction (Elijah, Raul), mortgage (Jamela, Amber), title (Sandra) and post-closing follow-up (Hope, Manuel). They all provided clear thorough explanations, timely and responsive follow-up addressing questions, concerns. There were no surprises. We really appreciate their professional thorough work ethic.

Beautiful, quiet community and very modern look Home

One of the biggest things we experienced was the quality of work we noticed with Pulte versus other home builders. We looked at three other large home builders and all three seemed to have substandard work then Pulte. Pulte just seemed to have a higher quality of house. Also, the warranty work that Pulte offers is excellent and everything is taken care of without question. This provided a huge piece of mind to us. We are very satisfied with our home.

We have had a really bad experience with Pulte Homes and wishing now we hadn't bought it. Terrible quality, bad tradesmen, pushy construction managers, sub-par quality and workmanship. Majority of blue taped items weren't completed, after closing ll these items are time consuming to be handled. Trades come into fix their issue but are so sloppy that they damage other stuff and don't care about the property. Flooring trade came into fix soft spots in master bathroom, removed doors and put back pretty badly. There is metal cranking noises under sub-floor, LVP floor has ton of soft spots, neighboring unit that sold recently, got all new LVP, while we are stuck with low quality installed LVP floors. Construction Managers are pushy, sloppy pushing to close with open issues. Warranty team is hard to work with except Angela Z, who has been helping us to her best. Their trades don't care about property, come by the main door charge their device and to top blow their nose and wipe it off the main entrance, all on the Ring camera. Very disappointed. ... More

From the very first meeting with the sales consultant, we knew that we were going to buy a Pulte home. We originally looking to downsize, we started with one plan and ended up either the largest single story plan, the Shelton. The entire experience was 100% customer focused, from sales to design center to construction and warranty (2.5 months, so far). Communication was excellent, when we were unclear, had a question or needed further information the response was immediate. I had a positive experience during my initial walkthrough with Chris, who was helpful, thorough, and communicative. Before moving in, Chris assured me that I wouldn't need to hire independent cleaners because the construction team would perform a thorough deep clean, and he even asked me to highlight any specific needs. Unfortunately, the actual move-in clean was highly disappointing. While it looked fine at a very brief glance, a closer look revealed a thick layer of grey post-construction dust left behind on all the floors, doors, and walls. It appeared that only the windows were cleaned and the visible debris vacuumed, rather than the deep clean I was promised. Additionally, I ran into a few significant quality-of-life and construction issues after moving in. I do highly advise getting post construction deep clean. Sound Insulation: Walking across the floors creates a noticeable echo, and now that I have neighbors, the lack of sound insulation between the units is apparent. I can regularly hear activity through the walls, including the sound of neighbors walking up their stairs. Because of how easily the sound travels between units, it feels like there is definitely room for improvement with the wall and floor soundproofing. Finishing Defects: There is a significant amount of grout cracking due to poor application, with some areas skipped entirely. I have also noticed large, visible gaps between the baseboard moldings and the floor throughout the home. While Chris's customer service during the walkthrough was good, the lack of thoroughness in the final clean and the poor finishing quality mean there seems to be a lot of ongoing work and fixes left to deal with. ... We had never built a home before. The toughest part of the experience was the design choices. The design center people were great; the not-so-great was the sales staff being very "optimistic" on the adequacy of the allowance. The building process was great and the construction manager was the best. Overall, very happy and would recommend Pulte.

Closing was delayed by 3 weeks. Still within the closing “dates”. The delay was due to an encroachment permit. First of its kind apparently but after talking to new and other it’s a common occurrence. Called the city to come find out it could have been a 1-2 day resolved issue but was delayed by either the projection manager or someone else on the construction side. Receiving reimbursement from our Airbnb stay and other expenses due to the delay. Took 6 weeks, which as absolutely ridiculous. If I took 6 weeks to pay pulte how would that go over? The sales department were friendly but had lack of transparency and acted clueless when it comes to any questions we had. ... More

I am very well satisfied with my purchase if I have a problem I get an immediate response. Someone is always there for you. I absolutely Love it here

It has been awhile since purchasing a new home. We’ve avoided buying new due to the usual issues that always happen. Working with Andrew our Construction Supervisor made the process so much easier. From the initial walk through, the final walk through and any issues we have had since, Andrew has gone out of his way multiple times to fix or remedy the problem. His attention to detail matches our expectations so we are never going back and forth over what should be done or questioning the quality of work. Andrew is an asset to Pulte and should be recognized as such. Thank you

We had a great experience with Pulte from start to finish. They made the process very simple and easy to understand is first time homebuyers. It also moved really quickly even for a new build, which was awesome. And even after we have closed, any question we have had has been answered easily and quickly, and if there’s been any issue in the house (like a breaker tripping) somebody has come out to fix it almost immediately. Definitely recommend buying from Pulte.

When we first saw the price of the house we wanted, the sales agent told us right away that the model you see has all upgraded in it. The base price of the house is about $150,000 less than what the model has, so keep it in mind. Saying that even after paying for all the upgrades it’s really a good deal for House. They keep you informed of all the progress and do a very through a walk-through to make sure everything is fixed. After moving in, we had a couple issues to take took care of right away. Very pleased so far.

Pulte homes were honest and fast to respond to any question and honest with their answers. John from the sales office was a big help and went out of his way for you even on his day off. The builder Forman was fast to point things out and find an answer or fix any problem one might find or have.

Bought my first home with Pulte! Overall great experience. The only issues i encountered was the mortgage process. It has to get pushed back (their fault) only for them to sell it to another company not even a month into owning the home. I also had some walkthrough issues that have yet to be fixed. We like our house and we got a great deal for the home we’re in, I just hope it lasts!

I’ve been in the home for almost two months and each day I find more and more examples of poor workmanship or lack of attention to detail. So far, work requests covered by warranty are being addressed quickly
