We have been loving the Pulte home we moved into about 6 weeks ago. The entire buying and construction process was transparent: quoted costs stayed *****, the construction timeline remained nearly exact, and our contacts were responsive. I admit that, about a week after closing, responsiveness dropped off, but we also didn't have any huge problems that required timely attention. Overall, we are really happy that we went with Pulte.

We have pending repairs to the front yard (4weeks). The sod truck put ruts in our yard and it hasn't been fixed. Getting the landscaping set up was a challenge- poor communication. We also have repairs pending with the landscaper for our patio columns.

Customer service has been unresponsive. We have several issues identified at move that haven't been resolved. Chief among them is an unusable kitchen cabinet, a metal rod in the yard that is a safety hazard for my child as well as a drainage issue in the side yard due to improper elevations that doesn't allow the yard to sheet flow drain towards the street.

Sales agent Leo ** gave false information about fence and irrigation along with the land trust agreement and construction to the easement and property line Madon is the construction site Forman. He also lied and made promises to have things fixed after the final walk through. Multiple new homeowners are in agreement with the same issues and are willing to petition the NC Real Estate Commission along with the NC Contractors License Board . Mason * and Leo *** both have lied in documented emails . These Pulte Home representatives have made my family and other new home buyers in the Heaven Community very frustrating and upsetting.

I love the location and the layout of the house. The craftsmanship from contractors is poor, very sloppy and not up to Pulte standards of Quality. The Construction Manager is new and needs to be mentored. He needs to be more responsible for ALL of his duties and follow up in a more timing matter.
