I moved in my dream house 2months ago Everything went smoothly from beginning to end Working with Howard from sales office was first step And construction manager Justin and Rick was very professionally helpful I thank them!

The Pulte Team provided excellent support for home buying from Sales to Contruction to After-Closing Customer Care. I especially appreciated help from Howard Daniels with quick responses and information. Manan Patel was helpful during construction process with detailed information along with the project foreman. Rick Canale has been a valuable resource for after-closing issues. Ed Sacco recommended options to save in loan finances with expert advice. David Chang, VP, stepped in to help out, as well.

Overall experience was good. Have issues with vendors Pulte partners/subcontracts with. Guardian services is poor at best.

We are totally impressed with the after sales service. Everyone in the team is so responsive and eager to help. For us that was big and we are very happy with the response TAT.

The homes are designed for the families of today. A lot of useful space but not too big. People love our community very quiet and clean.

This is the first time my wife and I have gone with a big builder for a home and the process couldn't have been more smooth. Despite choosing our lot after the structural choices were made, they let us make a few small adjustments that greatly enhanced our enjoyment of the house. During the build process, the super was in contact with us frequently and made himself available to answer any question we had, even getting back to us in a timely manner if he didn't know the answer off the top of his head. We've also talked with our customer warranty rep a few times since moving in for general questions and minor repairs (due to damage from movers) and he's been responsive and helpful each time. We haven't had to file a claim for anything yet, but we expect that process to be similarly handled if the need arises. ... More

Overall good experience with home buying and beautiful plan. Finishing is not up to the mark and would expect better for the price paid. Work orders to fix stuff post move in is slow.

Overall the workmanship was ok. There were a few things that were a bit sloppy.

The process of seeing the house and buying went pretty quickly. The main waiting period was waiting for the house to be built so we could close. The construction manager really enhanced our experience during this time and continues to be of help to us as we settle in. The mortgage process through the builder-associated lender required some back and forth as is expected for any home loan experience. There were also minor things we wanted to change that we did ourselves like adding more conveniently placed towel hooks in the bathrooms. Good home, nice community and value

couple of issues with land scaping/grading behind the house working with customer care support to resolve the issue. Rain water not flowing properly into drain. Issue details shared with Pulte team and waiting for the solution.

We absolutely love our new home. The settlement date was unfortunately pushed out several months past the initial expectation which resulted in a higher mortgage rate sadly. We have run into some electrical issues such as a recess light being covered over by drywall, electrical switch issue in the hvac closet which the builder was aware of prior to settlement but did not fix until after move in. We also could not hard wire our security cameras as there was a wire that was stalled into in the attic. We understand these things happen and Pulte has been quick to respond to maintenance issues and helped to get them resolved quickly. Communication during the building process was very sparse. We were told we could expect to receive weekly updates every Friday which turned into 3 over the course of 4-5 months with many of our outgoing emails ignored. Good workmanship and construction management. Pro-active communications by sales agent.

I love the sales lady Natalie who responded fast n was very polite.

Great value for the money. Detailed finishing work not the finest.

The process was ok. Some deceptive initial sales tactics. Adding in random lot prices that fluctuate. Not adding radon remediation when it’s obvious that the ground had potential radon - being an old farm. Our construction mgr Dan was great. Honest. Trustworthy. At closing we had several issues which are still not remedied two mos later. One was our backyard not draining properly- yet our neighbors had an entire work crew adding dirt and seed the same day they moved in. I have asked for an update and heard nothing. And now it is too late for grass to grow.

Overall satisfaction. Quality of paint finishing needs improvement. Had to push for punch list follow up after closing. Good response once issues were addressed.

Overall good experience. Issues acknowledged in timely manner, although resolutions have been slow.

The builder was great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is staying on top of the small details (molding, painting, etc.) some of that was poorly done but the house in general was beautiful.

Waiting for several complete actions

The Pulte staff has responded to discussing the issues with us but has been not quite useful in promptly resolving these issues.

Rushed through many items and it sometimes shows, including but not limited to not measuring for levelness and size. But great home warranty team and experience thus far.

Overall the house is great but there are many quality issues we have discovered. To start, the vanity lights in 2 of our bathrooms have fallen out. Our living room carpet is so thin, we can feel the nail strip underneath. The kids have had multiple injuries since they don’t typically wear socks or shoes in the house. Under our basement carpet floor, we can feel Little Rocks so it doesn’t seem like the floor was cleaned prior to laying the carpet. Our door locks have to be positioned a certain way in order to lock properly. And lastly, Some of the trim does not meet the floor.
