I have purchased and bought 4 brand new homes. Pulte's crew showed pride in the project and build. The crew obviously had taken ownership of the final product and they are very thorough in the explanation of the mechanical and electrical systems.

I first met with Cheuk in the sales office. He was so helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He kept me updated on the progress of the home. Then on the homesite, Gerry was amazing. He answered all my questions very quickly. I felt very confident that my new home was being well built. Even after I moved in Gerry was very attentive and helpful. My house is beautiful. I am very happy.

Sales, the Construction process, and Customer Care, (The Team) at Waterways Pulte Sutton, Richmond Hill has been exceptional, and only continues to confirm our decision that we bought into a community that cares. Even after we closed they continue to support us with answering questions and providing service to our new home. Building at Waterways was a great decision for us as we begin the next chapter of our lives.

Our Pulte home is everything we dreamed it would be. From the very beginning, the entire build process was smooth, well‑organized, and surprisingly stress‑free. The team kept us informed at every stage, and we always felt confident that our home was in good hands. Now that we’ve been living here for a couple of months, we’re even more impressed. A few minor issues came up—as they do with any new build—but each one was addressed quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. Overall the Pulte Home build quality is great. My construction manager Josh and coworker Luis made it such a smooth and friendly process for move-in. They also quickly responded and supported some minor issues found during initial inspection. My experience so far has been wonderful. Thanks to all who made it possible.
