We had our Pulte house built while living in another state for the entire build process. All of the Pulte employees were amazing and always responded to our calls and emails. The field manager was the best with sending us weekly updates with progress pictures and timeline expectations. We even closed on the exact day that they told us from the beginning estimates close date! Fantastic area and we absolutely love our house!

We are very pleased with Pulte and Alec our project manager. We built our home from across the country and Alec made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our home via calls, texts, and pictures.

All Pulte Staff from Sales, Construction and the Mortgage Department were great to work with! Very professional, handled a 15 day closing with no problem, Not an easy feat!

We love the floor plan and design of our house. Pulte also does a great job at securing the best lots in the neighborhood. They were very responsive to issues and quick to act. Excellent experience with Pulte.

This is our 3rd experience & it never fails to please. The Dunwoody is an awesome workable floor plan that can be modified to suit our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a separate punch list guy after closing to finish up the undone minor details. The last Pulte home we built did & that worked great. O/W the workmanship & product quality is superior. Our project manager was & is still attentive to the details.

We have several issues since we officially moved in on January 1st, we close on the house in early December 2024. We had an issue with the stove hood which took about 4 weeks to get someone to come to the house. Once they came to repair it we found out that even though we paid to have the hood with outside ventilation we discovered that there was no outside ventilation. Needless to say this turned into a big project- they needed to cut a whole, replace tile etc. We also had a large crack in the ceiling. When the came to repair it, you could see that there were 2 pieces of sheet rock that came together but had not been jointed so it cause a split. (sorry if not explaining it well- don't know a lot about Contruction). The gentleman that come to repair it has to cut out a large piece of the ceiling to correct it. He did a fabulous job as did the painters that came the next day. These 2 issues have cause us to lose some confidence of the attention to detail during construction. ... More

Our sales consultant Rob was great, always available to answer any questions we had while our home was being built. We received weekly updates from our construction manager Michael, which were very helpful because we were not local. Only area for improvement would be the response to issues.

We were moving from far away. Therefore we had to rely on others which ended up working out. Being here from framing to completion would be ideal. I think that Pulte could provide more information earlier in the process including written timelines for when things are happening. I also think they need to provide more flexibility with their models. The ability to add a window or door or enlarge a porch or patio should be considered.

From the start to finish the people from Pulte worked with us, kept us informed of the progress and were very responsive to all our questions.

Everything has been great except our fireplace experience. We have had prompt response to repairs but the vinyl siding is melting due to heat exhaustion. It has been repaired and vinyl siding replacement is pending. We’ve also heard that we are not the only homeowners with this issue. We also have had some concerns with a low lying area in our natural area. I believe the delay is due to Charleston county.

We had a good experience with Pulte. We were told by locals that they had a good reputation in the area, (despite seeing negative comments online) and felt confident to make an offer on a quick move in property. The sales team was thorough, the designers authoritative and attentive and the site manager exceptional. House was completed on time and in good order. Most importantly the process was well organized and easy to understand. Thanks Pulte!

Ryan and Meghan always responded quickly to any concerns I had. If something was wrong they would fix it immediately even if they didn't really have to. I have had a good experience with Pulte so far. I changed my mind a couple of times on what upgrades I wanted and they did their best to accommodate me.
