We bought our home in a short time frame after visiting during Christmas. At that time we had to return overseas and trust Pulte throughout the build process to clearly communicate and provide updates as the home was being constructed. When we returned 7 months later the house was nearly done and we were certainly satisfied with the communication and updates via: photos, videos and emails during the build. Buying a new home has many expectations based upon what one pays and the quality of that purchase. We were shocked with a new home with no finish out on the garage, no gutters in a heavy rain area, no fans or light fixtures, no finish out on the laundry room and a new home with wire racks in all closets (very cheesy at best.) All of this will cost us $12K or more, . While we fully understand what you may call a "spec home" yet you seem to take advantage of what you provide to a new home owner.

The only positive thing I can say is our sales manager Sam was amazing! He answered all of our questions and more and was very knowledgeable! Besides that our build was littered with issues and now being in the home a few months still experiencing issues. The quality that we received compared to what we paid for is atrocious! I have a very long list of issues but I'll name off as many as I can. We closed without there being a smoke detector on the first floor that wasn't solved until weeks later. large disconnect between builder and HOA. Still no-one can tell me who is responsible for providing the HOA with a listing of new residents so we can make sure we receive latest info, i.e. gate closures, operation of access cards, guests requirements when gates are closed, names of residents in the access directory, etc. Initially Jonah was spot on with responsiveness to our questions and problem solving. currently he has been non-responsive.

Construction manager takes copious notes when you first move I , then they never fix anything. Not one thing had been fixed from the pre-move in or post move-in 30-day period. Nothing. Period.

The home we purchased was a spec home. It included many upgrades and overall beautiful. There have been some minor issues and some workmanship issues. The response of the team dedicated to our issues has been exceptional. Pulte originally offered lots first come first serve. When we looked to buy property we were informed that we would need to bid on the property. We learned that we were bidding against ourselves so we didn’t want to lose the opportunity to live in the community. Pulte has since dropped this practice. Regardless we love the home and community

I am shocked at the lack of quality in the workmanship of my new home. I have a long list of items that I should not have to contact the builder to fix. It's a matter of thoroughness, which Pulte does not follow at all.

I have had considerable issues during the build. Some just normal things that are expected during construction ,and others quite surprising lapses by sub contractors and even planning by land architect or engineer. while I will not list every issue suffice it to say electrical , and HVAC subs were subpar . I had a terrible experience dealing with Pulte. I got the run around for months about a drainage issue in my backyard, it was so bad you couldn’t literally put a canoe in the water. Pulte representatives didn’t want to spend the 2,000 dollars to have French drains put in to fix the issue. Somehow they were able to look at us with a straight face and say there was no issue. We have experienced many issues that are concerning to say the least. We are 45 days post close and we still have many items that have not been addressed on our punch list prior to closing. When we closed on our house, the home had a lot of areas still to fix which they assured us would be addressed. Pulte Group sells under multiple names - at least five other than Pulte Homes. We bought a spec home that was already under construction. Consequently, we were able to modify some attributes of the home, but not others as they basically assemble a "package" for the construction of each home. The salesman was very helpful in securing some of the modifications we desired, but he was unable to achieve others such as upgraded kitchen appliances and changing tub/showers to showers.
