Be very careful when it comes to the Contract Details. Many Items are shown in the renderings you need to sign as part of your Contract and later in the Contract Paragraphs Details declared as optional not necessarily in your Home installed. Always per advantage PULTE.

Extremely disappointed in our experience here at Pulte. We purchased our home 2+ months ago and still have yet to get dates of when the punch list items will be finished. Very unacceptable as I as a customer have to follow up weekly when we have our first baby on the way due January. Electrical wasn’t hooked up in our overflow tank outside whatsoever - plumber actually caught it when he was snaking all of the construction debris that was carelessly pushed down our pipes in our master bath and we couldn’t our toilet and shower for days. Buying this home was a fairly smooth process. Our salesperson was great and handled our concerns in a timely fashion. Our project manager did a great job. Of course there were obstacles that came up but they too were handled to our satisfaction.

The buying experience was great! I love my home! Just disappointed with many of the finishing 'touches'. Trim work on stairs is less than stellar, almost amateur, there are holes in the sheetrock where plumbing is attached and the cabinets have many dings. Those are a few items on my list.

I was dissatisfied with Pulte Homes. I think possibility the majority of the people in the development was unhappy with Pulte (be interesting to take a poll). I have a 35 year construction background. Our home quality of workmanship is below average. Their was code violations not caught by their third party inspections. Our project was in the Charleston County area of South Carolina. I point my finger at CCBD for not being on top of what was going. Beware of the contract, Pulte will make note they can substitute like materials from one house to another.

I am not going to bore you with the minutia of my experience. We had over 35 items on our closeout punch list. I work in the construction field and the quality largely depends on the lottery of subcontractors you get for the house. At any point in time the Construction manager has up to 20 homes to keep track of. It felt like because we had committed to the house that you would not get the attention to get your home fixed. Our new home was built to a very poor level of quality. It looks like they used bargain bin/defective sheetrock and trim throughout. Cheapest possible appliances, carpet, cabinets, and paint. Wish I had gone with a different builder.

My family loves our new home. However, the craftmanship was very subpar. There was absolutely no attention to detail, culking was poor, edges were not finished and smooth, nail tracks still up, paint not smooth. For the amount we paid for this house those things should have been perfect. Those flaws took away from overall quality of the home.

We bought a house with Pulte, and we had 2 separate field managers, initially, there was an error in the construction of the house, the height of one of the rooms was not at the designated height, it was caught later on and work had advanced so the room was not fixed, it was left as is, the quality of work inside is not the best, in the ceiling the where two sheets of sheetrock adjoin its easy to tell because the ceiling dips down, it is easily seen throughout the whole house, the paint is the lowest quality, we touch the wall and they are immediately stained, there were several issues that ...

We have had several issues with our home and Shane has been extremely responsive and willing to try to make it right. Unfortunately, our microwave has never worked, and it has been 60 days and Kitchen Aide has still not resolved the issue, despite two trips to repair. We love our new home and most of the process was very smooth. The sales rep and design center were wonderful. However, our construction manager was unresponsive at times and is yet to fix any of our post-move-in punch items. We would buy again with Pulte but would voice our concerns louder and earlier if we ended up with a poor construction manager again.

As a homebuyer from out of state, Pulte Homes made the experience enjoyable. From the constant updates from sales rep, to the knowledgeable design center designer, to working with the mortgage was a 5 star experience. The production side of the business was a 3 to 4 star experience. Weekly updates were provided, but I still have some items remaining from closing. There is a plan in place so I will reserve comment until delivery. Also better project management of subs would be my only recommendation. Really good product for track construction almost similar to the stick building model.

Initial sale about the purchase was easy and comfortable, not pressured. The project manager listened to our problems with the house, relay’s they will be resolved then you fill out a work order and get no where.Finish work is subpar.Sod looks dead in parts of the backyard, window seal broken so I see condensation.Baseboard going into the attic not finished.

There were quite a few issues with the house from day one. We now have a timeline for fixing most issues, but it has taken a month to get movement on some issues. The most critical issues (toilets backed up, shower not draining and water pouring into porch) we’re corrected in a timely manner. We are still awaiting our wine fridge. It does not appear that a great deal of attention to detail was provided by the tradespeople. We do love our home and look forward to enjoying it once the issues are corrected.

Pulte failed to hook our septic system up to electric. Three weeks later when we tried to reach out to warranty it was an awful experience. No one would return our phone calls or answer any questions about the system. Also, they left multiple items on unfinished on our home after close, and Pulte has not been responsive in fixing 30 days after close. There is no way to follow up and no one responds to warranty. Not sure there is any warranty with the home. Don’t expect any items to be resolved after you close with them. They are so focused on pumping out more and more homes, faster and ...

First let me say we do like our new home. During building we had to contact the project manager due to poor workmanship and poor overall quality of finished work. Our major issue that remains unresolved and frankly ignored by Pulte is the driveway. We purchased this model to have two bays one specifically for a golf cart. The driveway is too narrow and of shape making it impossible to use the golf cart bay. We are reaching our tolerance for action by Pulte and reaching out for legal advice.

Closed on 6/16 and working through items that need attention. My builder has been responsive in all cases but the quality of the subs has not been adequate. Appointments have been made and the subs don't show up or when they do they don't complete the job Very frustrating.

We closed on our house over a month ago and are still waiting on things that need to be fixed. We still haven’t hung mirrors in our master bath because they won’t come and fix the shiplap that was installed incorrectly. We are also still waiting for Pulte to replace the carpet upstairs from where their painters spilled paint. Not sure why they didn’t replace it prior to us closing??
