The construction manager Nathan was really good in solving problems that need his attention. He was very approachable and explained things very nicely. But We are not happy with the quality of paint used (as it peels off just with a touch of hand).

Overall, I would recommend Pulte as a builder. Home building/buying isn't the easiest process but Pulte does a good job of communicating timely. There is room for improvement on transparency of changes and managing expectations.

Pulte home has done a good Job every step of the way during the entire building process. Theve kept me informed on timelines, deliverable up to closing. The staff was excellent from The Sales Agent (Maryann) and the construction Supervisor(Chris). Very good Job

She ensured our entire home buying experience was smooth. she went above and beyond on all our needs. She made sure all our questions were answered.

Pulte has great project management. But there was small product issues found when settling in. Everything overall was smooth

When purchasing a home it can be stressful and emotionally taxing. Pulte Homes’ process made it easy with their streamlined approach and effective tools and communication.

Great sales team. Working with the developer was great. Consistent and transparent in providing information on Phase II development progress. Can be confident that you are getting accurate information. Options for selecting finishes, appliances and other items can be limiting. For example, we wanted a free standing tub, which should be a standard option, but was not available. Instead had to get the surround tub, which in my opinion is more costly to build out. Workmanship and materials are average, which in my opinion is OK, but for a luxury home, more attention to detail should be a requirement. We have always heard of Pulte’s reputation for customer service. This is why we decided to build with them. We loved our salesperson, and builder. We love the design of the home. The only issue we have is with some of the options they offer. The materials can be sub-par, and for this price point we expected better. We have built 5 homes, so we know what to expect. We lived in another state, so we were not able to keep watch or monitor progress as we would have if we lived in the area. If we had known that the options we chose were low-level, we would have paid to upgrade. Otherwise, Pulte lived up to their reputation for overall customer service. ... More

I would love to give PULTE 5stars but, we had a few situations that occurred, but later much later corrected. I would not advocate building a home remotely.

I am excited for my new home and in a beautiful community. Outside of one neighbor, I have no major complaints.

I think each building would have been better with a bit of more square footage. Especially with the roads in between the blocks

I think the home is very nice. I have noticed some little things, but most of the work looks like quality work!

Add an option for a "bumpout" in the garage.

Overall happy with the purchase. Great location and good plan. But few defects like a leaking pipe showed up once we moved in. But Pulte was quick to rectify it.

I am extremely happy with purchase of new home. Initial build quality seems very good. I would especially like to comment on home insulation which is really top notch, my heater is not running constantly which is saving me a lot of money. All appliances and AC unit are also of great quality and relatively quiet which is very important to me. Thanks

Choice of hanging lights or being left out should be buyers. This was a rediculous additional cost to have yours taken down and donated and paying to have new ones put up. Dimmer lights should be an option. Again additional cost to the buyer. More center island outlets needed We are not first time buyers and have a home at the beach and mountains plus 2 rentals.

So far all good except few minor issues here and there.

Working with Alex and Emily was good. At the end they had many contracts I felt we got lost in the shuffle. For the most part, we are pleased with our new house.

Pulte puts together a beautiful home, very pleased with it. However, after just a few weeks already noticed a handful of areas where there wasn’t as much detailing in the final product as was initially portrayed. Would still recommend Pulte and purchase from them again.

Can’t wait until the entire development is finished, such a peaceful and beautiful area! Houses are nicely made.

The home was a little late in getting closed. The local agents were helpful, but our relator had to intervene to get things taken care of. The home is nice, but there are a few quality items with the HVAC system and some fit & finish details as well. The superintendent was helpful to get things taken care of from the punch list. As we continue to live in the house we have found a few more items that will be on our 1 year warranty list.
