Prior to closing , appreciated the orientation and instruction for care of the home. Closing was excellent. Very happy with the value of the home. Very warm welcome by several Pulte representatives. Builder is awesome. Follow up customer service is poor.

The home building experience was great. They gave update every week. Andrew toured the house before drywall and post drywall. He paid attention to every detail/issue provided by the predry wall inspection report and inspection post house was complete.The pantry could be bigger, the towel holders are not installed by default, the sweaky noise when walking on 2nd floor. The sod were dead initially, i complained and Andrew had it replaced it in a month. The salesperson should show other designs as well and not only focus on three model houses.

My home buying experience with Pulte was great. Travis from the sales team was very helpful in the early stages and our project manager, Andrew, was amazing as we moved through the building process. Overall I had a great experience.

Overall great experience, especially Kelly the sales agent was very caring. The loan process was frustrating due to communication breakdowns and phone calls not being returned in a timely manner. All other experiences were pleasant.

Extremely cordial service, there was regular follow-ups on the progress and keeping me abreast of the potential risks

The buying experience was overall good, sales person was on top of things as well as construction manager as well, who was regularly updating the progress of the completion and handover.

Was a wonderful experience with Josh and Steven from Pulte. They kept me updated throughout the home build process.

The baseboard had so many rough joints and most of them were not sanded after painted. Missing caulk line everywhere. Tiles are not level, and had over cuts under many door frames.

I have enjoyed the buying and building process with all Pulte staff. I love my new home and look forward to the future. Thanks Pulte for everything…

Good builder with good reputation, they keep that standard. As with all homes there can be issues but as homeowners we have keep noticing those and bring those to their attention.

Our Pulte sale representative Mary Ann did an outstanding job of guiding us through the bidding process for a lot and then subsequently through the build process for our house. She was very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Our construction manager Alan did a great job in explaining the features of the house during our walk-thrus and was meticulous in finding and denoting flaws that needed to be addressed by various touch-up crews before we closed on the house. He takes great pride in representing Pulte.

Our buying experience stsrted with Bobbie. Bobbie was very proficient at her job . She had good knowledge amd helped us a lot. Nathan has been very helpful . He tried has been his best to address/ fix our concern

The people that I worked with were excellent-Polly Cockrell & Hector DeJesus. The actual products installed (Kitchen & bathroom cabinets, lighting fixtures etc) are low end and skimpy. The kitchen island & cabinet layout were not well designed and are reflective of just banging out homes with little to no thought on function.

Process is good. Good quality. Builders team is good. Suggest pulte Overall good experience.

I have great experience with Pulte Sales/Accounts/Builder and all engineer and Support post closing, closing team and the entire team of Pulte. Great coordination and keeping home owners posted on any changes or delays of delivery if foreseen. Also, closely follows up on home closing/post addressing of any home issues as part if warranty. Overall satisfied as of today in buying Pulte Home.
