The process was easy. The house is great! When issues came up, Pulte dealt with them quickly. They have continued to be supportive and responsive even after closing. Overall, highly recommend.

Buying a home from pulte homes was by far the best decision I ever made. There were extremely professional and helpful every step of the process. If I ever change homes I will make sure that my next house is also build my Pulte also.

We closed on our house with great certainty that we were moving into a very well constructed home in a community that has been built with care. The process went very smoothly and we felt we always had our questions answered in a timely way.

The Pulte team that worked with us to build our Vanderbilt model at Chapel Cove was excellent. This includes the sales rep, design team, build team and field manager, as well as the mortgage team. Everyone was very responsive to our issues and were attentive to our questions/requests, especially as we weren't local and were only able to visit the home site on a few occasions. They addressed any issues that we identified and have even been helpful post-close with any questions or concerns that we had. Prior to closing , appreciated the orientation and instruction for care of the home. Closing was excellent. Very happy with the value of the home. Very warm welcome by several Pulte representatives. Builder is awesome. Follow up customer service is poor.

The home building experience was great. They gave update every week. Andrew toured the house before drywall and post drywall. He paid attention to every detail/issue provided by the predry wall inspection report and inspection post house was complete.The pantry could be bigger, the towel holders are not installed by default, the sweaky noise when walking on 2nd floor. The sod were dead initially, i complained and Andrew had it replaced it in a month. The salesperson should show other designs as well and not only focus on three model houses.

My home buying experience with Pulte was great. Travis from the sales team was very helpful in the early stages and our project manager, Andrew, was amazing as we moved through the building process. Overall I had a great experience.

Overall great experience, especially Kelly the sales agent was very caring. The loan process was frustrating due to communication breakdowns and phone calls not being returned in a timely manner. All other experiences were pleasant.

Extremely cordial service, there was regular follow-ups on the progress and keeping me abreast of the potential risks
