There have been some cosmetic issues that I noticed before I moved into my house. After moving in I have found a few more which (for the most part) have been addressed. I have been in the house for 6 weeks and continue to find spots of sloppy workmanship which I will continue to refer to customer service. Having said that, I have had no major issues with the house and overall I'm happy with the outcome.

The Pulte team made our home buying experience seamless. Home is we'll built. Minor follow up items were taken care of professionally and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Pulte as your home of choose.

Pulte has a cookie cutter approach to home building and they don't deviate from the pattern. The good news is continuous improvement by doing the same thing better. The bad news is lack of flexible in design by the homeowner. From my viewpoint, I am willing to give up flexibility for tried and true quality. I am very happy with the quality build of the house.

Clear communication, but workmanship is a bit mid tier.

Good sales response and very helpful in getting early closure.

The loan team was really hard to work with, communication was not good and the platform set for it all was not used as it should, we ended up having to email paperwork twice, three times, four times over and over. The construction coordinator was great is kind and takes his time to explain things, however the finishing of the house had too many details that we taped blue and were not actually always fixed, we still have stuff that weren’t adjusted but he has done great communicating and trying to take care of it.

This was our first new build home.

Overpriced ,quality is moderate .

Matt and the other guy were pretty good to deal with. They're great at getting problems fixed when noticed. They communicated really well during the closing process to let me know what is happening and what they fixed.

I appreciate how helpful Andy Davis has been with warranty issues.

Pulte construction is good and their response is also quick and good but only bit expensive in price when compared to other builders.

Sale agent had little information, mortgage had a lot of people contacting me and was sent in circles to get answers, contractor good communication and helpful

Good experience, highly professional, defined processes, good quality and timely responses. Base model has very less choices and most of the basic items are part of upgrades. Offer Mortgage, Insurance and other services for easy coordination. Friendly staff and construction Managers

Our experience with the builder was good except for the Pulte Mortage.. Our experience with the Pulte Mortgage advisor during the closing stage was bad and unprofessional.

Overall very good experience. I purchased during the last section of project. So I felt the sales agent moved on to her next development and felt like I was a little bit of an afterthought at times. But I was able to get ahold of her when she was on vacation which was very nice. (Derwin) the Lead PM was very good and communicated on a regular basis. The design process was good. I was told there would be a light in the laundry room that comes standard, however it does not. Would’ve added it if I was told differently but, found out too late to make any adjustments. Very minor and can function without one. Things that could be improved: 1) garage door - I have a tandem garage and it’s very spacious. But the garage door itself is very small. There’s room to make it larger so it’s a little baffling. I have a truck (not lifted) and you have to found the side mirrors in order for it to fit. Even then, you have to back in perfectly otherwise you’ll scratch your car. Not sure if this is a supply chain issue but it’s definitely an inconvenience. 2nd) bathroom sink vanities - they’re basically cabinets. Was shocked to find out they don’t have smaller slide out drawers. So you’ll need to buy organizers if you don’t want your stuff visible or piled on top of each other. I spent over $500k and then added about $30k in upgrades. It’s my opinion that they cheaped-out on that. At least could’ve been an option to add during the design process. 3) window blinds - added the window blinds during the design. They look great. Only thing is that they aren’t included on the doors. Depending on the model you get, they have accent doors (no porch) and basically act as windows but gives a nicer appeal and some character. I have 4 doors that don’t have blinds/shades so I basically spent $2k on blinds for 6 windows. Definitely something that should be communicated upfront. Besides those items, the place looks fantastic and would recommend using them. Overall we were very satisfied with the Pulte experience. I appreciate how the Pulte realtor and GC stayed in touch with us every week to share progress, and allow us to provide feedback. Any feedback would be addressed, discussed and corrected. Although the plans are designed by Pulte, they allow so much customization on additions, decks, in-law suites, basements , materials - my home feels more than semi-custom made! After closing we had some issues that popped up and the Pulte warrantee team went into action immediately with their vendors to get everything corrected - and they followed up to make sure we were happy. The most important thing for us was that the house was ready when they originally said it would be because we were moving across the country. In that aspect, the house was ready when they said it would be ready - so 10/10. Beyond that, I feel like we got what we paid for. It was a spec home (nothing custom) so I would say we got average level attention to detail when it came to finishing the house.

I really appreciated the time that Adam took to update us on the process and immediately respond to concerns we had. I am somewhat upset on the quality of granite that we received in the kitchen, but will contact our warranty agent.

I had a great experience. I was kept in the loop through all phases of the building process.

Pulte reps were always responsive and helpful, easy to reach, friendly, respectful of our concerns, great to deal with.

This is a great builder!! Friendly and always willing to adhere to customers needs.
