We have painting touch ups that have not been addressed, have not received our refrigerator, there are 3 windows on the front of our house that were put in backwards and not replaced yet, broken irrigation pipe. We moved in April 9th and still waiting for these issues to be addressed.

Let me start off with saying that we do love our new home. But the quality is not even close to what we expected for a $470k new home. The Pulte representatives we have spoken to are extremely professional, but the trades they hire do not seem to provide the quality of work I would expect. The finishings are not installed very well and we are already having issues that we are going through Pulty’s warranty process to resolve and we have only been here 2 months. It took from Sept. to one day before closing (March 31st) to tell us we were approved for a mortgage. It should not take that long. Still having issues after closing and I hope they can be resolved.

Home is nice and seems decently built. But when issues were found during final walkthrough the repairs were done quickly and improperly. Also quite a bit of the finishing work looks like it was done be a novice and never inspected. For the price I would expect better craftsmanship.

Take a very long time for the final walk through. After moving on February 4th. I needed to have the master vanity replaced as it was a factory defect. The tub in the guest bathroom was badly scratched. Filed Mgr. spent an hour trying to rub out the scratches. Have not decided whether to have Pulte replace the tub. Kitchen drawer edge ragged. All the nails were raised on the steps in the staircase, garage door did not operate property due to poor painting of the garage door. Slow to make walkthrough punch-list and home warrantee repairs

Several items were identified in the new home walk through. Pulte never directly addressed some of them and never made the requested repairs. Buckling Hardy board siding that was installed incorrectly was screwed down tighter, rather than repaired with the recommended gaps for expansion. The dead turf in the lawn was never replaced or fixed. After closing in and move in, we continued to request repairs they had agreed to make. Some were addressed, others never were. Given today’s current market and high interest rates, homes are more expensive than what one might unit expect; that should make the quality and care better alone! Unfortunately, the product we received at the end was flawed. The Pulte staff themselves seem to be good and want to supply the best customer service and home to the customer, HOWEVER all the sub-contractors are absolutely terrible! Pulte really needs to watch who they are hiring. Some of the work is embarrassing. S3, the siding company especially!!! I suggest looking into some other options.

There are many issues due to poor workmanship and also have had a very poor response to have them rectified. Been in the home over a month snd the issues and findings just keep on coming. Very disappointed!

Selected items were being discontinued before we even got started on the build and I highly recommend you read and verify everything! Two of our design selections were noted correctly but put on the change order incorrectly and once you initial the charge order you’re stuck with it whether you like it or not.

The sales and builder was good. Problem occurred after we moved in. Our builder has done everything right, but we have several things that need to be fixed and the contractors that need to fix them either don't show up or they never have the right products when they arrive. It's a 4 hour window they can arrive. So it's either ruining my morning or afternoon by sitting at my house. Just getting very annoying. I feel bad for our builder because he has done everything right. It's the people Pulte has chosen to do the work.

When I was shopping for my home I was shown the model homes that were immaculate. The sales representative was cordial and appeared friendly on the surface. LaShay the sales rep for the community, was awesome. She is the sweetest and helps as much as she can. She always responds swiftly to your question and concerns. The mortgage process was extremely easy. We purchased our home at the end of the building process, so all our finishes and colors were picked before we came into the picture. They rushed through to get it closed on time. Multiple things not completed or damaged when moved in. They said they’d fix it but we’ve been waiting over a month with little to nothing getting fixed. Have to keep reaching out and it gets pushed off. Most of the house is still good but bad experience overall. A lot of neighbors had similar experience.

Unfortunately, I spent almost $700K and have had so many issues with my house. The build manager Brian that we had did not fix anything that we addressed before we moved in. Now we are forced to take time off work to get issues that were part of our third-party inspection fixed. When you do get warranty fixes submitted the contractors do not show up without a call and if they show up they do horrible work because there is no quality control done by Pulte. I have recently put in a warranty request that requires 17 different contractor companies to come back to my house and address issues. ...

Very few options for Palmetto Series. Unwilling to budge on anything from cookie cutter plans. Construction Manager was dismissive towards women. He did not listen to concerns until escalated to upper management. Construction defects were grudgingly completed. The various trades did sloppy work. Cheap quality materials.

Lashay who was very helpful with the move in and sales. Once we moved in, our experience went completely downhill. Our project manager, Tyler, was not helpful and not willing to fix things that were found even the first week of moving in. We bought this home sight unseen all the way from San Diego and were hoping for a much better experience.
