Very Poor Quality of Workmanship

House was built in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship of the trades they hire is Very Sub Par. Work is very poor quality and the Pulte Warranty Group's answer is what do you want me to because these are they workers we have and this is the quality of work they do. Pulte needs to set expectations that their trades do not provide quality work to let the home buyer know what to expect in the end so that the home buyer will know that they need to spend tens of thousands of additional dollars to make there home meet the expectations you would expect when getting a brand new home. Numerous lies from sales person. Pulte mortgage tried to take our money saying we Had to buy mortgage points Common areas look horrible and neighborhood pool that was promised to be complete spring of 2020still not built or even started. All the retention ponds holding water so mosquitos are horrible. Can’t play outside with little one at all. Still waiting to get an issue with hood vent in kitchen resolved after pointing out 4 months ago before closing. Do not build with Pulte.
