Connie was the reason we bought this home. She was so helpful and trust worthy. She had and answer for every question Connie made buying a home easy .

Pulte made the process easy and quick during our home buying process. Mike ensured our home was to top quality and walked us through how they build their houses and what they check for. It was nice to know our home was built by people who took the time and care they would with their own house. I highly recommend Pulte and their craftsmanship.

Great experience with Pulte, our building managers were very responsive and quick to assist with any and all issues. For the price, would expect some higher end materials but overall, happy with our new home.

Poor Build quality and is way below from phase 1 homes. There were a lot of issue due at closing, promised to resolve and is now no one owns it and is a service requests that never gets resolved or taken care of. Service requests created 45 days ago are still not resolved. Matt the build manager, is very keen on hiding the issues at the walk, than having them resolved. Bricks around the home are stained different and do not match and the issue still exits and Matt promised to take care at the closing and now bears no responsibility. Kitchen Pantry wooden shelving are all broken, cracks every where and the service request put in at least 30 days ago still no body showed up. Hardwood chipped off several places - not resolved. Window glasses upstairs rooms are scratched, the service request was put in day 1 after closing and now they blame it on the home owner as it wasn't identified during closing and no action is being taken, Very disgusting. ... We are very happy with the house overall, disappointed by the property lot. We were lied to and never shown the lot we selected. Once with raaieed our.concern about our main issue. Nothing was done.

Mike was extremely responsive and proactive. He was always there for us if we had any issues he was just a phone call away. I would say there couldn't be a better experience than what we had with Mike.

During the the entire process, my builder was always transparent, open, and communicative to understand my unusual status. It can contribute to a smoother experience and finally I appreciate it all.

The “supposed” to be a brand new home by Pulte home has a faulty HVAC equipment which took over a month for some one come and take a look and after 2 attempts still not fixed , why would a brand new home that priced at 1.25 million have a broken HVAC which is not even a month old ? Where is the quality here pulte homes? shame ! My family spent thanksgiving in a cold home , thank you for nothing Pulte homes !

From start to finish the Pulte team took great care of us. The home is well constructed and the finish work detail was high. The subcontractors seemed to care as much about the home as Pulte. I enjoyed every aspect of dealing with them and would recommend you build with Pulte.

Mike, our contractor's representative, was EXCELLENT to work with. He immediately took care of the few issues that we brought to his attention. We greatly appreciated his professional attitude and attention toward us as Pulte Homes customers.

The quality of pulte has gone significantly since the covid . It's been 26 days since we moved and we are already seeing the commode water drain peeling of from the wall. Also the windows are of very low quality. They cut corners to save money and make profits with cheap quality materials. Tankless water is making loud noises.

Worst experience with Pulte. Customer service keep asks for the rating to be 10 out of 10 instead of resolving the issues.

Financed through Pulte. Lived on property approximately 2 months. Construction still going on in the rest of the development. Dealing with attitude and disrespect from construction workers who seem to forget that I paid A LOT of money to live in the home they built. Home quality- walls are paper thin. You can hear family members in the next room. You know EXACTLY where other members of the household are based on sound traveling through walls and floors. Property grading could have been better in regards to drainage, appearance, and livability. THE BIGGEST ISSUE. Based on home inspectors report and other HVAC professionals - the heat pumps are improperly sized for the square footage. It has come to my attention that the town does not have building codes that pertain to HVAC sizing, which allows this process to continue. We love how the house is design. Beautiful with smart design on space utilization. Open layout concept is my favorite which made me fall in love with the house we bought. Sales team (Matt) went above and beyond to help us through this experience. Our builder (Ryan) made walkthrough very smooth and friendly. The only issue we had was with Pulte Mortage team, it was a painful experience with lot of back and forth to get the loan approved. Overall, I am happy with rest of the Pulte team. Thank you!

Alex is a decent builder he could do better but he was always saying we cannot get the perfect house. If we are finding mistakes then you should resolve it and you cannot say you will not have a perfect house every time. Management is very bad they are supporting the managers even when it is their mistake. Jenny looked like she is a good person when we were buying the house immediately after buying she showed us a different color. She is saying if we do not like we can leave the earnest money and leave. It is not 1$ to leave you cannot be so rude to people buying your bad houses. Paint job is bad they applied paint on the chandeliers too. Plan of the house is also bad. Paying 730 k for this house and you cannot deliver a perfect house and also have paint issues. My money is just wasted. Worst things of all is the backyard our inspection person told that this is a crappy backyard work. They were a big drop on our backyard and it is looking very bad. I worked with Nichole for buying this home. Nichole was very cooperative and helped with all the required information and made the home-buying experience very smooth and comfortable. Builder Mike also was very cooperative and walked me through the entire house in multiple inspections. He possesed very good knowledge and helped answer all my questions and address any issues reported on time.
