The team kept me updated from start to finish. The response to any questions was immediate. Tim was outstanding to work with. Since I was living in another state at the time Amy’s pictures helped me feel I was visiting the property in person. Overall, I would recommend the Pulte group and their attention to detail.

The people I dealt with are amazing. The fact is, housing prices doubled in the last year and Pulte took advantage (as they should). But materials have not doubled. I paid $716k for a house with an unfinished garage, cheap vinyl paneling floor, and cheap carpeting. Since using Covid as an excuse to build my house for me, my house is $80k more than the model. I have no idea where that could have went as nothing is particularly impressive. A few things were left out like how the roads aren’t finished and the mud/garbage across the street from my alley. The entire purchase was great, the only trouble I had was adding the warranty, and the information on the smart home. I have enjoyed the purchase.

Jeremy was exceptional, Josh was good, Daniel was good and Trish was was good.

Our house is a comfortable layout, perfect for our family. Craftsmanship looks good and all items have been fixed as identified. Our biggest issue was the sewer pipe under our driveway was broke by someone before we moved in. Whoever broke the pipe said nothing and on the second day of us being in the home, sewage backed up into our first floor bathtub. There are certain quality checks and issues, like this example, that make it look like contractors were in a rush. Besides that relatively big issue, there are little items like the closets coming off their tracks that are again a lack of attention to detail. Any issues identified have been fixed timely but a few have required follow up. Additional quality checks and confirmation that work was completed appropriately by each contractor may help. Tim was at all my walk throughs. He wrote things down, followed up with us, and is taking care of things. He is still in the neighborhood as other homes are still being built. He's approachable and friendly, so I know I can ask him anything. I would highly recommend this team.

Overall a good experience. The project manager “Connor” was very responsive and knowledgeable. Communication is key for me and he displayed this in full.

We really love the new home. Pulte was on time with all their milestones in the building process and has been very responsive in fixing issues after we have moved in.

Danny, Nick and the Executive team did a great job in a very difficult market! Not everything went perfectly but Pulte stood behind their commitment to make it an awesome experience! We love our new home in Independence at Carters Station. As a bonus, the neighbors are the best!!

Very easy process to submit tickets for issues after closing and response time is quick

Pulte builds a high quality home. All of my questions were immediately answered - felt like they really cared about making me happy. My only minor quirk was that they use a low-cost interior flat paint - everything else is quality so not sure why this practice. Very minor - very happy with my new home!

The team was very responsive to any questions we had. If there were any changes because of supply disruption, we were notified right away.

It was good and good experience with builder. Only thing is the material is not good.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic I am happy with the whole process from finance to the builders. I appreciated the open communication and weekly updates whatever questions and concerns I had they were addressed and corrected in a timely manner..

It was a great experience overall, the meet timing expectations and the quality of the home is great, we've not have any issue so far (4 months in) and I fell confident that Pulte will jump in if there were any problem with the house (I have seen them doing it with my neighbor). When we got a new field manager the day after we had our walk through, Zach was quick to make sure we had everything taken care of. Although we had a couple small bumps, he did everything in his power to make sure we were happy. Vickie, our sales consultant, also made this process so great. She has been so kind and helpful through everything.
