Tim was at all my walk throughs. He wrote things down, followed up with us, and is taking care of things. He is still in the neighborhood as other homes are still being built. He's approachable and friendly, so I know I can ask him anything. I would highly recommend this team.

Overall a good experience. The project manager “Connor” was very responsive and knowledgeable. Communication is key for me and he displayed this in full.

Very easy process to submit tickets for issues after closing and response time is quick

Pulte builds a high quality home. All of my questions were immediately answered - felt like they really cared about making me happy. My only minor quirk was that they use a low-cost interior flat paint - everything else is quality so not sure why this practice. Very minor - very happy with my new home!

The team was very responsive to any questions we had. If there were any changes because of supply disruption, we were notified right away.

It was a great experience overall, the meet timing expectations and the quality of the home is great, we've not have any issue so far (4 months in) and I fell confident that Pulte will jump in if there were any problem with the house (I have seen them doing it with my neighbor). . Good neighborhood good county and schools

When we got a new field manager the day after we had our walk through, Zach was quick to make sure we had everything taken care of. Although we had a couple small bumps, he did everything in his power to make sure we were happy. Vickie, our sales consultant, also made this process so great. She has been so kind and helpful through everything.

We looked in the Spring Hill/Thompson Station area and fell in love with the Brixworth community. The Vanderbilt plan worked best for us and the process was organized and efficient. Happy to answer any questions.

Overall it was a great home. We really enjoy living there. Other than one closet in one of the bedrooms where the door is designed wrong and when you put your clothes in the closet you can’t open the door to get into the closet. Everything else has been great.

Jeff has been a great guy to work with and really seems to care about the home owners. I hope that you give Jeff a secretary someday to help him be in mulitiple places at one time.

Working with the field manager James made this process so easy. Weekly updates and regular communication always kept me in the know.

It took longer to close than I had hoped but most of the people that I met at Pulte were eager to help and make things right. Especially my sales agent and sales manager. I'm also happy with the house and neighborhood! Thank you!
