Awesome Experience

Pulte gave us good buying experience and the build was completed on time. Richie, our builder, was great to work with.

There were a few deficiencies in the home and the builder was quick to address these issues. The community is still under construction and as items present themselves they are quickly ratified without complaint. The attention to detail is much appreciated.

Overall it was a great home. We really enjoy living there. Other than one closet in one of the bedrooms where the door is designed wrong and when you put your clothes in the closet you can’t open the door to get into the closet. Everything else has been great.

Jeff has been a great guy to work with and really seems to care about the home owners. I hope that you give Jeff a secretary someday to help him be in mulitiple places at one time.

Working with the field manager James made this process so easy. Weekly updates and regular communication always kept me in the know.

It took longer to close than I had hoped but most of the people that I met at Pulte were eager to help and make things right. Especially my sales agent and sales manager. I'm also happy with the house and neighborhood! Thank you!

I was very happy with the whole buying experience. Walk through issues were handled with no problems. Been here a month and the only situation has been an HVAC issue. I'm OK with the Pulte's response to it but if option 1 is not available, there needs to be an option 2, with their third party.

Mike, our contractor's representative, was EXCELLENT to work with. He immediately took care of the few issues that we brought to his attention. We greatly appreciated his professional attitude and attention toward us as Pulte Homes customers.

We love how the house is design. Beautiful with smart design on space utilization. Open layout concept is my favorite which made me fall in love with the house we bought. Sales team (Matt) went above and beyond to help us through this experience. Our builder (Ryan) made walkthrough very smooth and friendly. The only issue we had was with Pulte Mortage team, it was a painful experience with lot of back and forth to get the loan approved. Overall, I am happy with rest of the Pulte team. Thank you!

I worked with Nichole for buying this home. Nichole was very cooperative and helped with all the required information and made the home-buying experience very smooth and comfortable. Builder Mike also was very cooperative and walked me through the entire house in multiple inspections. He possesed very good knowledge and helped answer all my questions and address any issues reported on time.

From the start of looking at the Pulte Rosewood Model, our purchasing experience was very good. Brittany was the best in answering questions and getting information. She was so helpful from start to finish and continues to assist us in these first weeks of ownership. Brittany and others went the extra mile in finding a great replacement to a broken shutter, helping out in an emergency and providing an extra step for my husband who is not well. This caring group of Pulte folks and cute one level home are just the best.

All of the people were very eager to make things smooth for me and provided friendly, high-service experience. But there was always a limit to what they could do. If I wanted something outside of their scope, there was no price that simple additions could be added. My prior Pulte home had so many upgrade options that I was surprised that there were such hard limits for a simple upgrade.

Finish trades not impressive. CM was very helpful and did his best to address all the issues we had but the trades are slow to respond. Drywall dust on wire racks in closet got everything dirty that we put on it (should've been wiped down). Grouting was terrible with pocket wholes in grout. Overall sloppy job on grouting. Laid five tiles with cracks in it. Overall good experience with the whole process just finish work wasn't the best but they do come and fix the issues if you report them.

Coming from a fully custom built home to this is definitely a shift in mindset. The finishes and options are okay but not great, the quality of everything is slightly above builder grade, looks good, feels a lot less substantial to the touch. Warranty though is great and the teams are very responsive, which I will say is an upgrade from our last build, where that process was a lot clunkier. We also ended up with a spec home, so a lot of things were already chosen on our behalf that are/were not ideal for us (i.e. stair tread color completely different than the main floor color (light main level floor, darkest stain possible on the stairs and railings). So far I am over all a happy customer and living in a home they built for me. I haven’t had any major concerns during build process and over all process was very Smooth

As far as the overall process , Pulte is a great company with a great staff. The on-Site reps do everything they can to make sure the house meets your expectations. However, Ensure you know what you are doing when at your design appointment. When you make changes to a feature; it’s not always explained to you how it will affect the other selections you have made. We went from having wood floors in our gathering room to having carpet when we specified no carpet on the first floor. A selection change we made basically added carpet to our living room without us knowing it; and we have pets, which is now a problem and will cost us more to have it fixed. This is not a direct line to Pulte, but it is a direct result of the design appointment being subcontracted to another company with their own way of fulfilling their contractual obligations. ...
