We had a difficult issue with Pulte, as they reneged on their own contract, causing closing delays. Do not buy from them without using your OWN lender and title company!!!

Plenty of issues with the house with workmanship and quality. I wouldn't be able to recommend Pulte just with the number of issues we've had with them. They did go to lengths to make everything better but that only eases the sting a bit. The house was A COMPLETE MESS the day of closing. Landscaping was not in. Carpet throughout the house had to be replaced a couple weeks after moving in. We had to continually nag the builders to get things fixed that were not right. Then it would be "fixed" and we would have to get things "fixed" again. Second time having a home built and was a nightmare. I honestly would blame most of this on Plute contractors and them rushing to get work done due to the amount of work. But Pulte really needs to either find new contractors or do a better job of inspecting and having them come fix their work vs. having the customer inspect and tell Pulte that the work wasn't done correctly. When all is said an done, I would go back and pick a different builder. If it wasn't for the sales rep Molly and the Construction Manager Daniel, we would have tossed in the towel. ... More

The house is well built and floor plan is convenient. There are some minor issues that would be taken care of in the next few weeks - delay due to current emergency conditions.

elements that I paid for at the design center were not installed and we had to show our copy to prove the issue.

attention to detail may improve small issues that should've been taken cared before I moved in were not fixed

Ladies up front were hard to do get ahold of. Never replied, or IF they did it was DAYS later. The quality of stuff is nice.

There were a few items done incorrectly and the quality of things such as paint on walls and front door could be much better, as an example.

We recently purchased a home through Pulte and were surprised by how smooth the process was. From the sales staff to the construction team to the mortgage team, each person seemed to genuinely care about us getting the home we were looking for and in the time frame we needed it. Everyone involved made our home buying experience smooth and enjoyable.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of our home. It was completed ahead of our expectations, allowing us plenty of time to settle in. The build team who worked with us, Shane and Sam, were an excellent group - keeping us informed, and going out of their way to protect the integrity of each phase of build.

I have entirely too much negative feedback to share but let’s just leave it there - i’ve lived in the house almost 4 months and they are still coming in and out of my home to fix things that should have been done before we closed.

It was a bit of struggle with Pulte on all accounts (construction, sales office, mortgage) from start to finish. Construction issues were covered up, we were told some of the staff cut corners (by other staff) and given a multitude of misinformation by sales, and our mortgage representative had little knowledge of the products he was selling. In regards to construction, the paint is already chipping, cracks in ceilings (1 month in), house was not properly cleaned upon move-in (still tape marks all over floor) and just general lack of attention to detail. We are happy to finally be in our home, but would not buy a Pulte home again. The silver lining is that some of the upper management (construction and mortgage) were extremely helpful, professional, and responsive--it just took us a while to get to the point of us contacting (and end up working with) them during this process. ... Project was always on time or ahead of schedule

The process of building was very easy. We also feel a tremendous value in the home. What we paid was less per square foot than just about anything in the area by a significant amount. Like any new build there are small things to complain about with the workmanship, but nothing serious. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. I would also like to comment on the quality of the build managers. We had two throughout the process at different stages and they were both extremely communicative and responsive to issues. This is the third home we have had built by a mass builder. It was not the worst by far, but definitely not the best. The buying experience was not good at all. Since moving in, I have to say that they are really great about getting any issues taken care of right away. Overall, if we were ever to build again we would consider them.

5 month delay, followed by many construction issues once we moved in. If you look closely, there are a lot of small details that have not been correctly taken care of in the house. It is a hassle to call Pulte/Warranty department/etc, as it should've never happened in the first place. My AC/Heating unit had missing parts, and took multiple calls and visits to fix--I wish pulte checked the quality of their products before pushing their customers to sign off on it. I also have a couple of lopsided doorframes. Some are rather obvious, but some not too noticeable. This could've been easily prevented, but it seems pulte is rushing through the building process and not paying enough attention to detail. ... More

Buying experience with Pulte Homes is very smooth. I recommend them.

We keep being told that work will be done and then nothing . . . No one reaches back out to us like they say they are, to actually get the work done. It’s been a bit disappointing.

Solid communication from start to finish. The team was Transparent with us and this was a smooth process. Great craftsmanship for the cost.

I appreciated the attention to customer service from the builder manager. He went above and beyond during the entire process.

Pleased overall with product and experience.

Upgrade the house itself. Upgrade certain basics after move in. Great building process and supervisors.
