We were happy with everything by closing. Jimmy and Shane our building managers were top notch. Anything we were not happy with, they took care of.

Good buying experience.

From the street it looks amazing, after being in the house for a few months you find all the things not done or half done. - Paint on the outside stone (a lot) from when they painted the trim - Drywall tape coming off, multiple spots - They used broken base when doing the trim. - Bad caulking job everywhere - The dampeners in the attic were not even hooked up to power and are set to off. (WOW) - They used 1/4 round on the base in the main area of the house because they couldn't schedule the trim after the flooring was done, you do this when you screw up. - 3 doors didn't even latch when you shut them. - I'm still finding issues. ... Definitely good value for the price... However, quality assurance (QA) of contractors' work need more oversight... Worth the money to hire home inspector before closing/moving in to spot the needed adjustments/work missed by QA/inspectors in order for the site manager to get rectified...

This is our first home and we are so happy we built with Pulte!!!

We are very disappointed in the representation of Pulte through their sales representative Jane. She was extremely aggressive and rude when we asked about a drainage system that was placed in our backyard.The drainage system was not represented on any surveys, nor was it disclosed to us. When we saw the house it was covered. Instead of trying to come to a solution we were told "Just cancel" multiple times. This was very unprofessional and unreasonable as we were to close on the property in a few days. After speaking with her supervisor a solution to the issue was presented to us but not to our expectations. On the other hand Our Site Manager Bobby was amazing. He went above and beyond fixing everything that needed to be fixed. He was always reachable and completed any task quickly and with a smile. He was a pleasure to work with. ... More

I had few small issues. All around I am satisfied with the house.

There are issues which were brought up prior to closing such as paint and door threshold which have yet to be addressed

Bought my investment property with Pulte homes and really had a clean and seamless process for closing and handover.

Easy process from start to finish. Standard included features were above average. Appreciated the many upgrade options and color choices available. Upgrades were somewhat pricey, though, which seems to be the same with most builders. Great communication during as well as after the home was completed. Responsive to any concerns and quick to address. Highly recommend!

Considering my very tight schedule in relocating to Austin, the Closing process was very efficient and processed in a timely manner! Thank you! :)

Absolutely everyone from the Pulte Sales Team to the Mortgage Team to the Insurance Team to the Homebuilder/warranties walk-thru were so wonderful! They made the home buying process completely turn-key, pleasant and EASY. It was wonderful to buy a brand new home and have excellent customer service at every step. Thank you!

Very smooth process from picking out the home and options, to working with the mortgage and title companies through closing.

The project was completed on time and no issues till now.

Biggest mistake I ever made, was buying from Pulte. Workmanship is terrible. Warranty issues brought to attention months ago still have not been addressed. If you are buying from Pulte, be sure to get a 3rd party inspection prior to close, and refuse to close until every deficiency is addressed.

Our house seems to be built well but Pulte didn’t do some of the things we noted to be fixed during walkthrough. We almost didn’t sign due to them not doing a single thing on the list. I indicated some things that we needed done before we were to close in 4 hours and those were done. Some of the others were done after putting in warranty service request but I’m either going to fix the rest on my own or have already fixed it. The service team is extra responsive and things are fixed within two weeks. This is the second home from Pulte we purchased because of the quality work based on the first one. Unfortunately, the quality of the workmanship and materials on this new house is so poor, we just can’t even compare to the first one or even some fixer uppers. Doors and door frames are refurbished with new paints over them but still can be seen visibility on the outside with dents and uneven surface. Most windows don’t seem new with serious scratches on the handle bars. Shower tub also with serious scratches. People not cleaning after themselves, which left paints in the kitchen sink and shower. The wall in the garage is made of the cheapest material I’ve even seen for a new build, if I had not asked the site manager to fix some of the stuff, one would not believe it’s a new house. All of the above plus other small details not worth mentioning, are just one would not expect for purchasing a brand new house. Minimum zero attention to detail and carelessness are how I would describe this new build. I would like to invite the senior leadership in Pulte headquarters to come check out the quality of work and see for themselves and tell me if this is what a new house should be nor would they be happy with it. I got tired of asking the site manager to fix this and that, I rather deal with it myself after work because I knew there was no way to demand further, which was going to waste a lot of my time, plus the site manager had a tight schedule and other demands from other home owners. We are very satisfied with out new home! We didn't know what to expect going into the build process, but working with Bobby and Blake was phenomenal. Their level of communication was incredible and they addressed any issue that came up. The housing market is wacko in this area...so it's hard to gauge the "value for the price paid" rating. We are very pleased with the product, though!

Team at Parmer crossing is a great team. I was really impressed bu the support they showed during whole process of delivering house. The house was delivered on the date confirmed. I am really impressed with team Lamonica, Josh and Shaun and Project Manager who started our home.. Great Thank you to all for making our first home.

Value for price paid for this area of Texas is tops.

Pulte did an excellent job building our home for a great price. The staff was responsive and easy to work with.
