Great home buying experience, absolutely beautiful (and thoughtfully designed) home…countless positive experiences. Pulte folks went, and still go, out of their way to help and serve post-sale. Sounds cheesy, but I really felt them rooting for me, and like they cared about me having the best possible experience throughout the whole process, even after closing. Good experience overall. Had minor problems that were corrected quickly after close.

It was a great experience buying with Pulte.

I was fortunate and had some really good individuals working for my builder at the site where I purchased. The sales side was honestly very above-board at every step, I was fully aware of what I was getting and Pulte stuck to the spirit as well as the letter of their agreement. The builder managed to close on time and got around to all items on the blue tape checksheet, so no complaints there. All in all I was impressed with what I saw.

The builder is Pretty responsive to our requests. We had a number of minor issues and a few major issues, and the builder has been incredibly responsive and willing to fix any issues we bring up. When they could not come, I appreciated the clear communication and setting of expectations.

We are excited to be in the Caliterra subdivision and happy with our Pulte home--they have no control over the increasing interest rates. Our Project Manager was excellent to work with. Thanks

Good team of associate and engineer. I am satisfied with the quick response on any issue and its resolution. Quality of material used is appropriate.

Kayla was fantastic to work with throughout the process. We absolutely love our house and community. Overall we have been very happy although there are some details that it feels like the builders could have been more careful with. Overall though we couldn’t be happier!

Had to delay closing by a week because what was promised after walk through was not done on time. The Sales Rep and Construction Site Managers were very responsive. Annoyed that company policy was to stain fence facing the road only and not the rest of it. Have had ant issues and faulty Dishwasher, which is currently being addressed.

Let me start by saying how happy we are with our purchase. We were very exited about the home when we purchased it. Everyone is been nice, communicating well and answering all my issues. We only had a small issue at the end but overall everything was good. I will give. 9 out of 10. Totally purchase another one with them!

Great value for the money.

Given the crazy real estate frenzy going on and all the supply and labor issues Pulte was able to deliver what they promised.

My Pulte team, from the sales representative to the mortgage team to the on-site construction team, went above and beyond by responding to my emails and text without delay. The design options offered to allow buyers to build a unique home surprised me. I recommend Pulte Homes to anyone wanting a home that is as beautiful as a custom home but affordable.

The Pulte team made my buying experience a great one. Very organized and I feel they listened to my needs and wants. Love my home.

This is our first home, we were able to design it and watch the build process throughout which was very comforting. It is a beautiful home and I would recommend Pulte to a friend.

The entire building process was easy and clear, the customer service and responsiveness, in time delivery stood at the top level compared to other builders in the community. If there are any negatives they solved pretty fast. More over they built the home in the given time frame with out any delays.

Overall I’m happy with the house.
