Great build quality and construction manager was superior in providing the updates. After closing dissatisfied with the Pulte customer service for the repairs that incurred within 2 weeks of closing.

Felt like the builder was waiting for me to give him a good survey teams and just disappeared (limited / no responses since then )

Still awaiting minor post construction issues to be resolved.

We were okay with the process until the long brick delay. We got told the same thing every time, the brick is delayed. We are pushing back close a week, finally when I spoke up that I was displeased it seemed to light a fire under them and a couple weeks later we got some progress. Also, when we did our final walk through we had several things that were not corrected and several items new that we found. We were basically told if this list keeps going we wouldn't close.

Overall the whole buying and building process is fairly smooth. However, perhaps due to the current crazy market, we had to deal with too many little issues due to lack of attention to the details and, unfortunately, the fast responsiveness wasn't always there. Some examples: Faucets are all leaking - it has been told that this is normal. Totally unacceptable. Multiple spots on walls with different shade of paint - after more than a month we moved in, is still to be fixed. Poor masonry works. Overall painting works are poorly done. Carpet stained - still to be cleaned. I'd buy again from Pulte? Yes. They offer a tremendous value for the money compared to other builders around. I have had couple of issues before closing which were promised to be fixed within first week after closing but they still have not been fixed yet. Not happy with after purchase response from Pulte.

Quality seems great on the house itself. Seems like they cut corners with the way they grade the yards. Have had a flooding issue in the backyard since I moved in and I keep getting told every week that it will be fixed “next week”. The trees are put in with short little flimsy wooden stakes that do not hold up to Texas wind. Finally got them to restake the front yard tree with rebar which seems to have done the trick. As far as customer service they have been severely lacking in that department. I do love the home itself and do not regret my decision.

Overall, the process went relatively smoothly, but the closing did feel somewhat rushed. If given the opportunity, I'd aim to address concerns and identify any issues before the house closing, rather than relying solely on emails and support tickets. While I appreciate the ability to comprehend the issues, it seems that the actual resolution can be a bit challenging. The Pulte team has been quite cooperative in answering various questions, although there have been some difficulties in getting certain things fixed. Having purchased a new home, one should naturally feel happy, yet there's a sense of something missing if I'm not vigilant about a few matters and occasionally forget to follow up. My wooden floor needs repaired. A miniblind needs to be replaced. Two mirrors needs to be repaired. My kitchen vent flapper needs to be repaired/adjusted. My patio light needs to be repaired. A lot of repairs are needed. Again nice home but its a new home that needs repairs.

Building process went well, however the workmanship when the home was closed was unacceptable. There was a cut out on the wall, caulking missing in places, areas not painted.

I had a few hiccups that prolonged my move but my salesperson, Jennifer and construction manager, Cole were excellent. They were able to answer my multiple questions and address any concerns I had. I love the way they touch bases at every step of the building process from start to finish. Cole even came by the next day after closing and assist with an issue with my dryer. Thank you Jennifer and Cole. I love my new home.

The only disappointment is the fact we are 2 months into our new home and have yet to receive our Oven / Microwave combo for our kitchen. Overall experience was satisfactory.

House looks very nice and people very helpful.

Overall a good experience, there were alot of barriers with the sale and account team but the builders and title team made the experience worth it.

Construction process was thorough and detailed, however I wish the follow through after closing would have been better.

Home is Beautiful, Builder very attentive, Financing in Dallas Office wonderful helpful and attentive BUT, home financing office in Colorado never picked up their phones, took an act of Congress to get a response via email or phone! We started our Journey in July 2020 and didn’t close till March 2021! Our credit scores were 600’s-700’s, so experience may be different if you have 700 & Above.

Door handles came off for several doors within few days itself , several doors don’t shut fully unless pushed manually.

Pulte mortgage is manipulating people right and left giving 7 higher interest rate where market rate is below 6 and then give $10,000 which they use to buy down the rate.

Pulte Homes should provide high-quality wood for the backyard fence, as the current wood used is very low and cheap in quality. Additionally, pre-plumbing requests should be addressed before construction begins, as it will be difficult to set up an outdoor kitchen later on. It is also important to include a cloth rack or shoe rack in the owner's suite closet during construction. Furthermore, there have been air cracks appearing in the bricks within one month after closing

While working through the loan process it was difficult connecting with some of the processors. Mike Ho was an excellent person to work with and responded quickly and was very influential for us making decisions. We were disappointed after picking our plan to hear that certain things we were assured wouldn’t get to be done (sliding barn doors for downstairs room rather than French doors). The production and finishing touches of the house took a couple trips but Cam was incredibly responsive to those concerns and quick to make the fixes. We love our first home and are excited to be in this development but the road map to this destination had a few bumps and potholes that could have been avoided with more professionalism and responsiveness. ... Overall, I was happy with service as they were professional and efficient. However, the tile installation was poor, with uneven tiles and high lippage. This issue spoiled an otherwise good experience.

Focus on Finishings could have been better. Old model water system. Included fans were just worthless. Overall dissatisfied for the worth it was charged.

I have good experience with Pulte. But where they can do better quality checks than waiting for customer to provide feedback. I seen many mid range builders like Pulte have these issues but when I check other builders for example highland homes, first Texas and Taylor Morrison they don’t have these issues.

First let me say that the home is beautiful, and I believe it is definitely worth the price we paid for it. For the most part everyone we have worked with has been very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been marred by post move-in issues with the house and poor responsiveness by our builder to address these issues like they claimed they would. It's nothing major. It's a bunch of small issues that have added up to be a huge headache. Drips of paint on the carpet, overspray on the banisters, holes next to a can light, crooked light switches, unpainted surfaces, nails from the tack strips coming through the carpet in places, etc. Most of these issues are so small that we didn't notice them till after we moved in. To be honest, none of it would bother me if we didn't have to ask the builder repeatedly to come take care of the issues the way they said they would. Ultimately, we requested to be contacted by our construction manager's supervisor and were told he would be in touch. He did not contact us. We finally resorted to creating a spreadsheet to track issues and shared it with our construction manager since it did not seem anyone from Pulte was keeping track of these issues and seeing them through to completion.
