Not a great experience. Not a pulte experience

Very satisfied with the experience with Pulte. Everything was very transparent and well informed. Chris part of sales team was very co-operative and informed us on all important updates on timely manner. Construction manager (Alejandra) made sure house is built with highest standards. Thank you both for seemless experience.

I was literally cheated with Sales Person. I was not told when i am signing a contract. I bought a corner lot and charged $10000 extra for lot premium saying that i would get extra fencing in back and sixe yard. After construction they mentioned that lot was key-locked lot and dont get any extension for my corner lot. Sakes guy simply said sorry.

Project engineer Keith was great. Kept me informed on all construction updates and with pictures.

While it may have been a spec home (very well appointed, I might add), we were still treated with the utmost care and concern. Everyone from the sales, mortgage, and insurance team(s) did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well informed, comfortable with our purchase, and valued as a customer! The warranty team is also fantastic; easy to reach and responsive. The whole experience has been leaps and bounds better than our previous experience with another builder.

Pulte is a great builder and we love it.

Door handles came off for several doors within few days itself , several doors don’t shut fully unless pushed manually.

Kevin did a great job on our home. He was very patient and explained everything to us. He also proactively updated us throughout the process. Will highly recommend.

Overall a great experience with a professional caring team esp TJ !!!!!,Felicia !!!!! and Isabelle!!!!! So blessed to have these people in particular assist me with the home purchase. They are a great Pulte team.

The overall experience was good. There was a few things at closing that could have given us a better experience, but overall this was a successful purchase.

The entire process, from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was smooth and well-coordinated. The team was professional and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly. I raised a ticket with customer service for uneven surface in by backyard and the drain holes are too deep inside. Warranty manger came here to inspect but didn't took any action on my backyard, I raised the ticket even before the warranty period. After few days I raised the ticket to fix the backyard and Ron stopped by and had as look and we came to an agreement that my lawn need to be fixed but later on he said that he is not going fix it because my 30 day warranty is completed but I raised the ticket with in 30 days. If you guys can help me in this it will be great because I paid premium to the lot but still after that I got uneven backyard. Please take it as Serious because I raised the ticket even before the warranty period. ... More

This is our second home with Pulte. Jane, Joseph, and Savannah made the experience wonderful! Jane helped us choose between the various exterior design and brickwork types, and gave us honest feedback when helping us choose which options and packages would best suit our needs. Joseph was very thorough on explaining things when taking us on walkthroughs of the home, and was quick to address and fix defects we found while it was under construction. Savannah was very accommodating of our busy schedule, and offered example photos and design recommendations that we were very thankful for. Overall, we’re pleased with the build quality of our new home. However, we are quite disappointed with the finishing touches and the cleanliness prior to handover, especially for a brand-new build. The final details seemed rushed, lacking the attention to quality we expected. We still have several outstanding service requests with the customer care manager and look forward to having these issues addressed. Our construction manager was consistently polite and punctual, contributing to a generally positive home-building experience, even though the final presentation left much to be desired. I’m not a fan of overly critical feedback, and the positive aspects of the process certainly outweigh the issues. So, as long as the outstanding issues are resolved, I’d still be happy to recommend Pulte to others. ... More

As a first time buyer we are happy with the service and experience so far.

Cameron and his team have been on top of things during and after our closing. He would catch and repair any overlooked flaws after construction. His professionalism really gave us a peace of mind during the process.

UNRELIABLE! I hoped he would be different from all the others I've worked with, but sadly, he's not. I believed he would stand by his word, but he turned out to be just as dishonest as the salesman I was dealing with and his manager. It feels like everyone in this organization is colluding to mislead and deceive buyers, and it's truly disheartening.

Pulte mortgage is manipulating people right and left giving 7 higher interest rate where market rate is below 6 and then give $10,000 which they use to buy down the rate.

My home buying experience was both exciting and smooth. From the initial search to moving in, the process was well-managed. The quality of my new home is okay but my expectation was higher, hearing from many people about Pulte Homes. The Construction manager Josh was very professional and responsive, consistently delivered the promises. Overall, it is good experience, I'm happy with my new home and encourage future buyers to trust their instincts.

Purchasing a home with has been terrible and nightmare experience. Don’t fall into the trap what was promised was not given .there are so many best builders out there go with them . Completely disheartened.

I am satisfied with my salesperson who shared all the available the options and followed by design center. All the timelines are met and delivered promptly. My Builder Kevin, most lovable guy who responds in time for all the queries and also educate the things for the new home buyers like me
