It’s a tough time to be building anything, but all in all we had a good experience with Pulte so far. Our construction manager has been the biggest part of our positive experience. Being honest and guiding us through our build really helped what could have been a very trying experience due to delays, to a positive one.

Builder Rafael was great and very responsive. He heed to our every complain or issue during construction process

Nowadays, purchasing a new house with all the craziness going on in the world is a major challenge. Only the experienced builders are figuring out! Pulte is definitely one of those builders. Customer service, open communication, honest feedback and immediate follow through are the reasons that Pulte made our purchasing of our new home such a nice experience.

Overall, smooth process given the supply issues. Field manager and sales reps were all great. Pulte Mortgage was a bit frustrating but still got us in our home on time

We had a great experience with Pulte so far. The best part of the process has been the communication - our builder called us once a week to update us on the process and was readily available to answer questions and concerns. One of my friends is building with another company and she has an "allowance" of email communication, after which point she is charged per email. In any case, we have enjoyed our home and everything involved in it. Thank you.

Overall, the experience from signing to closing was great. The responsiveness after the 30 day walkthrough has been wanting. They promised to fix any lingering issues but the it seems they are not in a hurry to do any of that. Why promise to do something then renege?

We moved into the house about a month ago. Now we started finding furniture dents in carpet pad. Also, cabinet doors are misaligned.

Working with Mauro (Field Manager) Nicholas (Sales Person) was great. Whenever I had concerns they both was there to assure me everything would work out.

What stood out for me would have to be the great communication between buyer and home building representatives, awell as the outstanding help of the sales consultants. As a first time homebuyer, things can get pretty overwhelming and stress levels will get high at times, several as a matter of fact on the mortgage side. But with the help of these two teams, I was able to feel comfortable and confident that I was going to be receiving a high quality home. The home builders always kept me up to date with progress of the homes construction, while the sales consultants helped me by answering my questions and reassuring me that I was making the best choices. Pulte has a good process but like every home building project you must be involved to make sure things are done right

Not quite sure why I never built a new home before?? The process was straightforward and very affordable! We have been in our home for a little over a month with only one concern about the final check process. We love our home- the floorplan is perfect for us and 2700 sf really feels bigger than our previous 3200 sf home. We are happy with Pulte and hope to never have to build again, but when we do, we'll be checking in with Pulte!

Compared to other builders around the area Pulte homes have outstanding quality on materials and the way the house is built you can see the quality since they are laying down the foundation

Over all things are great but after living in our house for a few months I’m noticing a lot of minor issues.

This is the first home that I have purchased; I love the model and had a blast at the design center. The fact that we somehow managed to stay on a 6-month building timeline during COVID -- especially when supply chains were halted for weeks -- was pretty incredible. I have to assume that this was largely in part because of our project manager staying on top of things throughout the process. We are very happy!

We love our new home, Pulte was very attentive to every detail that we saw that we didn't think was perfection and made it the way we wanted our home. Some communication was a bit slow, but it was answered eventually.

My family planned our move from Georgia to Texas while building a new home with Pulte. Pulte crew was very flexible given we were out of state. Pulte delivered on time which was very important and delivered a quality home meeting and exceeding our expectations in many aspects.
