Reliable, responsive, great value, timely construction

Amazing people good service

My wife and I LOVED the experience we had with Pulte! This is our first ever home and, of course, we had a ton of nerves going into it. Everyone we interacted with made us feel important, and most importantly, made us feel at ease. Thank you Pulte!

We bought our house as a “quick move-in”. All upgrades were selected by previous buyers, so we had no say in anything. Long story short, VA appraisal was way below asking price. We had several options, pay the entire difference, walk away, or ask Pulte to adjust the price of the house. My wife called our sales agent and within 3 hours, Pulte responded and agreed to split the difference between their asking price and the VA appraisal. If Pulte had not responded in such a positive manner, I would not be writing this review. Wife’s comment: everyone was wonderful!!!

I am super happy with Pulte Homes and their mortgage company. The overall home buying and building process was smooth, quality oriented, and excellent customer service focused. We have a beautiful home that our whole family is very happy with. The community boasts amenity such as a swimming pool and school is nearby!

This was our first time building a home. We were reluctant to build new as my parents built their home and shared their negative experience with us from the builder's inability to remain on schedule to dealing with issues with the county building inspector. But we had an excellent experience with Pulte! Our reps, Tawana and Keith, were very knowledgeable, patient and communicated with us through the entire process!! The entire process was so seamless it was incredible. Pulte's financing was able to get us a better rate than I was offered from my employer! Pulte even offered us a very competitive rate on the hazard insurance. Every step just seemed to flow perfectly! Tawana handled any concern that we had and Keith providing us with actual home construction details simply added value to our experience. Pulte took an event that could have been overwhelming and stressful and made us feel more comfortable than buying an existing home. Pulte has fantastic people working for them. Every question we asked was answered promptly, and thoroughly and we had a great experience throughout the entire building process. We are so happy in our new home and so glad that we bought from Pulte!

Pulte has been a very pleasant experience, we are please with the product they deliver. The materials they use to build are great quality and for most part everything has fulfilled our needs.

We’ve bought 3 new builds with different big builders and Pulte has been the best experience so far. The home was pretty good, minimal issues on our inspection. Everyone was friendly that I came across and they have tried to make everything right with any issues we have found since before closing so I appreciate that. Overall a good experience!
