Our site manager was great! He communicated weekly the status of our home build and was always available for questions.

As a new homeowner I was terrified of the process, but the sales consultant made me feel at ease, explained things as thoroughly as possible, and when I decided to switch financing to Pulte Mortgage, it was the best decision ever made. The team there had understanding, compassion and treated me with dignity. My field manager is the best!!!! He was timely, respectful and communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better 360 degree experience!!!

My experience was overall good. The sales people were great. The builders were good. My only complaint was some of the upgrades (namely improved carpeting / pad) were less than stellar quality.

Most of major structure and design is good as I expected and the quality is great as their reputation. Just a few minor thing need to be straight out quickly. And the responsiveness to issues need to be handle quicker and timely

Love the house. Construction manager/supervisor was fantastic. He listened, and really worked hard for us to support the customer service promises we were given at the outset. The sales office on the other hand, was much more prickly to deal with. We heard "No" quite a lot in answer to our needs from the condescending and dismissive sales rep, only to find later that the simple things we'd requested were possible, available, do-able, etc. In short, if you can get past the initial salesperson experience, the rest of the team was really good, and the home turned out beautifully.

This was our first time home buying experience and Pulte was very responsive and good at explaining the building process. Sales rep and field manager were excellent. However, workmanship from the contractors used was ehhh. Visited the house as it was being built everyday to make sure nothing was missing, installed incorrectly, or broken.

My experience with the Pulte Builder was good. They kept me up to date on each progression that was made throughout the house and the next steps to take place.

First time home buyer here, it was an exciting but also scary feeling at the same time but Pulte had helped us through the whole process and made it easier.

Our experience with Pulte started off a little rocky due to some issues with increasing the cost of the property after we had signed the initial contract. Our builder Barbara was phenomenal. She led us through what might have been a very stressful time in waiting for the property to be built in a great way. She kept us abreast of what was going on and reminded us that our property was being built to the highest of standards. Closing was also seamless as all the documents were submitted on time.

Overall, the construction manager made the process easy and was very attentive.

Frustrating to see contractors destroy areas as they did their installation. Seems like lots of things needed to be redone because the next contractor broke something that was already done.

Overall, a pleasant buying experience.

No doubt that Pulte builds quality homes, just some few correctives here and there and they should the best in this market, no doubt.
