The building process was terrific. The quality of the home very good. The overall experience with the builder also very high. The only negative to report was all the sales incentives that really had little value. i.e. $8000 closing allowance if Pulte Mortgage was used. The rate quoted was substantially higher, points higher, and fees more than ate up any benefit from the 8K allowance. Not a good experience here.

Sales and Title experiences were very good. Building and maintenance management were below expectation. To my surprise the maintenance personnel does not even greet customer (me) when meeting; this was a first. Inflexibility seemed to be a norm. Making promises and not keeping them also seems to be a norn. This was the 3rd Pulte home we purchased. The good experiences with the other two prompted us to go with Pulte. But this management does not compare.

Bruce Wilkins and Karen Richardson did a great job with us. Bruce did everything we asked of him and more! The mortgage group needs a little work. Seems like we were also providing the same information on applications. Pultie is so big that the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing.

Pulte Mortgage requires a lot of disclosures when you purchase from them. And at the end, they sell your loan. I’m still waiting on a 30 day walkthrough after 6 weeks of living in my home. It’s time consuming to get your issues looked at and discussed with the builder. Pulte does build a beautiful home though.

I wanted a less stressed home buying experience, that's why I went with new build. But it seemed I had to put in more work on quality control work because the builder didn't. They need to work on their contractors. Lots of obvious misses. The build manager is responsive and easy to work with, but I shouldn't have to bother him too much.

-Tile grout in the main bathroom not filled in completely causing dirt to fill in those areas not covered, need to buy something else to get the dirt out. -There are visible gaps around the front door, insulation was not done properly. -The landscaping is the major problem area, the area was not properly evened out before installing grass, there are many uneven areas that have now caused flooding with no drainage, in other areas, there is just mud. This is causing us to have a professional come in and redo the entire landscaping of our home.

Our expectations of moving into a new house was high. We expected great workmanship and flawless installations. That is not what we received. Electrical issues, landscaping issues, windows not sealed and won’t close properly, drainage issues, shoddy masonry work. Not happy new home owners.

Our homebuying/building experience has been rough, but the more I deal with Pulte the more I can see that it all depends on who you get. We have seen some Pulte representatives be absolutely amazing, while others make you hate life entirely. My only advice if you are moving forward with building a home with Pulte, is to meet all the people that will be involved with your build. If a single one of them don't seem like they are going to be amazing, then run as fast you can! No one that we have meet at Pulte has just been "ok" at there job. They are either the best in the industry or the ...

Sales was horrible after signing contract meaningless threats about rewriting the contract. Warranty department is non responsive and sent a Warranty call for another home to ours been a month and the issue they caused is still not fixed.

There were so many issues after we moved in. We still have some and most importantly our upstairs usually get warmer as compare to our ground floor. Cannot figure out what going on with heater issue though they say it’s fine.Not expected so many issues will be facing after moving to a brand new home. Also we are not satisfied with the quality of materials used ( especially bathroom ) and workmanship ( exterior and interior issues).

My experience with most of the people from Pulte, like Skyler, Chris, and Ivan, was very pleasant. They were all very helpful through the process and were quick to respond to any concerns I had. However, one major issue that arose that has not yet been taken care of is the landscaping was very poor. The grass was laid over rocks, concrete, bottles, etc. and therefore has not grown well, or at all in many parts. I have never seen grass being laid over all of that, how can it grow? I raised my concerns about this issue, and the landscaping company sent one of their representatives named Jason ...
