One month after closing everything is working great!

We love our new home, but as first time buyers we know now what to look for in our next purchase. Things like vanities having no drawers that pull out, walls that are not straight or humps in the flooring. Overall it’s a sound structure and we got what we paid for.

The whole process from meeting with the employees from different department; they were all very helpful and patient. They do their best to meet your needs in what you want in your new home. We are satisfied and happy with our purchase.

Pulte made my first home purchase so easy. They walked me through all the steps and were never pushy about making an offer.The product is great and I am so glad I made the purchase. Luis, is the nicest and easiest person to work with them looking for a home.

I found the overall finishing of the house not up to par. A lot of items that were basic and standard were missed. Seemed liked a rushed job to get the home completed. Although their customer service is good and responsive, seemed like the house was completed in a rushed manner and a lot of finishing and very obvious flaws were evident.

Best shopping experience a first-time home owner could ask for. I know, it’s my first, so “I can’t compare”. But I am a Customer Service professional with high expectations and love for attention to detail. Pulte delivered. Period.

The building process with Pulte was extremely smooth, the sales rep and building manager were very responsive along the entire process and even more after the closing. The house itself was built according to our selections and we have been extremely satisfied with the final outcome. Yes, we found several issues that needed to be addressed AFTER closing but then again, they have been very responsive ( warranty dpt & Pulte team). Issues such as: cracked window panel, squeaky staircase, cracked glass door, dead grass, etc. These are issues that we “expected” to find at some point after moving in since this is a new built house and yep, certain things happen that you can only find out once you move in. ... So far so good, we are just here for 45 days, no problem found. Good small community.

Very good quality home. They repaired issues quickly.

We were told there would be a 30 day review after we moved in. We have not heard a word. There is a big disconnect between Pulte Sales and the HOA Board which has Pulte employees on the board until all houses are sold. Communication with the HOA is entirely up to us, otherwise we would never hear a word.

Construction manage was excellent

First and foremost, we love our new home! He provided great communication throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail. Even after we moved into our home he is still taking great care of us and has been extremely helpful with providing us with any additional resources we need. What makes all this even better is that our house was finished before the targeted completion date giving us plenty of time to settle in before the holidays! In closing, thank you Pulte team and most importantly thank you Shaun for taking such great care of us.

High quality production for the price per square foot. Great customer service from project manager Tanner. The team is very attentive and friendly. The entire process was smooth and easy.
