Overall this is a wonderful home. I don't like the interior white wall paint it washes off showing the sheetrock. Positives, the interior termite piping is an amazing addition to the house

This is not my first homebuilding experience, but it is my best one. My salesperson Paul worked with me around the sale of my current home and when I had to change the close date on my Pulte home more than once. My GC, Brian, was phenomenal in getting everything fixed that I noted on our walk-throughs. He was also very thorough in explaining the construction of the home. Pulte Mortgage has also been super helpful. At each stage in the process, I felt heard, taken care of, and not stressed. Highly recommend.

Hello my experience buying was pretty good, what comes after is the issue. A lot of little issues in workmanship come up after buying a new home. A few small issues present themselves and all has to go through the Pulte ticket system. They are quick to answer but it seems that almost every week I notice something new not done to its best ability. I will still recommend them as they have handle the issue I have pit in a ticket for. But the truth is that I would have love to just move in and have no worries. Sales team is great, william the project manager was awesome, our project manager now is very nice as she is on top of the problems presented. Lauren at the design center was amazing, it is just the people used in the construction side that I feel do not let them get that perfect score. We felt at home after our first visit to Mavera. Laurie was very helpful and provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We had to cancel our first contract due to job loss. Laurie was compassionate and helped us cancel and process the return of our Ernest money. We came back to Mavera once I secured a new job. We were hoping to get our original house but it was sold a few days before we came back. Lauri showed us couple of homes that were quick move ins. We fell in love with the Idaloo it had many upgrades and had the tub my wife had to have. We put in a contract the next day. The entire team was very helpful. From the construction manager Steve to the loan processors and closing team. Our contract was contingent on the sale of my home. It sold the first day on the market. Laurie and the team helped us move up our closing date. We closed two weeks sooner and are very happy with our dream home. ... More

My move into my new home was effortless. They made it seem easy providing me with contractors and checking on me every step of the way. Thank you Pulte!

The sales people were very nice and helpful. I like the home, it is a good size for me since its just me and the dogs. There were a couple places where more care could have been taken by the builder, i.e. the vinyl flooring is scuffed in one spot and a couple scrapes on doors have been quickly repaired and don't match the rest of the door's finish. Over all though it seems like a nice house.

During the build JP, my Project Manager, was very responsive and answered all my questions. My build was completed easier than I expected. JP made sure it completed on time with no issues once the closing date was set.

We purchased a completed home and builder was responsive to small requests before closing. Our representative even flagged and addressed minor issues that we did not point out. So far a great home

The superintendent Tim, we worked with was a plesure and always aware or ahead of concerns during build.

I have a great experience purchasing my home with Pulte home. I have had some minor issues with missing items in the bathroom, hardware not matching and bad circuit breakers. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and sent someone out within 24 hours. The buying process was clear and fast from sale office to closing department. I would recommend Pulte home to home buyers.

Buying a home as first time home buyers is a scary process, but Pulte was very accommodating to our needs which gave us peace of mind. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. There were, however, some outstanding items that needed to be fixed after the closing. Those took a couple of weeks to be properly addressed. But at the end, we are very happy with the final product.

The house is great. quality of workmanship so far is great.

The process with Pult was smooth and less delay on closing date change overall the construction is a good quality and little issues left over but I am working with customer care to resolve them overall it was not bad experience working with Pultmort
